I don't remember the last time I smiled genuinely before March 5
#I need to unlearn that looking too happy is bad#It's not a problem for real people#Currently 'smiling' is a straight face while squinting#I hate that I have to force it however the masks hide it so I still have some time to reclaim facial expressions#Don't institutionalize your disabled children unless you want them to end up like me#I was lucky because there were people who went through worse#So many suicide attempts and missing people#Watching people go from somebody to a mindless object. It's really sad#The only education they're getting is free educational websites and YouTube videos. Literally just that#Plus unnecessary trauma from being abused behind closed doors by people who will always get away with it#Really fucks up a person#To see this and know you're next and that your parents let this happen AND they continue the abuse at home#TFW real people have the right to smile or feel emotions in general#I'll try to reclaim my life instead of ending it but it's so hard to live in these circumstances#The amount of joy and self love from the name change should be proof that things can actually get better right?#I hope the ubereats driver says my name I will actually raise my tip if they do#I also have to pick up mail so there's that#And things from the store as well
