Leader of my old rwby oc team is coming back as a classic Clover self insert (i.e. Literally just me plopped into the universe) and (aside from my pokémon self insert) I have never been more tempted to just give them my name. But alas, color rule. Also there’s already a guy named Clover in there

#I know clover is a shade of green but it’s funnier to use color rule as a reason not to than the guy. rip clover sorry you’re from atlas so #I don’t remember you like at all <3 (didn’t like those volumes very much and haven’t gotten to them in my rewatch) (just finished v6 lol)#also I was not intending to do a full rewatch. at first I just wanted to watch the qrow v tyrian fight. but v4 is my favorite volume so I #went eh I’ll just rewatch the whole volume for it. but of course you can’t have v4 without v5. and well I was already that far I may as well #watch v6 too. and at this point it’s like well I don’t really remember v7 or v8 I probably should see them again. oh well!#rip volumes 1-3 maybe I’ll watch them again after v8. cause I just saw v9 I don’t need a rewatch of it yet lol #oh yeah secret third reason I can’t give this guy my name is they’re team leader and I can’t think of a good team name color that starts #with c and has an r in it. (gotta have russet on the team of course)#cerulean would work wonderfully I love cerulean but uh. it doesn’t condense to 4 letters very well #and yes. I know. not all team names are colors. but come on it’s gotta be a color #zoracontent
