I don't normally write or post anything on here, but I damaged my meniscus and potentially ACL, so I was just wondering if anyone has any experience around those two injuries? Thank you!

#personal #I honestly just want to know how people were able to overcome it #I know it'll be a year recovery for ACL or needing surgery on the ligament #I am also in physiotherapy so I can get knee function back. Hopefully #I just really want to be able to get back in high intensity exercise again as it's my passion and what I'm in school for #anyone's experience with this would be helpful #I've never injured myself before #ACL injury #Meniscus injury #injury #sidenote it sucks using crutches on the bus and at school
