So I did something new today…

my childhood friend/crush put his account on public and i saw his posts ━┳━　━┳━

ok so maybe some of yall have read my earlier posts, and ofc lots of it involve my childhood friend/crush (LOL) since i don't know how but he kept intruding my mind during that time, so i decided to follow him and he doesn't accept my request, so ofc i cancelled the request.

on a random day, i randomly searched for his name and saw his account being set on public. i was like YES this is my time to use this opportunity wisely since i have been trying to get to him, and during that time i remember, he has like nine posts to be exact. (this was actually a few months ago, i think yall remember the screen records i posted on my account lol)

there's a few words that can be used to describe his posts: travelling, guns, a lot of bad and cringey captions, also cringey ass posts. well i guess that is not so 'few'. oh also, trading.

based on his posts i think he got involved in some kind of trading shit somehow, and he be posting the money and stuff on his highlights and posts like... what are you trying to do bro.... poyo gila as what we call it in malay, but it is not really surprising to be honest since he has always been 'poyo' his whole life.

also there's like a video of him shirtless, and him showing his body and abs.... as somebody who find muscular guys cringey, well that explained everything i guess. no because he was literally flexing his back and shit 😭 it just felt so weird to me since ive known him as that budak keding. but yeah, puberty.

and his captions???????? cringey as hell. no proper spaces and alignments, weird and random emojis, and he basically wrote like long paragraphs of captions like bro is literally making an essay....

no other words but it definitely made me saw a lot of red flags and turned me off for some reason lmao. well i guess our memories as kids back then are the ones that made me thinking about him somehow, and till then fir,

When you arrive home, Heizou sat on the couch comfortably with his legs crossed and arms spread along the couch, not to mention this sultry grin on his face.

The grin he knew you hated.

"Why the hell are you here?", you grimaced. He was the last person you wanted to see today.

"House sitting".

"My house isn't going anywhere last time I checked so you can leave now".

No response.

"You can leave now", you repeated and Heizou fake pouted.

"After all the cleaning I did for you! Don't I deserve a break?", you're not sure...the place looks the same as before you left.

"Where exactly did you clean..", you raised a brow suspiciously.

"Your room of course, it was the dirtiest room!", he thought it was common sense to start with the dirtiest area but in your defence, you were gonna clean your room when you came home.

But as you can see, Heizou beat you to it.

"You did not", you irked.

"I did. Every nook and cranny", he responded. It was either he knew what he was doing or he simply didn't think of it as a bad thing.

You felt your eye twitch irritably as a faint blush coated the apple of your cheeks.

"I'm going to kill you", you spoke as you launched your fist forward but before it could come in contact with his face, he caught your fist.

"Kiss me instead", he smirked, his lips ghosting yours for a split second before closing any space between you two.

Heizou placed a hand to cup your cheek and the other snaked around your hip.

"Stupid detective..", you murmured into his mouth.

You felt him smile against your lips. With each needy gasp that left your throat, Heizou would move his lips against yours more passionately.

He was completely devouring your lips as your foreheads touched against each other.

You would've never in a million years imagine yourself making out with your worst enemy.

Tighnari being Tighnari helped you to clean around. The place was a pig sty and he was tired of looking at it.

As you opened the door, you heard muffled noises coming from your kitchen which prompted you to pick up the nearest sharp thing to you— your keys.

Slowly making you way to the kitchen, you were planning to slowly approach the intruder...until you noticed it was that damn Tighnari.

Tighnari scoffed and turned back around to finish his cleaning.

"You live like an animal Y/n".

"That's really rich coming from you", the literal half breed had no room to talk with his fox ears and tail.

"What are you even doing here", you had to admit that he did a really good job tidying the place up, you could hardly recognise it. But obviously you weren't gonna tell him that.

"House sitting, what else?", the fact that two of you had fierce attitudes made you guys not get along..at all.

"I can clean myself so you can take your leave".

"I'm not done".

"I'll drag the fuck out of your ears if you don't use your own two feet to walk out", you grumbled, pointing to his ears.

"You wouldn't".

"Wanna bet?".

You walked closer to Tighnari as every step you took forward, he took a step back.

It eventually led to you chasing him around the house.

"Just get out and this'll all be over!", you panted as you finally caught up to him, wrestling him down onto the ground.

Whilst you straddled him, you went for his ears but as your hand grazed off the side off his ear, a soft groan came out from between his lips.

You must've hit a sensitive spot but in your defence you didn't know they were that sensitive in the first place.

"I-I..", words didn't come out of your mouth after what you just heard. Even though your ears were nothing short of blessed, your face soon turned beet red at the realisation that YOU were the one that made him let out that groan.

Tighnari averted his gaze from you which prompted you to clumsily get off of him.

"Where'd you think you're going—", unfortunately (or fortunately) you didn't get to do that because he grabbed your wrist before you could, causing you to stumble forward, your faces meet and lips touch.

It wasn't for long because you two immediately parted lips again.

"What the hell was that for?!", you two shouted at the same time.

"You're the one who grabbed my wrist!".

"Yeah well your lips were on top of mine, not the other way around!", Tighnari retorted and rolled his eyes, waiting for you to get off him so he could get up. "Just forget it happened, you're a horrible kisser anyway".

Your brows knitted together at his words as you grasped his cheeks in your hand and forced your lips against Tighnari's, kissing him deeply.

The boy's eyes were widely opened as you slid a finger down the side of his ears, making his lips part and your tongue slide in.

You didn't let him take a single breath of air. It's what he gets for insulting you like that.

Then again..you didn't feel like killing someone today so you parted lips and let him breathe.

You grinned as his chest furiously heaved up and down and the look of shock on his face.

"Would you like to say that again?".

Itto was feeling so bored. Sooo bored in a house that wasn’t even his.

When would you come home!!

“Ugh, I could just die of boredom! Doesn’t y/n have any fun activities to do around here?”, he flopped on the couch and pouted at the ceiling above him.

You opened the door to your humble abode and locked it behind you.

Of course, you noticed Itto on the couch but your logic was that:

‘If I ignore it, maybe it’ll go away’.

Itto was ‘it’ in this case.

“Y/n! You’re finally back. I think I did a pretty good job at house sitting for you, no thanks needed—”, not that you were planning to thank him anyway.

You completely shunned him and proceeded to pick up your favourite snack for the kitchen.

Except it was gone..

You gasped and felt a little tear prick your eye. You were really looking forward to that snack all day.

Sure enough, you walked to the other side of the island and saw Ushi chomping away at your snack.

You couldn’t ingore Itto anymore after this absolute betrayal.

You thought you and Ushi were friends 😕

“Itto! Get this rodent out of my house!”, you shouted and Itto quickly made it to your side.

“Yes ma’am”, he saluted as he marched over to Ushi, taking him outside the door.

“Sorry buddy, I don’t make the rules”, he patted Ushi’s head. “Just wait out here for me”, he smiled at his companion and closed the front door.

Poor Ushi.

“You’re no less of a rodent than Ushi, you get out too”, you folded your arms.

“Y/nnnn! Don’t be like that”.

Not him telling you how to act in your own house—

“Out”, you pointed to the door. You had no time for his antics today…or any day for that matter.

“Goodbye kiss?, he asked.

“I’m not kissing you but I think you should LEAVE”, he really knew how to strike your nerves.

“Scaredy cat”.

“What did you just call me?”, yup, really knew what words aggravated you.

“Whatcha think I called you?”.

Itto knew you were easily provoked so of course, he used that fact to his advantage.

You brought your lips closer to his and placed a chaste kiss on them.

“Happy now?”.

Itto only stared at you with starry eyes. You had to admit, it was quite cute.

You didn’t know when it happened but the oni’s lips were once again connected with yours perfectly.

Your mouths worked in sync as you felt Itto’s fingers snake under your shirt and on your stomach, his sharp nails drawing small circle patterns against your skin which made you gasp at the sudden cold feeling of his hand.

Ushi would certainly be waiting a while for Itto.

Marc being the same vein of self destructively cutting himself off from both Steven and Layla is making me 🥺 feel some kind of way

Like he’s desperately trying to keep Khonshu/danger away from both of them—and by extension keep himself away from both of them. At first we only see how he does this to Steven. He set up Steven all nicely in the apartment with Gus and the postcards from “Mum,” and kept telling Steven to stop looking and go back to sleep/forget about everything when Steven started to gain awareness. And all the traces of Marc are literally hidden in the walls or packed away in a storage unit. It was the saddest thing to see a sleeping cot in that metal box; like Marc is literally locking himself up in this tiny place so that he doesn’t intrude into Steven’s space. Nevermind that this is actually bad for Steven too. Even after he knows something’s wrong Marc still refuses to explain anything. Everything important about Marc is all still packed away, hidden from view.

And then Layla arrives and we see he’s doing the same thing to her. Sending divorce papers even though he didn’t have the heart to actually sign them (Marc plz 😭), disappearing off the face of the map, being like “it’s too late to fix anything” when Layla tried to reach out. It’s kind of crazy tbh that Marc ever let down his guard long enough to marry her (I have many fun theories about this), but clearly as the situation with Khonshu worsened Marc felt the need to remove himself from her life in order to protect her. And the way he yanked the mirror off the truck and hustled a couple feet away so that Layla wouldn’t see him switching. Makes me wonder if his desire to keep Steven and Layla separate is because he equates separation/distance with safety. Everything contained neatly in their boxes, so they don’t find out about all the horrible stuff in the middle (aka Marc).

I really want to know what Marc’s deal with Khonshu was. He seems to be planning something to trick Khonshu and keep him away from Layla, especially when he told Steven that after this one last thing, Steven will never hear from him again. I don’t think he was just blindly assuming that they’d never accidentally switch again. It sounded a lot like he was planning on disappearing for good. Maybe sacrificing himself to get rid of Khonshu, and so that he never intrudes on anyone else’s life again.

Here’s to hoping that the rest of the show teaches Marc that this plan is shit and he’s worthy of love 🥺🥺🥺
