Shoto sighed as he turned over in bed, looking at the bright digital numbers next to him. It was bordering on 3 in the morning, this was supposed to be his day off, but he couldn't sleep which meant no sleeping in.

He knew why of course. He knew why he was tossing and turning in bed, why he had gotten up more times than he was proud to admit to use the bathroom before getting back in bed with a lightly depressed sigh. 

Turning over again he looked at the light trickling in from his partly open door, a vain attempt to draw his husband into laying down for a while. (M/N) had been working himself to the bone lately, and Shoto understood why, truly he did, but he missed him. 

(M/N) worked as a first response coordinator for a few different agencies but he was also Shoto's manager and secretary. Unfortunately, this meant that they'd been hit with a lot of ridicule when it came to light that they'd been since their first year in high school and married for 5 of the years out. People didn't think they'd be able to stay professional but was a bit impossible not to be when they only saw each other at home.

And now the two of them were home, were going to be for the next 72 hours or so, and (M/N) was still working.

With a sigh that rivaled his old homeroom teacher the half and half male forced himself out of bed to pull on a pair of sweat pants before wandering out to look in the kitchen. (M/N) was a man of habit, doing the same thing pretty much every day, which meant that he was either already in the kitchen or would be soon to get a cup of coffee.

The first time Shoto had spent a prolonged period of time with (M/N) he'd gotten concerned over the amount of caffeine he'd put in his system, but it was to be expected with a quirk like his.

(M/N)'s quirk was generally called "Sleepless". He didn't sleep, he didn't need it, in fact, he couldn't sleep. He could fall unconscious, he could pass out, he could faint, but he couldn't sleep. The issue about this though was that while he didn't need to sleep he still needed rest, needed to stay calm for a period of time so his muscled could relax and his mind could settle. He hadn't done that in a few days. 

True to habits though when Shoto found his way to the kitchen (M/N) was already there. He looked like hell to be kind about it, and the sight made him sad. (M/N) was dressed in a long sleeve shirt that was probably Shoto's, a pair of sleep shorts that had probably been marketed to women more than men, and mismatched socks. His skin was paler than normal, unhealthy and his eyes looked sunken in, the large bags under them not helping and his hair was a greasy, tangled mess pushed back by a pair of bulky headphones.

He seemed happy though, Shoto noted. He was swaying, dancing with slight jerky movements that screamed of exhaustion to whatever was blaring through his headphones. This meant that he was done, or at least almost done, but since he was pouring coffee into a cup Shoto would guess it would be a few more hours at least.

Leaning against the wall behind him Shoto watched as the smaller male moved around the kitchen, pulling creamer out of the fridge along with a bag of grapes. He ate a few while he stirred in sugar and creamer before putting all of it away. He then grabbed a plum, ate that, then another, and Shoto realized he was getting to the end of his rope.

The longer (M/N) went without giving his body rest the more stuff he needed to keep functioning. The longer he stayed up the more water he had to drink, the more food he needed to eat, the more caffeine he needed to keep his mind in the game. With the way he was puttering around the kitchen Shoto knew he'd been working for more than 72 hours straight then, so he'd started long before he'd even gotten home from work.

A light huff made it from the taller male before he made his way actually into the kitchen. He got close to (M/N), close enough that normally he would have noticed, but he hadn't so when he went to step back he ran into Shoto, tearing a less than dignified yelp from his throat.

Immediately Shoto wrapped his arms around (M/N), one hand gripping the opposite shoulder while the other sunk under his shirt, rubbing at the smaller male's stomach. No matter how much he drank (M/N)'s body didn't like caffeine, it generally gave him a stomach ache, so with how the shorter male practically slumped in his hold, he decided to call it a day.

With gentle fingers, Shoto took the coffee cup and set it on the kitchen island, burying his face is messy hair as he held smaller hands in his own. (M/N) made a light sound of displeasure when the coffee was taken away but Shoto knew it would be fine. He wasn't worried about it being on the counter for long, considering (M/N) would drink day-old coffee without a care in the world when he was busy.

He pulled (M/N) phone out of his pocket, pausing the music he was listening to before setting it next to the coffee and next came the headphones. Large (E/C) eyes blinked up at him, squinting in confusion and Shoto melted on the spot. A light smile found its way to his face as he took (S/K) cheeks into his hands, placing chaste kisses along (M/N)'s hairline, over his eyebrows and eyes, over his nose and cheekbones, and his chin. His face was heating up under his hands, embarrassment and sleep deprivation making him pliable enough that Shoto could pick him up without much complaint.

(M/N) had his legs wrapped loosely around Shoto's waist, hands under his thighs to keep him from falling while his own were digging into the half and half males back in embarrassment. Shoto, feeling pinpricks in his skin finally realized that he was dumb and had forgotten to put a shirt on, which was probably why (M/N) was so embarrassed.

Despite that they'd been together for years now, married for part of it for Christ's sake, (M/N) was always too easy to embarrassed. If anything Shoto would chalk it up to the fact that the (H/C) haired male didn't leave the house very much so he got overwhelmed easily, but that was alright. To him as long as (M/N) was happy he was fine with it.

When they'd gotten back to the bedroom Shoto dropped (M/N) on the bed without much thought before moving to shuck off his sweats again. This is how nights normally went, (M/N) would either already be in bed or Shoto would have to track him down, the smaller putting pajamas on before getting in bed and waiting. Shoto would strip down to just his underwear, he was in excellent control over his quirk but sometimes he still overheated, set an alarm if they needed it before just... laying on top of (M/N), pulling the covers over both of them.

The two of them had found out early that in a relationship where only one of them needed to sleep there was going to be some odd things. Shoto, despite the nightmares of his early childhood, tended to sleep as much as possible, and (M/N) didn't need sleep at all. This had lead to the discovery that if they were to sleep together they needed to figure something out for (M/N) or else he'd get out of bed, and Shoto, asleep or awake, didn't like that at all.

So they'd found out that if Shoto laid on (M/N), like on top of him as in all his weight pushing the other male into the mattress, he'd stay and be calm. This was the closes (M/N) would ever get to actual sleep, it was relaxation and just pure affection thrown into a human weighted blanket.

Shoto had his hands under (M/N) back, rubbing his fingers into his greasy hair without a care in the world. Very early into their relationship Shoto had gotten over the greasy hair thing. Yeah, it was kinda gross, but he didn't mind, it made (M/N) calm down so it was worth the gross residue.

They laid like this for who knows how long, Shoto altering between rubbing at (M/N) scalp and lightly scratching it with blunt nails. His arms were starting to fall asleep though, the entirety of both his and (M/N)'s weight starting to cut off his circulation. He wouldn't move though, he'd been through worse. He was willing to sacrifice a bit of his comfort for (M/N)'s happiness.

After a while though (M/N)'s hand found their way to Shoto's hair, tangling into the two-toned locks, and Shoto let out a breath he'd basically been holding the entire time.

It took (M/N) a long time to calm down, his brain didn't shut off so it was hard for him to relax, but the second those fingers found his hair he knew he'd done his job right. His lips found their way to (S/C) skin on (M/N)'s neck, soft and gentle and he knew it wouldn't lead anywhere, (M/N)'s body was too tired to do anything let alone have sex.

So Shoto laid there, his lips brushing against skin as he whispered into the night.

"I love you," (M/N) said, the first thing Shoto had heard him say probably 2 days. (M/N) was pressing kisses to his shoulder, sleepy and slow despite that their owner wouldn't be able to fall asleep.

"I love you too", Shoto whispered, as he was right next to (M/N)'s ear, and he finally let himself start to drift off, his dreams a black void except for the warmth he felt below him.

Now let’s be creating some little statements with a new brand! This company got in touch and wanted me to test out their products. At first, I thought they were a little different to what I was used to (mainly because they’re a thicker denier with different designs) but I really had to give them a go.

I have to say their whole brand is pretty quirky – and it’s something that is right up my street as long as I can style them right!

My Outfit

Instead of creating something loud, I thought I would incorporate the tights into my outfit. I wore my cream bodysuit paired with my teal skirt and added my mustard boots to finish off the look. You could easily pair any other colour footwear with them to create a colour block, but I wanted to fuse it altogether to create a piece 🙂

From The Website: 77denari, for autumn-winter 18/19, explores the vast world of feelings, and the multiple points of view they can generate. Thanks to the senses, the body in fact receives information from the interior and exterior environment. They are accessing the world itself within us. Each of them has the ability to form a perceptual opinion before the action of intelligence.

We have been taught that there are five senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch, and that is anatomically, but also admits that we have a thermal sensitivity, and we know how to recognize the sense of well being, pain, or discomfort of the organism as a whole.

For this reason 77denarians have explored various currents, which have identified from 9 to 21. We have embraced 12 of them; precisely 7 more than the 5, through which we think we can fully experience our perception, and then transform us into what surrounds us, to try to increase that degree of cooperation, according to which individuals build together a reality and a shared truth.

– 100% made in Italy: the basic pantyhoses and socks are made by Italian manufacturer DUEC Calzificio located in Goffredo Castiglione;

– 100% handmade screen printing: no use of printer;

– composition: 85% polyamide and 15% elastane;

– one size fits all: the basic product is extremely elastic for sizes S-M-L;

– drawings only with water colors;

– limited edition: max 100 pieces for model;

– high resistance and durability of the design: hand washing at 30 degrees is recommended.

  The Packaging: now I have to say how impressed I was with their packaging. They were sent in a super padded envelope, in 2 small boxes.

Very simple, but they are certainly different and I love it. Even though there isn’t much detail to them in terms of model, sizing, blurb about the hosiery etc, they still aren’t bad at all.

  Getting Them On: now as the pattern is symmetrical on each leg, I took my time doing the scrunch and roll up the legs making sure I pair it as evenly as I can so I don’t have to do it again later.

These were fine rolling up the legs, and going over anklets. I had no issues at all – if anything they were super soft and so easily to glide right up.

  On The Legs:

well all I can say is how funky are these?!?!?!

The quality of these are really good I have to say. They are such a gorgeous fit on the legs; even if they are a one size pair! They have so much stretch to them and really do hug the legs well. I expected them to be slightly loose, but in actual fact that is not the case!

They look like they are a block cream colour, but if you stretch them (like how they stretch on my thighs) they do go slightly lighter. You still do get really good leg coverage overall, but it’s something to note if you want a true opaque block colour.

The design is super awesome; I have done something similar a while ago with a Jonathan Aston pair (called Dynamic) which was black sheer with a black design and they really rocked. I love how they have worked the black and goldy-yellow colour at the side of the legs, which gives you the opportunity to actually pair up colours easily with it. As I mentioned, I kept with my mustard boots, but I could have easily done purple or blue (with a different skirt too) and it would just enhance the colour and design even more.

The only downside I had was that the print was a little off on the left leg; it’s like it got stuck and slightly peeled off a little. It’s nothing major but if I’m going into the nitty gritty details, that is something I picked up on when I got them out the packaging.

The fit of these are great; as I said for a one size pair, these are fab. I do feel it could fit up to a large size but you would be looking at a sheerer cream colour than a block opaque.

The feel of them are super soft and so nice on the legs. They’re smooth (both inside and out), they’re soft to touch and they really do caress the legs.

  The Toes & Ankle: are also great. I expected some chunky seams around the toes creating little bumps around the ends but nothing of the sort. They fit and shape to the toes really nicely so you get a smooth looking finish. This also carries around the foot and up the ankles too.

You will find these will wrinkle slightly around the ankle due to the higher denier, but nothing too major.

I do think these are reinforced – and I will say that as the denier is quite thick so it would be pretty hard to create holes in these!

  The Waistband: is so soft and so comfortable I don’t wanna take these off! I love the way they sat on the waist and actually just moved with me. They don’t fall down or move out of place once you set them, and they certainly don’t lose elasticity quickly either no matter how many times you pull them down and back up again.

It’s a proper comfort band, and I really like it!

    My Thoughts?

I gotta say I really loved being in these. They were such an experience. I know most higher denier can be a hit or miss, but these are a pair which I would class as a luxe pair. I say this purely because of the way they are made, how they feel on the legs and the quality is just lovely. Trust me when I say when you roll these on, you instantly tell what they’re gonna be like for the next 10+ hours!

I am so looking forward to my 2nd pair I get to try out!

Anushka Sharma is not only a source for some great movies but also for great fashion. She is who has in the last few years scored high in fashion and personal style, is someone who can pull off any outfit. She has never left any stone unturned when it came to fashion. She has been one of those Bollywood persons who has been giving fashion inspiration to all of us. Her fashion sense has such relatable vibe to it! It doesn’t go like it’s a celebrity thing which nobody else can recreate, it’s not. Everyone can recreate and be inspired by that. She doesn’t go over the top but she always tries experimenting with her fashion. And her collaboration with Celebrity Stylist Allia Al Rufai has been nothing but a blessing. So here we are trying to categorize her outfits from western, to airport looks, wedding to ethnic wear and everything drool-worthy! We fans picked some best outfits from each category for her 31st birthday and made this fashion blog as a birthday gift. Yep, we tried. ‘Tried’ is the word there. This isn’t the best blog on her, but it’s all love and appreciation. So there we go!

The airport looks are officially a thing and one can’t really help but fall for the ongoing trend. For our beloved celebrity, Anushka Sharma, it seems to be a cake walk and it’s delightful to see her walk in and out of the airport looking stunning in so many amazing outfits. Making a style statement even if she is not in the runway. She looks comfy and classy as she hits the airport. In the times of celebrities making headlines the moment they step out of the airport after a tiring travel, Anushka seems to have never taken the pressure of making heads turn with her carefully chosen airport looks. She is often spotted in easy and comfortable ensembles while on the go. While she walks out in jumpsuits, jeans and t-shirts with an overcoat or shrugs for company, her love for super comfy sneakers, prove that comfort overtakes fashion for this lady. 1. ALL BLACK

All black is never out of style. She chose the cropped jacket as the focal point, which had some cool sleeves construction. This was teamed with a sports bralette and sleek trousers from H&M and this completed her classy look for the day. Side note, HER ABS! A DIVA ALL IN BLACK!

2. STRIPES LOOK

So here our style icon went for a dark blue number, which featured stripes. She wore a white-coloured tee with a message and paired it with a quarter-sleeved collared coat that was structural. Also she wore flared pants that matched with her coat and notched up her look with white sneakers and carried a side bag with her. Her makeup was minimally done which made her look so simple and beautiful. The side swept tresses made this look entirely more amazing.

3. BOSS LADY

Anushka Sharma was seen with her husband at the airport, looking like THIS! White tanks top under a knitted weatshirt with matching colour pants and sunglasses. Her walk radiated such boss lady energy. I mean, why not, she literally owns airport looks.

4. ALL GREEN

This is such an amazing look. She wore a bottle green blouse and a matching pair of pants, which complimented her skin tone and she looked utterly gorgeous and a sight to behold, her hair partnering with the blowing wind made this outfit 10x better.

5. CHECK AND DENIM

And as always, Anushka served us well. She was clicked dressed in a pair of grey, loose-fitted, checkered trousers teamed with a white top. She further styled it with a crop denim jacket that added an interesting element to it. White sneakers and a black backpack were accessorised with her outfit. Again her as usual minimal make-up.

6. STRIPED DRESS

The simplest and easy breezy blue striped wrap-around dress she chose and pairing them with white sneakers was both trendy and comfortable. Accessorising with just a watch and rounding off her look with minimal make-up, she gave us inspirations in casual dressing for the airport that can be simple yet stylish. Bow down to the queen of fashion!

7. YELLOW JACKET

This super-casual look had me in all awe. She wore a black midriff top and a pair of black ripped jeans. She completed her look with a sunny yellow denim jacket that stole the entire show. The yellow jacket is something everyone should have in their winter wardrobe!

8. ATHLEISURE

This outfit has to be one of the cool ones. She donned a black sports bra-style crop top with a pair of printed track pants and a matching zipper jacket. She completed her look by pairing it up with cool sneakers. This outfit is THAT airport outfit which beats it all.

9. FLORAL DRESS AND LONG COAT

Here, Anushka Sharma chose a printed button-down maxi dress with a drawstring cinched at the waist. But, but.. the best part of the look has got to be the blue jacket. The contrast of the two shades of blue looks so cool! Also love how she has folded the sleeves of the coat. It’s gives sophisticated but easy vibes to the entire look and those blush pink sneakers are too cool to not mention.

10. WHITE SHIRT-TOP X LONG COAT

It maybe silly but this gives such London vibes. Our queen of style kept her style subtle and elegant in a pair of skinny fit denims and a spotless white top with a grey overcoat. The classiest one in my personal opinion. Totally digging this look from head to toe.

11. CHIC TEE AND BLACK JEANS

Graphic tees are one of the most effortlessly stylish pieces! Pick up a tee that reflects your vibe and pair it up with jeans,that’s what our ever so glowing diva did. She picked a pink t-shirt with the slogan “Pink AF” written over it, paired it with black jeans and sneakers and voila, she looks like she is ready to rule the runway.

12. CLASSIC WHITE TEE AND DENIM JACKET

Again, a girl next door vibe. White t-shirt + ripped jeans + white sneakers + a back pack = Anushka Sharma’s airport style before and now. White tee, black jeans and white sneakers are old classic and will always be, looks like she knew that and she agrees to that.

13. CROP TOP AND TORN JEANS

Chic-y! As usual she kept it simple and chic for her airport look. She wore a blue torn denim with a white cropped t-shirt. And she kept it casual with a cool cap and white sneakers and the batch bag makes it even more stylish. This look is perfect for travel purpose as it is stylish, chic and most importantly comfortable. ‘Comfort’ is what Anushka Sharma’s airport looks are.

14. DENIM ON DENIM

On the other hand, she rocked the double denim trend like a boss! The patch work denim separates were paired with a black tank top, keeping it chic-y and simple. To add an extra edge, she completed her look with classic white sneakers, which really seems to be her favourite thing ever. Anushka’s outfit is something we all need in our wardrobes.

15. LONG KURTA

Anushka always looks good in Indian outfits and especially in Sabyasachi’s outfits. Here she nailed a flared kurta with a matching cream-coloured palazzo, perfectly accented with black embellished border along the hem and sleeves. The star-print made the ethnic look super cute and easy.

16. TANK TOP AND HIGH WAIST PANTS

Black printed top, green pants, white sneakers and those glares makes this outfit look so classy and comfortable. This look is the simplest but gives a huge classy vibe for an airport look.

17. KURTI X JEANS X DUPATTTA

Again, a simple girl next door look. Simple kurti paired with black jeans, brown boots and glares gives it such a badass vibe. Also, the dupatta/scarf compliments the look even better. This can very much be the go to look for anyone as it isn’t expensive and it’s baddie style.

18. SKIRT LIKE TOP AND CHECK PANTS

This look is such a cute look. A print on the print outfit is one of my favourites, Anushka carried the chic look. She paired her striped shirt with what looked like a short skirt and chequered pants. Keeping her hair into a sleek ponytail and then as usual completed her entire look with the dark glares.

19.THE CUTEST! WHITE SWEATSHIRT AND BLUE JEANS

This knitted top with high waist flared denims and black sandals are giving such cute retro vibe to the entire outfit. It looks cool and comfortable for an airport look. Her flying hair and blush-y cheeks ain’t easy to not mention here. This outfit is a classic look.

20. ALL BLUE

This has to be something I want to own. The classiest outfit of all. Anushka Sharma wore blue palazzos and a matching blue jacket. A black sports bra + a bomber jacket + matching flared trousers + black sneakers + tires up hair bun + dark glares = A BOMBASS LOOK.

21. BLACK JUMPSUIT

Dressed in a black jumpsuit, white sneakers and shades, Anushka gave the comfiest airport look, She looked so damn pretty and every bit stylish. With pink lips and open tresses, the glowing face complimented her look like always.

22. BLACK ON BLACK

Over sized jacket and sweatshirt are always gonna be stylish. I personally love them. They make you look cute, you feel cute wearing them and they make you look really stylish, here is our style icon giving an example for this by wearing an oversized black jacket and white t-shirt underneath it paired with black pants and black shoes. Also the black glares. This all black on black look is so classy and gives over all a classy edgy to the black in black concept.

23. TUNIC TOP

Here the versatile Sharma was seen wearing a cute pink tunic paired with black pants and black shoes. Her hair in pony and black glares gives it a really easy and stylish look. This shade of pink colour really gives a casual vibe, exactly the aura which she radiates with her fun and casual personality.

24. WHITE ON WHITE

Now all in white? Anushka Sharma, whose liking for casual wear is no secret, was seen denim and tee over dressy styles time and again. She does it again but switches her pair of jeans with a crisp white, high-waisted, crop trousers. White is indeed a classic and we love Anushka’s all white look - tee, trousers and sneakers. She accessorises it perfectly with a tote bag and oversized sunglasses.

25. FLORAL LONG DRESS

Anushka style isn’t limited, it varies from contemporary Indian ethnic wear to athleisure, picked a demure tiered dress by that was embroidered with florals for the occasion. To accessorise it, she opted for a pair of casual tan sandals and a Saint Laurent tote. Though florals are often categorised to a summer wardrobe, for Anushka it isn’t! She can look anything and everything trendy at any time of the year.

26. LINEN SUIT-ISH LOOK WITH BASIC WHITE TEE

This look is so chic which gives a formal look but looks super cool and is super comfortable. The summer linen suit with a basic white tee and white sliders. A black duffle bag coupled with a pulled back ponytail and a subtle makeup rounded out her look which made her look stunning for an runway.

Now again, she kept her travel look simple, yet sharp. She tucked in her fuss-free top into a pair of black trousers, and matched her accessories to her pants. At the event of her home produced, NH10’s premiere in China, Anushka donned a Shantanu and Nikhil lehenga. Our lady is very rarely seen attending award shows but when she does, she opts for unique and breathtaking outfits. For the LVRB premiere at Dubai Film Festival in 2011, Anushka wore a white off-shoulder gown with silver and golden embellishments. It had a white belt as well with a golden bow on its middle. This one is from the recent summer collection of NUSH. This baby blue gradient top is a plain yet radiant and summery piece of cloth. The bottom knot changes the whole look and makes it even more stylish. She paired this with light blue ragged shorts, big hoops for accessorizing and straight open hair. That’s all. She looks really pretty.

6. Multi Colour Camo Tee

This one is one of my most fav looks of her! The choice of colors is perfectly brilliant. The slits at the back and the back knot make it look super hot. Smoky eyes, open hair and our Anushka is all set to rock it. This was from the exclusive #NUSHFORLOVE collection, supporting the LGBT community.

7. Denim On Denim Look

During the promotions for her film Sui Dhaaga, Anushka was spotted wearing this NUSH outfit. Her ensemble included a pair of flared, paper bag waist jeans that were combined with a ruffle top in a slightly darker shade. Her trusted, Allia Al Rufai added oomph to her monotone outfit by pairing it with golden heels. Messy pony, well-defined eyes and nude lips finished her look.

8. Trendy black & white look

Here, Anushka chose to wear a solid black crop net tee, paired up with a white net jacket and black pants with stripes over them! The whole look gave cool easy-breezy vibes. Approachable, comfortable and trendy! The best combo ever.

Minimalism is not a lack of something. It’s simply the perfect amount of something. This dress is a classic example of artistic weaving. It has a round, sleeveless arms with an attached lining on one side and a straight hem. Simple yet gorgeous. No jewellery, blush lips and blow dried hair add nothing but a more aesthetic vibe about the whole look.

12. Cut And Sew Top

Made from 100% Tencel, this was a piece from the #NUSHFORLOVE collection, yet another favorite of mine. This Navy blue quarter sleeve shirt has white embroidery cut and sews work on the shoulders giving it a gracious look. Anushka teamed this up with a baby blue denim which works quite well. Well defined eyes, blush lipstick, small silver earrings and you are done. What-a-beauty!

13. Mustard Suppandi Tee

Next up we have this tee from #NushXSuppandi SS18 collection. For many of us, comics have been our buddy for all those lazy summer afternoons. To globally socialize our comic heroes, Anushka took this step by collaborating with Tinkle. This is a plain mustard tee with a sketch of suppandi printed on the bottom! Subtle yet smart hint for all the Suppandi fans out there! Wanna relive your childhood? What’s better than this?

14. Turquoise Funky Top

Coming to this outfit, this was from the AW17 collection. Here Anushka donned a turquoise bell sleeved top with these funky texts patched over it, the laces on the sides add up to the whole easy peasy vibe. She teamed this us with acid washed grey jeans and white shoes! Open middle-parted hair, nude makeup, and a HUGE smile. Our girl is all ready to rock the stage!

A B&W piece is a must in our collection, so presenting NUSH’s version of the evergreen B&W; The set consists of a sleeveless Black and white minute checked print top with pink floral embroidery and straight pants in the same print and necessary pockets. Print on print being in trend this is an absolute love. Silver sandals paired with this were a great choice.

16. Yellow Top and Brown Pants

This one is from the AW18 collection, Anushka is seen wearing a light yellow sleeveless top with laces on the top for tying a bow. She paired it up with these light brown relaxed loose pants. The block heels make the look even more badass. This look oozes power and comfort! No bling, no embroidery yet the look outshines! As they say, elegance is elimination and minimalism.

17. Black and White Striped Peplum Top

Monochrome can never go out of fashion and is the safest option to go for when you are in a hurry. The striped peplum top and loose fit trousers are a hassle-free but perfect fashion choice for any occasion. You can also layer it with a jacket and can go for comfy sneakers for that boho look. This outfit creams BOSS LADY! The long sleeved solid black top with ruffles on the arms and that B&W Strip paired with solid black pants, a grey cap, and our lady is ready to rule the world. The grey and white sneakers were the perfect combo as they go completely with the whole look. In a word the whole look is just Badass, isn’t it?

This is yet another outfit from the #NUSHFORLOVE collection, a plain white tee with NUSH written over it in silver color. The ends of the sleeves have these rainbow borders, round neck and that’s it. She wore it with blue denim. For accessories, big silver hoops were used. Side parted open hair, kohled eyes and nude lips the classing Anushka Sharma look!

21. Beige Suppandi Tee

Here Anushka sported a beige Suppandi printed t-shirt and ripped jeans. The light washed fitted pair denim had enormous rips over the thigh and knees. This was again from the #NUSHXSuppandi collection. She grabbed a pair of sunnies and was good to go! The “suppandi” printed on the tee is in the same fond as that in the comics which makes it even more special for us comic fans. I am in love with this look.

22. Yellow Floral Set

Coming up is an AW17 outfit. With yellow being the color of the season, this breathable quirky print co-ord is all you need in your wardrobe. The funky sleeve drama is what makes it look super cool and summer-ready. Anushka left her hair open, a dewy makeup, ditched the accessories and let the outfit do the talking. White sneakers being the go-to choice for such cool looks it had to be here.

23. Peach and Green Sheath Dress

For the cover of the AW18 collection, Anushka chose this Peach and green printed woven sheath dress, with that funky twist in the sleeves it looks even more savage. Wavy hair, baby pink lips, and nude heels finished her look. Sharma looked radiant and gracious. This dress can be paired up with a jacket or a shrug and can be worn by anyone, from a college-going her to a lady!

24. Cream and Blue Suit

To be honest, baby blue is the warmest color. The baby blue jacket and the quirky suspenders in the creme trousers are what gives this simple yet classy outfit a stylish touch. This outfit is a perfect pick for any casual outing. Also, to make the look stand out, you can pair it with a statement piece of jewelry or can even go for a dramatic hairdo. The white heels add further to the funk of this outfit.

This one is from the SS18 collection. Black and white monotone can never go wrong. The whole outfit has these vertical stripes of B&W with the end of the pants with a horizontal border of the same cloth. The ruffles and folds are what make this simple, plain outfit quirky and fun. Not to forget, the interesting neckpiece Anushka opted does a good job.

26. Peach And White Shirt

This Peach and Off white coloured boxy striped casual shirt id from the #NushXSuppandi Collection, one half of the shirt has these black suppandi print all over it giving an interesting turn. The back of the shirt has a huge Suppandi Sketch with “FOLK TALES” written over it. I personally like this outfit enormously due to the unique style and the colour combination!

27. Pink T-shirt Dress

Let’s just admit right here, our girl slayed this dress!!! This one is from the AW18 collection. Anushka wore a Pink floral printed T-shirt dress, lace ruffled pink socks and pink sneakers! At its back, it has these lacy details. Baby pink has always been Anushka’s color, proving it yet again she went all Pink AF! This outfit was sold out completely on the very first day! One can’t deny that Anushka carried this off like a boss.

  28. Turquoise Top and Pants

In this AW18 look, Anushka is sporting a turquoise floral printed ruffled shirt with these gorgeous bell bottom slit pants. The color co-ord is on point. She paired these with golded heels which add a little more drama to the whole look. Straight hair, dewy makeup round the look off. Gorgeousness on your way.

29. White and Pink Printed A-line dress

Here comes my most favorite and the recent SS19 dress. Anushka is seen sporting a gorgeous Floral printed white and baby pink A-line dress, with long sleeves and a stylish lacy collar. To add more color to the look, Anushka opted for yellow block heels. Dewy makeup and Wavy hair were a perfect choice making the look even more ethereal and aesthetic.

This bushy mushy blue printed top and middy are one of the best examples of print on print. The color combination is really spot on. The print is unique, funky yet gracious in its own way. The whole outfit has a different aura and that’s what I really love about it. You can even pair the two components separately and can style it in your own way giving it a personal touch.

Coming back to the recent SS19 collection, let’s present you one of the best mix and match kinda outfit. Here you see Anushka donning a round neck solid white layered spegatt and blue washed denim shorts paired up with the coral longline shrug. The addition of this shrug changes the whole vibe of the outfit making it super fun and cool. This outfit is a perfect one for any hot summer day making you feel vibrant and chilled. The decision of wearing brown long strapped heels gives it a little vintage tone which adds to the quirky-ness of the look. “So these were the 31 NUSH outfits our lady sported and conquered like a queen. This was not at all an easy choice as NUSH has treated us very well with the types of outfits we got. Every outfit has a lot of thoughts behind every small detail, be it the buttons or the pockets, everything is done to make these as comfortable as possible. This little black dress is so cute and sexy at the same time. She wore this cute dress for promotions. The dress comes with fancy shoulder cutouts, bishop sleeves and large floral motifs. Anushka has paired this look with a version of black ballet bellies. Hair all open and minimal makeup. I love how she has even taken the time out to paint her nails.

2. ALL BLACK PANTSUIT

Anushka in this all back look looked stunning. Going the sharp way with her look, she chose to don this sharp and chic pantsuit. We love the lace camisole and the slit-sleeves. Also, the chain detailing adds that much-needed bling to the overall black look. Pointy-toed black heels rounded her look off. Hair tied in pony tail. With dark lipstick but minimal makeup. She looked stunning and ready to walk the runway.

3. FLORAL SKIRT WITH GREY TOP

Here, Anushka chose chic separates to make a statement with. Styled by her trusted, Allia Al Rufai, the she chose alook comprising of a ruffled floral skirt teamed with a grey pullover featuring dramatic shoulder detailing. The look was completed with shimmery gold pointy-toed heels, hair loosely tied in low pony tail and minimal make up. She rocked this unique outfit with her charming and sophisticated personality.

With this look, Anushka Sharma gave us the party look of the season. Here, she went with this shimmery silver high-waist belted pants and they were teamed with an one-shouldered top. A watch and a few bracelets rounded her look off. Strap heels completed her look. While her outfit was more than on-point, it was her beauty look at caught our attention. This outfit is so pretty. It’s giving such delicate vibes. You’re looking for a brunch date look, then look no further than this outfit of Anushka’s. While the shiny attire grabbed eyeballs at the promotion, Anushka was seen flaunting her love for backless outfits and it’s too hot to handle. Bell sleeves are my favourite. They are so cute. Bell sleeves have been in rage lately and Anushka sure as hell knows that and agree on it. This outfit is so damn pretty, I can’t begin to tell you. The colour, especially the colour just had me. It’s so soft and delicate. But what makes the outfit better and cuter is her hairstyle, it’s such a cute hairstyle which compliments her face perfectly.

This is Anushka Sharma’s outfit of the day, this outfit is something which you will save in your secret Pinterest board in the hopes of replicating it one day, but never get around to. But she has killed the high-profile street style look in this distressed boyfriend denims and striped shirt. The pants are particularly funny, but they gave Anushka a cool look. She is game to such experiments and carries such crazy outfits owning them as if it was her original style. In contrast to her stylish looks, the distressed boyfriend denim is a bit different. Having said that, she on her part, did nail this look.

This silky shirt got me. Anushka donned a beautiful floral top which she paired with rugged boyfriend jeans. It’s really different combination but it worked and worked so good. With those sleek hair and a dark pair of round shades complemented her look very well. Rounded off with deep red footwear, She looked stylish in this fuss-free yet glam look.

We don’t see Anushka in shorts much, but when we do she seen in those short shorts, you know her beautiful legs in those shorts. So we don’t complain. If you didn’t know already, allow me to tell you that Anushka Sharma can also make casual look super sexy! Dressed in a long black top and mini lacey shorts, she raised the heat. She went for a smoky grey ethernal lehenga, embellished with silver threads, textured sequins, and cut organza flowers. She kept her hair simple and wavy. She wore a stunning dupatta which was clinched on the waist with the ‘Bengal tiger’ belt. Anushka’s look was accessorized with a handcrafted diamond necklace and small studs balancing the look. This silver gown is all kind of sexy. She looked resplendent in a silver gown. Wearing her hair back in a low ponytail, she rounded out the look with discreet earrings and assorted rings on both hands. Beauty wise, she looks like she got the heavy smokey eyes and nude lip memo too. Anushka turned up the heat in this Falguni Shane Peacock gown! This outfit is definitely a game changer.

But, look closely, because there are tons of details you might not notice right off the bat. The gown paired it with classy heels. Her hair were tied in a pony tail with middle partition and that made sure all eyes were on the gown. Her look was not only stylish but also ensured that she was comfortable enough to dance the night away—now if this isn’t the ideal combo for an outfit, I don’t know what is!

21. PINK DRESS WITH BELL SLEEVES

Whenever Anushka Sharma dons an ethnic wear, it mostly leaves fashion us wanting for more. She sure knows how to make heads turn. Continuing her fashionable streak, she wore pink dress here. The dress featured a wrap-over neckline and bell sleeves. Furthermore, it had had colourful floral embroidery work all over it. She accessorised her outfit with a pair of large silver danglers. We totally liked it cause of the fact that it was a perfect blend of contemporary and traditional fashion. Her outfit is a great example of comfort and style. She looks mesmerising, doesn’t she? Thanks for agreeing.

22. MONOCHROME BOW BLOUSE WITH RED MILITARY JACKET AND BROWN PANTS

Quirky! This is completely a different avatar and I loved it. It was a risky choice for a promotional but it paid off when she was seen stepping out in a military look that included a pair of brown pants teamed with a monochrome pussycat bow blouse, it was layered it with a red military cropped jacket, which was an X-factor to her look. With hair tied back in a messy ponytail and again her signature minimal makeup, she complemented her outfit with golden heels. She sure knows to try various styles and slay them.

23. MIDI SKIRT WITH WHITE TOP

Oh my god! This outfit is so cute and criminally underrated. This cute outfit deserves appreciation. Anushka paired up this midi skirt with a white top. She finished off her look with a pair of white bow embellished leather heels and a simple half-up hairstyle! This is the simplest outfit to recreate for us fans. Give this outfit some appreciation, people.

24. FLORAL DRESS WITH WHITE STILETTOS

Anushka Sharma has hardly left us unimpressed with her trendy and sartorial wardrobe choices. Every now and then, her unique fashion style has left us fans in awe of her beauty. Be it at airport or award functions, the gorgeous diva has always played her fashion game well, just like here she donned a floral outfit in which she looks gorgeous as ever. Her statement earrings, a ring and minimal makeup rounded her lookout.  She preferred to keep her hair tied in a ponytail. Her white stilettos aptly matched her outfit. With utmost grace and attitude, she, as usual, looks absolutely a charming beauty.

25. FLORAL PINK LACED DRESS

This dress made her look so delicate and beautiful. Anushka Sharma is pleated perfection in this pretty dress. She stood out in this unexpectedly girly dress by Burberry. The dress featured delicate pleats in the skirt for a classically romantic look. There’s just something about a pink frock which had me all mesmerised, and I must confess I am sort of enamoured with this darling floral lace dress worn by Anushka. Between the sheer long sleeves and the nipped-in waist, the look was understatedly charming. Anushka’s sweet and feminine midi dress is ideal outfit of the day.

26. LILAC CHOKER NECK GOWN

Anushka Sharma surely made heads in this embellished outfit. She kept the accessories very minimal paired with nude makeup and hair tied in a ponytail. She looked surreal and gave a dramatic twist to her outfit. She took the road-less-travelled in fashion too and went for a lilac gown. I absolutely loved her gown and for it’s silhouette and nuanced details. Anushka’s gown was floor-length too and featured a choker neck. It was detailed with sheer accents on the bodice area and was full-sleeved with feathery ends, which gave her attire a dreamy touch. Her outfit was perfectly tailored and enhanced her slender frame. It was an architectural delight with sequins and patterns. The gown again took a feathery and ruffled turn towards the end, which we felt was an interesting addition. The feathery accents and the sharp patterns made her outfit a cross between dream and reality. Totally digging this look.

27. WHITE CHIKANKARI SALWAR

Anushka Sharma in this white traditional gives us all sort fairy vibes, so dreamy. She was promoting Sui Dhaaga with his fellow co-star Varun Dhawan, she wore a salwar with extensive chikankari embroidery all over it from Kanika Kapoor House of Chikankari. The suit has paisley motifs on the kurta and was paired with a dupatta with a gold-trimmed border. Anushka gave us a lesson on how to wear a chikankari outfit with class and elegance. With a suit that boasted of intricate and extensive embroidery all over, She kept her makeup, hair and accessories very subtle. She wore these cute golden-ish earrings, a bangle each, a bindi and pretty juttis to go along with the outfit. She is looks ethereal.

28. CROPPED STRIPED JACKET WITH BELTED TROUSERS

Again, I have to mention this underrated outfit Anushka Sharma showed up in for Sui Dhaaga promotion. Anushka’s style has always been very versatile, a fact that she reiterated when she nailed this very smart look. The belted trousers, the cropped striped jacket with big sleeves and an interesting collar - everything looked very chic on Anushka. Check out the white shoes as well - we love the exaggerated laces of it. Personally, I’d totally love to have this outfit in my closet.

29. BLACK FULL-SLEEVED TOP AND WIDE LEGGED TROUSERS

Allow Anushka Sharma to tell you that pant suit isn’t the only way to dress sharp. Here she opted for more basic yet sophisticated look with earrings like gold drops to complete her look. Keeping her hair way with soft curls, Anushka really looked gorgeous. Again her look is— her appearance in an all black number and full sleeved top and wide legged trousers paired by black pump heels had us all in awe of the most simplest and sharp look ever from her. The lady in black is always here to serve us looks with her versatile fashion sense.Shiny outfits are risky to impress or carry, but not you worry Anushka Sharma got this.

Anushka wore this dazzling pink outfit for the zero promotion paired by with white heels and hair in ponytail. Minimal make up which complement the bright colour of the outfit. She literally shined like a bright star which she is. She looks stunningly gorgeous.

31. ONE-SHOULDERED MULTI-COLOUR GOWN

Whoa, Sexy! Anushka Sharma wore a multi-colour gown, which I thought was every inch eye-catching. Her gown was enhanced by multi-coloured intricate patterns and a one-shouldered overlapping silhouette. It was accentuated by dark hues and made for a perfect night party wear. Her gown featured a deep side slit and she paired her outfit for the night with strappy pencil heels. Her makeup was marked by a nude lip shade and smoky kohl. She also kept her tresses wavy and that rounded out her look perfectly. Those sexy legs! Anushka Stunning Sharma is her name.

Anushka Sharma was seen wearing these Cartier Just Un Clou bangle, an iconic piece of jewellery that is. She’s layered that over an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak gold watch. These are the two pairs of expensive jewellery Anushka has been wearing a lot on numerous occasions like promotions, during her airport travels. She mostly wears them off work. These two are the special and iconic piece of jewellery she has ever been seen and they are so pretty.

4. RUDRAKSH BRACELET

Her rudraksh bracelet, you can see her wearing that in her left hand in the picture above. She has been wearing this for years. A lot of times, while shooting, coming out of an ad shoot, at the gym and just in every regular day. This seem to really special to her.

5. SOLITAIRE RING

How can we forget mentioning the envy worthy wedding ring, it obviously isn’t a regular accessory but it is way too important and special for not mentioning here. Her beautiful wedding with that big and shinny solitaire stone is dazzling and beautiful but Anushka Sharma’s glow on the face! Ring has nothing on Anushka Sharma when she smiles. there is no competition. She shines brighter than that millions worth diamond. Anushka’s glowing face with that smile wins.

It’s really nice to see celebrities like her repeat these little accessories. That’s what makes her so relatable and so much like us. That’s why I love Anushka Sharma, she is simple and just like any other girl.

Pairing: Jughead Jones x Reader

Description: Revelations on Jason’s case burn through.

Warnings: None I can think of. But I suck at warnings...

A/N: Wow, it’s been more than a month since the last part was released and this one is more on the short side. Dog Days final part coming soon :)

Y/N’s point of view

Y/N wakes up in fright, heart pounding off her chest, barely breathing. The loud noises that interrupted her slumber are coming from downstairs. She gets up as quickly and silently as possible and grabs the baseball bat her uncle gave her when she turned 14, which has been neglected to the corner of the room ever since. Gathering all her courage, the girl walks down the stairs slowly, avoiding the creaking steps she learned to skip when sneaking out at night, hoping it’s not Jason’s killer, for a 16-year-old with a bat she doesn't even know how to use won’t stand a chance against someone with a gun that has already killed a teenager.

At the bottom of the stairs someone is coming up with boxes covering their face. She gets scared and swings, missing whoever is there by a hair. “Wow. Sweetie, it’s me.” Her father’s familiar voice calms her. He drops his box at the step and takes the baseball bat from her as she still looks distressed. It takes her a few seconds to process she’s safe, but as soon as she does, her arms are around her father. “No love for moma?” Y/N sees her mother, of whom she’s the spitting image, standing by the open front door. She runs down to hug the woman just as tight as she did her dad.  “You guys didn't tell me you were coming.”, she says, happy to see them instead of a killer. “We wanted to surprise you.” “That you sure did.” They all laugh, as that wasn't exactly the welcome they were expecting. “Do you need help unpacking?” Y/N notices the mess everywhere. “No, you go get ready for school. We’ll deal with all this”, her mother instructs, pointing at everything around the living-room with a ‘why did we brought so much stuff’ look.

Y/N gets back to her room without any guilt for not helping them. She’s used to them coming back home with extra luggage. The girl did try to help once, but they just ended up making a bigger mess. It’s a lot earlier than she planned on waking up, so she takes that time to finish her articles for the Blue and Gold. Time flies by and she only notices when her belly roars in hunger. The girl quickly changes out of her pijamas into high waisted jeans and a loose tank top. Reaching the kitchen, she finds suitcases and boxes full of stuff they brought from the trip piled everywhere, making it impossible to eat, let alone cook there. “I’m going to Pop’s for breakfast.”, she shouts grabbing a jacket from the coat hanger. “Wait! We didn't even have time to catch up.” Her mom comes out from behind a pile of boxes. “We’ll do that at dinner, when I come back to this house the way it was before you arrived, young lady.”, Y/N says playfully. “Oh. Bring your boyfriend for dinner.”, Y/F/N requests. “He’s not my boyfriend.” She blushes. “Of course not, you just spend a lot of time with him, talking about him, thinking about him...”, Y/M/N teases. “Ok, I got it. See ya later.” Y/N blows them a kiss and heads out.

The girl is glad to be reminded of Jughead. She texts him on her way to the diner. 

From: Y/N

Wanna have breakfast at Pop’s? My treat.

From: Jughead

Would love to, but I’m heading to Betty’s for breakfast. I’m gonna distract her mom while she tries to find out where Polly was taken to. 

Y/N doesn't reply, perplexed to why she wasn't included in their plan. She’s not mad at Jug, but rather disappointed in Betty. After the memorial, she was sure they were on the same page. Clearly not. Nonetheless, she’s not gonna let that stop her from getting the best milkshakes in town before class.

Jughead’s point of view

The chair in the Blue and Gold office is way more comfortable than his mattress on the floor. Nevertheless, whenever Jughead tries to sleep there, he ends up staying up late, writing. Tonight is one of those nights. Without any major development on the Jason Blossom case, the novelist doesn't really have much to add to the story but editing is just as important. Jug can’t move past the paragraph about the first time he met Y/N by the edge of Sweet Water River just after the body was removed. It’s the way she’s written in, skeptical and cold, that got him stuck, realizing he doesn't relate to that at all. Even so, at the same time, it’s how he felt back then. Since he promised she’d be the first to read his finished work, the writer can’t imagine letting her read those as his first words about her.

After much editing, he’s finally happy with the end result of Y/N’s introduction to the story. The clock on his screen shows it just turned 6 am. He could try and get some sleep, but the boy remembers the long overdue paper he has to deliver and not a single sentence written yet. School work isn't really his forte. Forty-five minutes go by and Jug’s staring at his laptop screen, motionless, not even all the cold coffee left in his thermos flask would be enough to keep him awake, so he decides to take a power nap before leaving for Betty’s. Jughead just slouches back on the chair and crosses his feet over the table. Leaving the office would mean 15 minutes wasted wondering the school halls till his ‘room’ and he can’t afford to lose a single one. He’s woken up by a text from Y/N, inviting him to eat at Pop’s, rather than his alarm clock. 

Of course he would 100 times prefer to have breakfast with Y/N at the Chock’lit Shoppe than with Betty and her mom, but the fate of their investigation could rest with whatever information they can get out of Polly, and for that they need to know where she is. That’s something they can only get from Alice and everything is set for today. Jughead just hopes the Y/H/C girl understands that. He can’t help thinking if she had texted a little earlier he would most definitely have had two breakfasts. 

A couple of waffles in, some OJ and both silent and vocal insults from Alice, Betty gives him the sign to get her mom out of the room, which is as easy as asking for the bathroom. When he returns, the blonde is already waiting for him by the front door with an accomplished look. Jughead thanks Alice for the ‘hospitality’ before they leave hurriedly. He can’t wait to share this with Y/N.

Y/N’s point of view

Y/N uses her free period to drop her finished articles at the Blue and Gold not expecting to run into Betty and Jughead in there. “It's a Home for troubled youths.Where disenfranchised teens will learn such virtues as discipline and respect, enjoying lives of quiet reflection and servitude.”, Jug quotes. “Poor Polly.“, Bets says. “So you found out?”, Y/N asks, reveling her presence in the room. She can see the blonde dig her nails in her palms and go from a hateful to calm face within seconds. “Y/N/N! So glad you could join us. Juggie was very helpful in us finding out where Polly is.”, Betty says on fake-nice tone, stroking Jug’s arm, making him cringe and Y/N’s face grow red. “Where is that?”, the Y/H/C girl inquires, trying to not sound weird out by the whole ordeal. “The Sisters of Quiet Mercy. Sounds creepy, I know.”, the raven-haired boy replies. “When are we going?”, Y/N asks enthusiastically, as this would be their first group operation. “I think it’s best if just me and Juggie go. Too many people can call attention.”, the vixen replies coarsely. “I disagree.” Jughead stands up and walks away from Betty. “The more the merrier. If things go south we can create a diversion, plus Y/N can drive us there.” There’s no valid argument Betty could use to explain why she doesn't want Y/N with them. The Y/E/C eyes meet Jug’s blueish ones in gratitude for standing up for her.

The bell for lunch rings and they leave the office to the courtyard. They find the table where Archie is sitting next to Valerie, with a melancholic expression. Betty walks a little faster than them and sits in the corner of the bench, forcing Jug to sit in the middle and Y/N next to him in the other corner. “I think we should do it after school.”, Bets suggests, probably because she knows Y/N has an extra class today. “Sure, that works for me.”, the Y/H/C girl agrees and takes a sip from her soda. Playing Betty’s game isn't really something she wants to do, but she’s not just about to leave Jug alone with her again. “What are you guys talking about? Anything I can help with?”, Archie inquiries, begging to be a part of it, same way Y/N has to fight for her spot in. “What we're attempting is a stealth operation, Archie. If we go in there with the entire Scooby Gang, forget it, we're compromised.”, Jug explains, eating the last of his tortilla chips. The ginger boy looks even more miserable at that, but at soon as Veronica arrives, his gloominess changes, since she offers to play with him at the Variety Show. Y/N understands Jughead’s gestures of asking for her bag of potato chips and gives it to him with a smile, only to watch Betty making fists with her hands once again.

Now that her parents are home, Y/N can’t just skip class so she heads into her classroom acting sick. Lucky for her she’s very convincing and the teacher let’s her out without any problems. She meets Jug and Betty by the front gate so they can walk together to her house where she’ll get her mom’s car to drive them to the Sisters of Quiet Mercy building. The girl asks them to wait on the corner while she gets the car. Y/N’s not in the mood to explain to her parents what they are doing. Not too long goes by and they hear the loud roar of the Impala. “I call shotgun.” Jughead says opening the door so that Betty can seat in the back.

Jughead’s point of view

They arrive at the reception. The place looks more like a prison than a home. Betty hands the nun her ID and she’s allowed in, but Jughead and Y/N have to stay back. “What do you think she’s gonna find?”, the girl asks as they sit on a bench in the lobby. “The truth. Whatever that is.”, he answers. Soon after, they are asked to wait in a room. The doctor insists on them moving, not taking into consideration their attempts to prove they’re fine where they are. “Are we being committed now?” Y/N tries to open the window, to no success. “No. But that may have been a better outcome.” Jug makes her turn around to see Alice Cooper by the door with a furious look. 

They are being escorted out by doctors. Before they reach the door, Polly comes out from a corner. She loses control and start screaming at her mom for not telling her what happened to Jason. Y/N tries to block one of the doctors from holding Betty, so the blonde can hug her sister. “Don’t touch her.” Jughead throws himself in front of the Y/H/C girl as the doctor was just about to pin her on the wall. They all watch as the pregnant mourning girl is dragged out. Jug is met with a different, darker view of what he thought was a perfect family.

At the parking lot, Alice instructs Betty to wait in the car and she walks away with both a grateful and apologetic look. Thanks to them, she got to see her sister, although because of that her mother is just about to lecture them. “I didn't expect this of you, Y/N.” The girl can’t meet Mrs. Cooper’s eyes. “She was doing...”, the boy starts. “Jug...” She nods her head from side to side interrupting him. “That’s right, Jughead. Y/N doesn't need you to defend her. She knows she’s wrong.”, Alice spits with her eyes still watery. “No. Betty has a right to know what’s going on with her sister. And THIS... exiling your own daughter because she’s pregnant. I didn't expect THAT from you.” Y/N opens the car door and gets in without looking back at Alice. Jughead follows her actions and they drive away. 

“Where should I drop you off?”, she asks. Jughead is silent for a while, figuring out the best way out of this. “How about we just go to Pop’s?”, he suggests, defensively. “Sure. After this, all I need is a double chocolate shake with waffles.” Y/N changes their route to the Chock’lit Shoppe. “Waffles? For dinner?” The raven-haired boy laughs. “Don’t judge me, Mr. Coffee-before-bed-ops-I-have-insomnia.”, the girl teases and they both laugh. Y/N keeping her eyes off the road a little longer than she should’ve. Juggie is sure he caught her glimpsing at his lips but this isn't the right time for it so he just focuses on their order. He’s temped on the waffles as well, but the usual burger wins every time.

Of course he stole a few bites from Y/N’s delicious sweet treat, making the girl fake-mad and him fake-innocent. However, a sweet grin vanishes from his face as fast as it appeared since she offered to drive him home once again. “I think I’m just gonna stay here, enjoy the free coffee refills and write a bit.” Jug hates not being able to tell her why he’s not going home. Luckily she doesn't look suspicious to his reasons for staying. “How about tomorrow we have actual food for dinner? My place?”, Y/N asks confidently. “Sounds good.” The boy loves Pop’s, but the thought of real food makes his stomach fluster. The girl slides off the booth and walks out of the diner, leaving Jug wishing there was a white chocolate and ginger milkshake so he could still smell her.

Y/N’s point of view

 Light tapping on Y/N’s bedroom window startles her. “Jug?” She surprises herself as this is the second time she calls him by his nickname. The boy is on a ladder the girl wasn't even aware they owned. “Hey there, Juliet.”, he proclaims, getting in. “You do know we have a front door?”, Y/N asks rhetorically. “There was an unfamiliar car in your driveway.”, he states, looking around the posters on her walls and some of the books on her shelves before turning to face her. “So you decided to climb up?” She waves her hands in confusion. “Could've been the killer. I may as well have saved your life.” Her heart beats faster as he walks closer and closer. “Also...” Jughead breaths in, his eyes switching from her lips to her Y/E/C orbs. He guides his hands to each side of her cheeks. Without hesitation Jug leans in, meeting their lips in a sweet, passionate kiss. Y/N is dazed by his actions and takes a few seconds to kiss back. But their moment is interrupted by her father knocking on the door. “Dinner is almost ready. When is your friend coming?”, he shouts through the hallway. “Soon.”, Y/N replies with a wide smile, looking up at that amazing boy in front of her, who just gave this fortunate overjoyed pleased teen her first kiss. 

They walk down the stairs to the kitchen. “Where did Jughead come from?”, her mother asks, suspiciously. “You know Nightcrawler, right? Ta-da!”, Y/N points at the boy, implying he teleported. “Are you hiding a tail under that flannel?”, her father jokes. “No, I've got my holographic clock on.” Jughead shows his wrist, with a bracelet rather a clock, but the reference to X-Men: Evolution still stands. Y/N’s sporting an amazed look at his knowledge on the series. “Ok, Kurt. you can sit here.” Y/F/N point at the seat next to his daughters usual place and winks at the girl. Laughter and conversation fill the room. Y/M/N shares stories about their travel, Y/F/N talks about some of his less bloody cases, and Jughead gives them movies suggestions. Y/N is loving every second of it. However, as soon as they finish the main course, Jug’s phone buzzes. He shows Y/N the text.

From: Betty

Meet me at route 40 by the Maple Syrup sign. 

Both teens look at each other, knowing they have to go, because it could be about the case they are desperate to solve. “Mom, we’re gonna skip desert, we have to go meet some friends.”, Y/N tells them, seeing the disappointed look in Jug’s face. “That’s ok, honey. Call us if you’re gonna be later than really late.”, her mother says. “Thank you for dinner Mr. and Mrs. Y/L/N. It was delicious.”, Jughead says. “Oh, please. Calls us Y/M/N and Y/F/N and you’re very welcome.”, her father replies, taking out their plates.

Y/N parks the Impala when she spots Betty by the roadside under the pouring rain. She doesn't look happy, and not about being soaking wet, but at the sight of an accompanied Jughead. “How...” The blonde doesn't even have time to finish when Jug cuts her off. “I was having dinner at Y/N’s when I got your text. It, seemed odd you didn't send her one.”, he speaks firmly, making sure this doesn't go any further. “So, why are we here?”, Y/N asks, looking around. “Polly told me about a getaway car Jason had ready for them. I wonder if it’s still here.”, Betty says, handing each a flashlight and directing them towards the sign. Even with the little visibility they have it’s not hard to find the vehicle, covered with tarpaulin and leafs as it has been there for a while now. 

They remove the protective layers and open the trunk, revealing suitcases and Jason’s varsity jacket. “What are those?”, Betty asks, pointing at something in plastic wrap. “Drugs...” Jughead picks one up. “JUG!”, Y/N shouts, making him drop the evidence. “Fingerprints...”, she explains, rubbing everything they touched with the sleeve of her sweater. “This is all evidence, we need to talk to Sheriff Keller and get Polly.”, the blonde girl states. “This whole car is a crime scene.” Jughead takes a few pictures with his phone before they leave to warn the Sheriff about it.

as a trans guy i get p dysphoric about my clothes, and ive tried wearing “””guy””” jeans for a while now but i dont think they help me much as passing bc im rather short (5’1”) so they tend to look a little baggy or loose especially when i sit down and i know clothes dont matter but some part of me tells me im not really trying when i want to wear my old jeans that actually fit :// (i also feel bad that my mom buys me jeans n i barely wear them) (i do enjoy the larger pockets tho)

as a trans guy with huge hips and a tiny waist, i’ve had so much trouble finding jeans that fit. not all guys jeans will look masc on you, and not all “girls” jeans will look fem on you. imo the best types of jeans are high waisted, plus if they’re too long i just cuff the ends up once or twice for added Gay Artsy look. in addition, the only thing you can do is try on guys jeans until you find the type right for you. belts help a lot, and you can find cheap and durable ones at h&m or target. as for “girls” jeans, try high waisted styles a size or two up. they should be baggy enough so they’re not skin tight, but not too baggy/loose. tbh i’ve had better luck w “girls” jeans, but you never know! try target, h&m, forever21, or old navy/gap. and don’t feel bad, at the end of the day it’s fabric and some types won’t always make your body look masc. good luck bud! - mod andy

Hey, I´m 5´1 and I have the exact same problem ! The thing about jeans is that you need to look for the right cut. Also, a good rule of thumb is that women´s run small and men´s run large - us short guys wanna aim right down the middle. If I´m in the women´s section I always look for boyfriend, straight leg, or relaxed fit jeans. In the men´s/boys sections, I look for skinny, tapered, sometimes bootlegs, or I try on enough jeans to find something that works.

Find something that can stay up without a belt, but fits perfectly when wearing one. Belts are a really ”masculine” accessory that not only can help you keep from looking frumpy, but that add a streamlined and professional look to your outfit as well. This is a tangent, but I´ve discovered (due to private school dress codes) the magic of belts as of late, and I´d recommend all guys out there pick up 2 belts - one brown, one black (there are some cheap & plain ones at Walmart - just make sure they fit). Also, it´s conventional to match your belt color to your dress shoe color. If you ain´t wearing leather shoes, you can forget about that.

Back to pants ! A fact of life for shorter guys is ill-fitting pant legs. For jeans, the easy way out it to cuff them, James Dean style. Rolled up legs don´t stick out or look frumpy so long as you style them right and that the cut of the jeans allows for a cuff that hangs closer to your legs rather than looking like Kevin Smith´s jorts. If you´re going the cuffing route, cuff them while trying them on in the store to make sure they look alright. If you think cuffing looks bad, you´re gonna have to have them altered.

Altering jeans isn´t as scary as it sounds. The easiest way is to just measure out the right amount and cut them off. It gives a worn and frayed look to the denim, as well as ensuring that you don´t trip on the long legs. If you hate the frayed denim trend, either you or a family member/friend are gonna have to seam the new pant legs - either by hand or by sewing machine. I´m rusty with my sewing skills, but there are plenty of youtube videos that can walk you through the process better than I can. If you don´t have that option, find a local tailor. Taking up pant legs is one of, if not the, easiest alterations out there, so it shouldn´t cost you much.

I know you only mentioned jeans, but I´m going to talk about slacks as well (sorry, like I said, I´m a private school kid). I never wore slacks before this year, aka my first year at Catholic school. They aren´t for everybody, I´ll tell you that much, but I´d recommend at least trying out one pair, preferably cheaply made and without a liner. Again, I get all of mine from walmart. It all depends on your fashion sense, but because my fashion sense lies along the lines of ivy-league dropout, slacks work great for me. Even if you´d never touch slacks with a 10-foot pole for street clothes, they work great whenever you´re going to someplace snazzy and want to avoid the possibility of having only skirts or dresses to wear, so try and find one pair that fits and you think are half decent. As my grandma said: better to have them and not need them, than to need them and not have them.

Because slacks aren´t denim, there aren´t many skinny-jean-like slacks in the women´s section - most are more relaxed. The men´s section tends to have slacks that run wider in the ass than most men´s jeans, at least from what I´ve noticed, so do be mindful of that as well. You can cuff slacks, but tbh I never do and always have mine altered. I´m just the opposite with jeans, if you were curious.

As for where to shop, I can´t recommend thrift stores enough. They´re cheap and have great selection, as well as it´s easier to convince parents to let you try on clothes there that they would think are silly (ie clothes that go along with your gender identity) then it is at a Macy´s or something, at least from my experiences. Also - Walmart is great (g-d knows I´ve plugged them enough in this post), but I also wanna mention Target. While Xmas shopping for my dad, I bought myself a nice dress shirt from their brand Goodfellows that fit great for being a men´s dress shirt, which are usually a nightmare for me. They looked to have some really nice stylish pants that I´d recommend peeping.

I had the same problem with guilt over unworn feminine clothes. Talk to your parents about your clothes ! Tell them that your fashion sense has been evolving as of late, or you want to try the current trend of more relaxed pants. It´s annoying, but it keeps them from buying clothes that make you feel dysphoric, and help improve your chances of your parents buying you clothes that you actually like ! Though I don´t celebrate Christmas, my mother got me clothes that I loved this year as a gift. Last year I hated every piece of clothing she got me, but everything this year was wonderful and masculine, and even though we have to go back to the store because nothing fit (lol), I was genuinely really happy with my clothes.

And clothes do matter. Since coming to the conclusion that I was trans, I gradually changed both my closet and my body language over the past years and they´ve helped me pass a lot better. Despite being 5´1, skinny as a rail, and a junior, I had everyone at my Catholic school (correctly) assuming I was a boy, and (incorrectly) assuming I was a freshman for a good 2 weeks at the beginning of the school year ! Passing doesn´t matter at all, unless passing makes you feel better. It´s a shitty, cisnormative ideal that can be easy to reach sometimes, and impossible to reach other times. But if passing helps alleviate dysphoria for you, as it does for me and a ton of other trans people, then I wish you all the best ! Oh, also, get a watch ! Don´t ask me why it works, I honestly have no idea, but I swear it made me pass like a dream when I started wearing one. Get a decent, gender neutral/manly watch that´s at least medium on the size scale between tiny ”women´s” and giant ”men´s” watches, and you pass SO much better. Drop $20 at, of course, walmart, hit up the jewelry section of your local thrift shop, ask your parents if they have any you might like - just get one.
