Fortnight of Books: 2024
Day 10:
The book I read but have already forgotten: I can't remember exactly what the plot was of Stiff Upper Lip, Jeeves by P.G. Wodehouse, but I also remember nothing about Valiant Women by Lena Andrews beyond the cover and the fact I was very disappointed in her approach and claims that servicewomen in WWII have been largely ignored.
Book with a scene that left you reeling: The Magic Drawing Pencil by Catherine Storr.
