It's so weird to go from completely knowing every chapter, every scene, every word of my story inside out back to front with my eyes closed to "which scene did I mention that random fact about x character?" and "I swear I wrote a paragraph about x." *flips through several documents* "Where tf is that paragraph about x??" and "Didn't my MC just talk to x character like two paragraphs ago? Why am I injecting them into another scene? Is this even taking place on the same day?"

#invokerted thoughts #in case you were wondering how re-writing is going #I feel like I'm performing open heart surgery with zero medical training #shit is just EVERYWHERE #and even though scenes are flowing as they should from one to the other and my documents are in order and clearly organized #its not in my head #I need it up here *taps noggin* and its just NOT so I *feel* disoriented
