So my little review after trying melatonin for the first time today: I haven’t felt that well rested after waking up in like, forever
#I mean I still wanted to stay in bed b it not necessarily sleep yk#usually after I wake up my eyes burn a little and I always feel the need to sleep more and more no matter how many hours I’ve slept#I hope it’s that I’ll retry tonight#after these two awful days and nights it better have been that#but specially the night before that#I don’t know the exact benefits yet because I was already feeling pretty sleepy at some point then I took it and 20 minutes later tried to#to fall asleep to see if it made me sleep faster as well#the instructions were only ‘take one 30 minutes before going to bed’ so I didn’t know well#me coucher ça veut rien dire je reste dans mon lit minimum 1h30 avant d’arriver à ne serait-ce que fermer les yeux#although I don’t know if it was related to that but I kind of felt some heartburn after taking it#once again don’t know if it was because of that or other stuff#I’m a bit sleepy rn too what if I took a little nap#but yeah I hope it will help because I’ve truly had a lot of trouble to sleep lately
