hello friends! it’s been a while but i have a good excuse. i recently experienced a new kind of heartbreak that has taken sm of my time & energy. totally not a bad thing! bc energy can’t be created or destroyed just changed into something equivalent (mr. thomas i did listen during chem class thank u). so all of this yucky bad stuff that i’m feeling right now is only bc of how nice and wonderful and lovely it was. just gotta remember that i was lucky to have all that good. even if i don’t like what it’s become. haven’t dealt with the aftermath very well. tried a session of hot yoga. almost fainted! bought an oil diffuser (see abstract white thing), which was nice. fucked someone. not a stranger but maybe it should’ve been a stranger? it’s hard thinking about them. the sex was good but the yucky bad stuff is still here. like deep deep down in my chest. worse than phlegm. next on my list? retail therapy and a total wardrobe reno. to my lil’ star i miss u / myself with u / what we had, but i’m realizing that change can be good if we let it be good. i’m choosing to let it be good from now on. how have u guys dealt with heartbreak? lmk! and check out my newest post: an open letter to heartbreak. ✨ link in my bio ✨
