I wish I wasn't so eugh about writing characters I didn't make because oh the snippets of interactions my brain is crafting between my drow Tav and Astarion that will never see the light of day....
#I lose the thread on dialogue that sounda plausible from the character as I go#it's just a little crazy how easily i can translate Candra's backstory into BG3 lore and then weaponize it against the vampire#I also have Opinions on how short his alternate confession is and think it does a disservice overall to the dynamic#the different opening should have just tacked on the normal confession afterwards#feels Weird that he doesn't address how much he dislikes intimacy after 200 years under Cazador otherwise#I just- I want to drabble the in-betweens the two would have as Candra tries to needle some sense into him#while he slowly builds her hope back up that maybe she won't have to be alone in the world forever#they're just good parallels bront!
