I mean 👀 made them a few years ago, with some re-design last year. Never posted because they don’t feel like they fit in with the hetalia aesthetic 🤔

I went with the WesternNorway, EasternNorway, SouthernNorway, NorthernNorway, and Trøndelag/CentralNorway division for simplicity. Tbh my East could just be Oslo, and then I'd make another version for East, but really, from the rest of the country everything remotely close to Oslo is the same.
