okay so as a bi girlie that's turning twenty next year, seeing such great and wholesome and cute queer representation among teens this time around especially in media specifically catered towards young teens like the high school musical TV series and heartstopper is genuinely heartwarming and I am so happy to know that this batch of young queer teens get to see people like us be fucking happy and cringey and sweet in our exploration of identities and relationships without fear of censorship. I fucking love that so much and I am proud of how far we have come.

Having said that, this bi girlie is also a hopeless romantic who remains drastically single and has not to this day experienced the sweetness brought by queer teen romance because my luck with gay shit has been really fucking low so seeing queer teens especially the sapphic ones having straight to the point confessions with just tiny modicums of stress and having said confessions and eventual relationships go well makes me go slams table GOD WHEN-
