Do people even know what the word "cheating" means? All that's theoretically required here is Adrien having a conversation with Marinette, asking if she's bothered by him using an affectionate nickname for a friend he holds very dear. A nickname that btw isn't at all inherently of romantic nature. "Lady" is part of Ladybug's NAME.

And concidering that Marinette herself is still calling Chat Noir "mon Chaton" and other cute nicknames I think Marinette would not even think of counting it as "cheating". Or at least, if she isn't a whole hypocrite and red flag romantic partner where SHE can do something but takes offense when her significant other does it too.
