Stayed up til 3:30 last night, and took a couple of low blood sugar gummies instead of eating. Ate toast for breakfast, had a yogurt for lunch, a full meal for dinner, still feeling pretty awful. Worse, actually, since dinner. I totally should've eaten last night. It's only 7:30 now, but it feels later and I obviously don't feel well, so. Think I might just call it an early night.
