When I started shipping them: Oh gosh... uhh 2013 ish?? Maybe 2012?? My older brother got SoulSilver and he would let me play on it (tho i couldn’t save, rip) and I immediately was hooked on them lol

My Thoughts: They’re a really interesting ship with the potential for a lot of depth - like the games only cover the start of their relationship with them being rivals/Silver’s character arc/Lyra discovering Giovanni is his dad which is a huge eye opener for her to start to understand him past the mean and callous exterior- and I love exploring that depth xP

What makes me happy about them: So much?? But mostly thinkin about them going from not liking each other at 10 to bein in their 20’s and knowing/trusting the other so much while also still having a streak of rival ness that keeps them growing 🥺 Also I am a sap for domestic bliss and they are the tree I am attached to alsdjflsjf drawing them just together and happy makes me v happy (I rewrote this like five times there’s so much about them I love lol)

What makes me sad about them: They don’t make me sad but for angst I imagine their teenage years are filled with it as they try and figure themselves and each other out (and I suppose Silver’s abandonment issues he probably has from his dad LEAVING WHEN HE WAS 8. That makes me feel sad (and v angry))

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: I HAVEN’T READ ANY FICS SO IDK ALKDJF I’m sorry I just haven’t gotten around to it yet 😭

Who is the big spoon/little spoon: Well, I hc Silver as an adult is around 6’ 1” so.... Lyra makes an excellent jet pack as the big spoon 😂 Tho Silver’s probably the big spoon most of the time bc Lyra wouldn’t be able to watch the tv thru him if she was the big spoon and they mostly cuddle on the couch while watching tv
