OMG you beautiful, talented goddess, I'm in love. I'd send you the luck of the Irish for this installment but from what I've read you don't need it. Two little chapters and the grin lighting up my face is making my jaw hurt and my eyes water. You're spitting out perfection once again. Aisling seems every bit the handful we expected and damn poor Patrick if she doesn't drive him to the nuthouse 🤣🤣 That said though, you've totally captured the Irish spirit perfectly and it's going to be a blast enjoying the completed novel. Doing right by you and my extended relatives is so important. So I am deeply grateful. I live in a desert state for god's sake, and I'm the idiot who thought having a stream running past my backyard was soooo charming. I'm a moron. On the bright side, sandbagging is doing wonders for my feeble upper body strength.

Dr. Tayra Luisana Keshinover MD, MPH Taking new patients and all the research grants starting in 2025.😁 My white coat ceremony was probably one of the best days in my life(peep my stories in a bit!). My parents cried, my mom asked my partner to pinch her to make sure this was real 🥺. The highlight was when my mom met the Dean and proceeded to thank her profusely.🤣 It not only takes a village but a small solar system, because without their love and unconditional support, this would not have been possible. My parents, my brother, sisters, cousins, and aunts always believing in me, encouraging me, and praying for me. They all taught me you fight for what you believe in no matter what and you always reach for the stars. My deceased Tia (Aunt) Jovany who I know is smiling down on me and is so proud of her favorite niece (yeah I said it, you know it’s all true. Sorry Fam 😝). One of the reasons I continued everyday was for her and so that no one loses that Tia who is like a second mom to them because of health inequities. All the besties that became like literal family to me from the Mount, Jacobi, Columbia, Scott Roberts classes, etc. Looking out for me, feeding me, crying with me, and so much more. All my close friends, study buddies, and the Columbia public safety officers who always made me not feel alone during long solitary hours on campus studying, or crying my brains out because of a bad test score or a bad work day, all a constant stream of support. My beloved premed/med Facebook groups I moderate who inspire me to continue to spread the message that no one is irredeemable. My team of mental health and academic specialists that pulled out my best academic self to finally shine. And most important, Dr.NerdNOTInNiceClothes himself. The Einstein to my Mileva. The Pierre to my Madame Curie. My best friend. My partner. My lover. My Day 1. My rock. Established 2008. The real MVP in my journey. There’s not even enough words to explain him lol.
