Oh my god okay. I am currently quite unwell so don’t take this too seriously but will graham analysis.
Will graham is a dog/wolf. Like the alpha of the pack (not abo in this sorry) but only for like dogs and stuff? he’s really bad at humaning. He collects strays and takes care of his pack.he is a predator and that’s his thing with Hannibal . The stag/elk is his prey and something that could easily kill him it is a challenge of life or death in many ways. The stag is also Hannibal. It is something so dangerous and yet so beautiful (to will) and it is so often mistaken as something peaceful and harmless. Also someone made a thing of them nuzzling like wolves on cliff scene. Ta-da will grahaam!!
There’s more but I forgot
if ur mad I linked ur post ill delete it 👍

tmi/rant/love
i’ve been doing sporadic browsing/posting/replying sprees throughout the complete omnishambles that this week has been.
right now i’m at my computer with an exhaustion migraine on the right side that’s been there 72h and will not quit but i can actually move/sit up again and needed to do some works by computer only stuff (anyone else’s printer wierd about their mobile? - ours will only print stuff in portrait mode whether it’s a picture or a pdf and requires it’s own special and terrible app). So i’m one eyed with earphones on with no music because i hate all noise rn.
Behind the scenes I’ve been:
sat in a cold bath, feeling like a sausage that’s gonna burst, trying get a 40° fever down (it broke after 24h of worrying about hospital because numbers like 40° get doctors all scared. I just want my bed and my creature comforts when i’m sick not some noisy painful hospital experience. blergh. that said I would have paid big time for an IV banana bag even though my skin was on fire)
waiting the 20 minutes between "toilet sessions” (half of tuesday)
lying as immobile as possible with a heatpad scalding my stomach into submission (boobs make propping up a mobile slightly easier)
sat in the kitchen in the dark, eating unlevened bread crumb by crumb while my body makes noise like a mad professors lab from a 60s B movie.
actually the bubbling sounds continue even though the stomach problems are over. probably twisted itself into knots (yes I know that’s not possible from a stomach bug) but it feels like that.
I would like to thank everyone for keeping me entertained while feeling horrid and do some shoutouts :
all my love to:
Microwave ricebags
Muscle relaxers
Yum Yum brand shrimp* flavour noodles (*no actual semblance of meat comes near a yum yum noodle packet so they can be sold as halal. They’re an indonesian brand and do the tastiest instant noodles IMHO)
White rice and fish, white rice and chicken, white rice with a hint of lemon juice. basmati rice in general.
Sweating, the relief when it starts again is really something
Dark. sweet comforting zero-light dark.
Modern toilets + sewage systems. top invention humanity!
the high heat setting on the washing machine so you don’t have to boil stuff by hand.
DO NOT WANT:
Sciatic nerves, you over-dramatic whingey bastards, So I used my back wrong? You gonna take my legs? that’s petty and unhelpful. 0/5 stars.
The sensation called nausea: a warning is helpful, screaming constantly is not. Either off or at volume 11. Broken levels but still has some use. 1/5 stars. Will purchase upgrade if available.
Vagus nerve: we are not dying because you got pinched around the mid abdomen. You can yell dying when I can’t breathe or am passing out but this is dumb glitch n°3, n°2 being that you up the blood pressure if someone squeezes their rectum, n°1 being that you think that something’s in the bronchia because they put a qtip in their left ear. Badly designed and over extended nerve. Needs evolutionary debugging.
The carer agency we’re with that gives it’s carers zero hygiene training. We literally have gloves, 5 types of disinfectants, different wipes and rags and facemasks in the kitchen cupboard and are all trained in hygiene practices, first as normal people (isn’t germ theory taught in school?) who’ve also done childminding and adult care then as low immune system folks ourselves. Carers are ace, management sucks turds.
The asshole doctor who gave our sick carer (who then made us sick) zero medication because he believes in “treating the source not the symptoms” whatever hateful bullshit that is and since it was viral that meant zilch for her. Today I managed to crawl up and get her a box of anti spasmodics, charcoal, stomach calming clay, sublingual sugar, a heatbag and detailed instructions on slow rehydrationbefore sending her home because what the hell? There should be a psychopathy and bias test for doctors. Have them interact minimally with the public/specific subsets of the public if they’re found to have low sympathy. I’ve met a few in speciality medicine but only twice in general practitioners. I don’t care if they have IQ140, healing the human body means soothing it too, leaving someone to suffer is unethical, that’s ethics 101. That’s some mother theresa “sanctity in suffering” bullshit that’s fine for others but oh what do you know? you get top shelf care when you’re sick (I’m looking at you too Ayn Rand). I hope he gets the stomach bug himself and doesn’t have anyone to call to go to the pharmacy so he knows better next time.

Day 19 - Spring ‘21 challenge
2nd April 2021
“Results happen over time, not overnight. Work hard, stay consistent, and be patient.”
Today’s juice is: Turbo-charge smoothie Pineapple, apple, cucumber, lime, celery, spinach blended with Avocado
The turbo charge smoothie is my go-to juice. The first one I tried, the one I remember, the one I can taste when I start imagining juice and the one that’s engrained in my head for easy shopping. Yesterday when I was shopping, I hadn’t “decided” what I’d be drinking this week, I wanted to be a bit more spontaneous, see where it led me. I knew I could at least have the turbo-charge as my “thickie” each day but today I fancied having it all day. I have a range of produce so that over the weekend I can pick & choose recipes to use, then by Monday, when I’m back in town anyway, I could nip into the shops for anything else I might need. It’s all about experimenting and finding out what works.
The turbo-charge didn’t taste like I’d remembered it – it was MUCH MUCH sweeter! Of course, fruits & veggies during the year CAN yield different juicy levels as can freshness affect the yield, but to make such a big difference in the taste, it must be my tastebuds which have changed? I have noticed that I am able to add more and more veggies into my juices (raw veg juice is a very acquired taste, the fruit is needed to add sweetness to make them more palatable) so I knew my taste buds were developing but I really didn’t expect to find my favourite smoothie to taste SO different. This prompted me to look into why this might be.
Apparently, after detoxing, all the usual food you would eat can taste different – sweeter or saltier – than before. So this is completely normal! Apparently also, it only takes a few days for it to happen! What I didn’t know was that our taste buds are continually changing, around every 10 days and this is all it takes to retrain your taste buds by doing the following:
1)    Cook everything from scratch – avoid using any highly processed ingredients. Proper cooking in the kitchen like your grandma used to do! No tinned food, nothing from a bottle or carton – basically cutting out any added salts, oils, sugars & most of all the preservatives. My rule is that if I look at the ingredients list and I don’t recognise anything or can’t pronounce it, I don’t use it – when I’m being good, I am human after all and we all break our own rules now and again!
2)    Avoid wheat, dairy & refined sugars – use local and seasonal ingredients, which also gives you variety throughout the year. There are tons of alternative milks on the market; flours; GF oats etc. and most of them are pretty tasty! I love using coconut milk and cream in my cooking and it substitutes perfectly for dairy milk or cream. In terms of flours, I use almond, coconut, corn or gram flour. Gram flour in fact makes an excellent quiche crust! & Almond flour makes a tasty banana bread! There is coconut sugar but in terms of how it acts in your body compared to normal table sugar, it isn’t much different. I wouldn’t personally go down the sweetener route as it can alter hormones but that’s just my choice because of my condition.
3)    Try to avoid or simply reduce caffeine and alcohol intake. Caffeine is an artificial stimulant so it’s best avoided – especially if you suffer from anxiety, migraines or trouble sleeping. We all know that alcohol is calories, but it also affects blood sugar levels creating highs and lows, which in turn makes us crave high-sugar products – not what we want when we’re trying to alter our taste buds. Even adding a glass of water in-between alcoholic drinks helps or replacing one of your coffees with a herbal tea  - I like peppermint or spearmint but I did start on berry blends years ago and lemon & ginger, that was another one I used to like.
4)    Eat 5-10 portions of fruit & veg a day – something you’ve heard before perhaps? Yeah me too! It’s so hard though isn’t it?! Well, not with juicing, but generally because eating the whole fruit/veg is very filling/time consuming so we find it tough to physically eat as much as we need, that’s why I drink it instead, flooding my body with all the nutrients. If you don’t have a juicer, use your blender for smoothies! A really easy way to add more veggies into your diet. It is possible to buy juice/smoothies in the supermarket too but look out for “cold pressed” juices as these haven’t been heated up with all nutrients diminished and definitely don’t buy any which have sugar added to them as there’s plenty sweetness released in them already by the process of juicing or blending the items.
5)    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day 😁 It really is! Getting up 10mins earlier to make a healthier alternative to a sugary high-carb snack which won’t keep you satiated, will be worth it I promise! You need protein, slow-release carbs and healthy fats to keep you filled up until lunchtime. When I’m not juicing, I might have a veggie scramble – basically scrambled eggs with spinach, peppers, red onions & Heck (or other high meat percentage & low sugar) sausages all cooked in coconut oil or Kevin’s favourite PCOS breakfast I can have is STEAK! Yes, steak! With a fried egg, some wilted spinach on the side – yum! That’s more of a weekend breakfast where we have time to enjoy it. Or add seeds, nut butter, fruit to your porridge perhaps? Remember to use proper porridge oats if you can, not the instant packets as they contain extras you just don’t need.
So, after 10 days of eating “clean” – you’ve probably heard that term “clean eating” before, and it’s basically following all of the principles above – your taste buds will have changed and food will taste sweeter or saltier, so it might alter how much of something you eat. Maybe one less packet of crisps, maybe a few less biscuits. It all leads to changes for the better. Slowly but surely. No quick fixes. No “diets”. Just wholesome, fresh foods, cooked from scratch, by you – ONLY then can you really know exactly what’s in the food you’re eating.
