Real talk, but any time I check twitter(/"X") I am violently reminded of why I am almost never on twitter.
#I follow a lot of irl friends who post about horrific transphobia that is VERY LOCAL to me#and I cannot deal with just doom scroling through tweet after tweet about murder and harassment#and legal discrimination and medical gatekeeping and crushing poverty and assault#with the occasion random bullshit where some american is performatively grossed out by bad personal hygiene#and them gets defensive when disabled people are upset by that because it 'obviously' wasn't about them#and like... no thanks#no twitter for me#I'm full
