A story about a jackalope but it shows how having antlers is not the best evolutionary choice for leporids.
#I mean even the smallest cervids opt for tiny antlers or none at all.#Being so small and having to run/hide around with those things in the way on your head doesn't help.#I have seen stories of this with rabbits and they end up making the rabbits build burrows with huge ass spaces and entrances.#They just give a ferret or a fox a chance to make a massacre more easily.
