Since we're in the topic of Yuni! A little insider thought instead of her (Uni's) relationship with Apple? I'd so love to know that!

Hello!!! Thank you for this ask and thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk about some bonds ✨

For the Yuni-Apple relationship … to put it very simply it’s that of a girl and her weird slightly pathetic aunt /j… /hj… /srs 

Ajshshah so I can’t get into exact details because a lot of my big spoilers are involving the arcos/earthlings but specifically the Giglio Neros (I know that’s just their mafia name or whatever but it’s much easier to refer to them all like that lol) so instead I’m gonna talk about them very broadly and how they’re dynamic is in most of the scenarios or AUs where they know each other. 

Apple both treats Yuni as a baby (even after she’s a full grown woman) and as an adult (even when she’s a baby). Meaning even when Yuni was but a wee-child too young to even walk or talk Apple would sit with her and yap her ear off. Telling her all sorts of gossip, telling her all about her day and the daily struggles (nothing too serious a kid can't hear about) and just having a full conversation with this child who she swears is the best listener. She especially loved to tell her all about what the others were up to. A girl's gotta stay informed! yes, she knows she's still learning to walk but it can't hurt for her to know that Colonnello and Lal are broken up again (But Apple's certain this break-up will only last 1 week!... Reborn says 2 weeks and it'll be Colonnello who comes crawling back tho), or that Skull got on yet another hit-list of some bigwig for crashing his bike into their expensive car, or or-! Well you get the picture lol.

Out of all the Giglio Neros she’s definitely the sweetest on Yuni for reasons she can’t quite explain it’s because she never talks back to her Meanwhile, Yuni also grows to adore this strange but loving aunt of hers even if she's knows she's an absolute mess of a person. Apple is one of the few adults in her life she can confide in and talk to who doesn’t immediately go into “over-protective” mode.  If anyone has ever seen the show The Nanny their relationship is a little like that of Fran’s and Gracie’s (but should definitely be read as less parental in most verses)
