I haven't seen this blog yet but there's a good possibility that I am already blocked by this individual... since my own blog doesn't shy away from showcasing my explicit biases for certain characters and their ships lol.

That being said, how FUCKING sad?? I totally get not liking a popular character or one of their ships, but to go out and make an entirely new blog dedicated to posting/reblogging 'anti- X' tags is so beyond ridiculous! It's a work of FICTION we're talking about here; how can another person's opinions really affect your own well-being? Asking people to KYS over a ship/character is the epitome of LOSER behaviour. I do consider myself a TG sympathizer, but I CANNOT imagine myself enjoying a fandom without my lovely moots who certainly don't align with my tastes or biases. That's why I try not to use anti- tags in my posts, opting instead for pro- ones which better represent my stance on a topic/discussion.

Anyway, I would just ask y'all to let them be! It's everyone's right to curate a fandom experience to their own liking. While I don't like my own experience to be this isolated, I can't fault anyone else looking to have their own 'exclusive' fandom experience.

I can see how this would be read as Cb8 referring to the DID character as the pist about it was recent, however cb8 did state that cb8 was "thinking out loud" and it is much more likely that cb8 was reminded of the ZCP and was adding onto the conversation through bringing in a similarly related topic, i do this all the time myself.

Ok, I am very confused with all this talk of nuking the blog. Like I get that you want to, but do you HAVE to?? Is it like bad PR to have a tumblr blog? I mean from what I know plenty of people do, even lesbian Jesus and TS... and now there's people coming back to it.

I've had Tumblr since like 2007. I've grown up here. We've had plenty of discussions here, some really smart but also some really fucking idiotic ones. Some that you can sum up in a single ask, some that you need 50 asks to get the full context and that if you screenshot only one of the 50 asks and isolate them it's very easy to twist and turn it into something that it's not.

Also, again, been here for like half my life at this point. Over the years I'm sure in one ask or another I'm bound to have said something stupid or have phrased something in a way that could be twisted into something that's not. You also change, mature, and learn but the internet has zero fucking critical thinking skills and we all know that. We've seen the hive mind at work. I've worked too fucking hard for too fucking long to make a difference in queer and Latin representation in media for some fourteen-year-old, holier-than-thou, keyboard warrior, with an under developed frontal cortex, no reading comprehension, and a bad case of celebrity worship to get butt hurt, twist a screenshot a conversation we were having back in like 2014, take it to twitter, twist it completely out of context, and ruin my life. It might not even be a fourteen year old. We know there's WAYYYY too many people who hate me already and are salivating at the idea of watching me fail. As if it wouldn't be great to destroy one of the few Black Latino women in media to ever maybe come close to getting a shot. Like, it’s one thing to label Jaime an incestuous would-be-child murderer, but then you can’t just ignore that she is that and worse. I mean I love her, but she just full-on orchestrated the decapitation of someone who was (basically) harmless because she was being petty and wanted to show her power… that then didn’t lead to anything because they just killed her with rubble.

Hey, honest question! Why do you post on different sites? I know on your ko-fi you said that you wanted to be a published writer. Is 1 of the reasons why you post on different sites is to hopefully get noticed by a publisher (i.e.50 Shades of Gray)? Hey there! Don’t worry, you’re not bothering me at all. But I hope you don’t mind getting a long post as an answer lol^^ 

I have to be honest, that the first and initial reason why I started posting on different sites was to prevent my work to be plagiarised lol At first I only cross-post them on Wattpad and AO3. I chose to post on Wattpad after finding out that my friends’ works were plagiarised and were being reposted there, and after a while later I found out that someone had done the same to my old fics too and reposted them on Wattpad and Fanficnet (I believe it was Fatigue, Heat, and then Petals around a year later) while I had posted on AO3 simply because Tumblr’s mobile app sucks at allowing readers to open long fics. 

But then I continue posting my fics on both platforms to gain more audience after knowing that not all of my readers own Tumblr accounts. Plus, I was blessed to have gained a rather wide audience and positive feedbacks on AO3 since the first time I started posting there.

Meanwhile, I have been sharing my work more intensely on Inkitt lately because, just like you mentioned, I am aiming to get noticed some day. It was one of the things that had made me interested in the platform, since they had a promising program for writers by helping them find a publisher or open up a possibility for writers to self-publish their work through them or even receive some money on each update. The rules only apply for original fiction, however, and only once you have reached a specified amount of audience for your book. My future plan is to start posting my original fics on Inkitt after I have gathered enough audience and let’s just say that my current act of sharing my re-written fanfics there is basically a practice I am doing for myself before I advance into sharing the original works I have written. 

One of the pros of posting on several different sites definitely is getting a more variety of audience through it, so you would get more variety of feedbacks if you are lucky enough to have engaging readers. While the cons of it are mostly on the time and effort that are required of you to do so. Posting on one platform and trying to engage with our audience takes a lot of our time. And for those who are like me, as in, writers who don’t have a set schedule of when to be active on their blog and are not capable of handling their blog 24/7, focusing on one platform is already a lot of work. Having to focus on multiple platforms at the same time multiplies that effort. Especially when you are just starting. Gaining an audience is always the hardest when you are just starting out, and most of the times, that could be quite stressful to go through. Let’s just say that it takes lots and lots of patience.

I hope that answers a lot hahaha thank you so much for giving Carousel a lot of love. I think the series is the one that had given me the confidence to try writing more seriously and professionally in the future.

Me and my dad are going to start a small trucking company. Only one truck at first. He will be the driver and I'll be putting up the money for it and be the owner. The insured provided me all his insurance information and said to file a claim through his dad's insurance carrier. I called local police department 911 line to report minor collision. Officer responded and insured admitted to police officer that he tapped rear bumper. Police officer looked at my rear bumper and refused to make a police report as he said cannot issue a report unless damage is over $1500. I begged the officer repeatedly to please provide me even an incident report or something official like an affidavit as the teenager admitted to officer that he hit my rear bumper. Police Officer simply drove off and left me on the side of the road with a stranger. Of course now four weeks later, the insured and his father have simply ignored phone calls, emails and registered mail attempts by his insurance carrier to verify version. (not sure what version would be needed as my black paint is on his front bumper) I called the insured and his dad hung up on me twice. The insurance carrier told me they are denying and closing out the claim due to insured not responding. They said this is totally legal under Illinois State laws.
