I know there are instances of actual bullism and microaggressions towards gal but perhaps the moment I found saddest was when the pizza guy at the company pizza party promised them a cheeseless pizza and then forgot about it, and instead of reminding him gal just took out their carrots and went to seat a table on their own. the quiet resignation. the complete lack of surprise. this has happened before
