sorry I am entering my second week off from uni and I am already going stir crazy. reading about John Howard to stave off the academia withdrawal
#aurghgahhhhhhhh#I have become obsessed with. everything about the 1998 federal election actually#I have been sucked into Such a rabbit hole#anyway the work for the dole scheme in particular is fascinating to me#and also the GST saga#Mann the GST sucks. bad policy. terrible. honestly a symptom of Australia being bad at federalism#I think we're kind of stuck with it now though. that's just. a forever thing
