Talked about Ghareeb Nawaz with coworker and it made me crave Ghareeb Nawaz. They always cook huge portions for iftar during Ramadan. Coworker said he's been eating there for 22 years since it was just a grab-and-go food counter frequented by Pakistani cab drivers. Ask anyone in Chicago what their favorite restaurant is and in my experience one in three people will say Ghareeb Nawaz

#I talk about it so much but it is literally some of the best food I've eaten anywhere #And it's so cheap still #Samosas are ONE DOLLAR #I got a full dinner portion of palak dal for $6.50 including rice #That will last for two meals easy
