What do you think would happen if people found out about Takemichi's time-leaping ability earlier? Say, after saving Draken in the battle of 8/3?

Well that would depend very heavily on who found out and how they found out/ what they know exactly. At that time Takemichi didn't really know as many people too so the only people who could've really found out would've been Mikey, Draken, Hina, Emma, Mitsuya, Peh and the mizo mid. Other characters like the toman captains and Hanma were also around but Takemichi didn't exactly know them so unless it somehow got blurted out during the fight itself they probably wouldn't have known.

As to how it would've effected things, Kisaki likely wouldn't have been allowed to officially join toman (though there's a chance Mikey wouldn't have listened especially since Takemichi didn't have solid details of the future or exactly what Kisaki was doing at this point). It actually could've even lead to toman being disbanded early too, since I think all of them would've been pretty horrified to find out their gang causes Hina's death. Either that or they continue on as normal but are a lot more aware of their actions / try harder to be a better gang. With them asking for advice from Takemichi occasionally, while they try to support him in changing things. Kisaki meanwhile either tries to use Kazutora again or skips straight ahead to using Izana and tenjiku, though he could slso potentially try joining the black dragons here, with his main goal being to bring toman down/ separate Mikey from the others.

anyways i am here to tell you that i FINALLY watched s2 of tokrev omg aren’t you proud of me 😌😌 i don’t really have much to say abt it tbh bc i mean i knew everything that happened already you know everything that happened already soo... but i gotta tell you abt the moments that made me feel the most things bc well. i gotta tell someone and my qpp was live experiencing everything bc i watched s2 with them & three of our friends so it’s only you left. okay so first i gotta explain shakey time bc uhh my qpp & i are both shit with ~emotions~ and ~feelings~ so basically when either of us Feels Too Much TM we grab the other by the shoulder and shake?? honestly i have no clue why but somehow it helps with processing ??? well i’m calling whatever that is shakey time. so. too much shakey time in those 4 hours i swear. most notably the whole manila mikey shit (i mean i knew ehat was gonna happen but still 😭😭😭😭) and then on a wayyy happier note izana!! izana <33 and shion and mochi and the haitanis <33 so much shakey time. love izana’s japanese va (idk abt others we only watched it sub so). very happy and i have newfound motivation for sm stuff now help. also do you happen to know who that guy beside mochi was in that one shot where we see him, izana, shion, kisaki iirc, and the haitanis? bc my only guess is mucho. or some random unimportant guy. but like both of these don’t make that much sense. maybe i’m just forgetting smth idk

also i have no clue how the bd arc would do that but i am now going insane over the final timeline?? specifically the final timeline but everyone still has their memories from before the final jump. except maybe kisaki or smth idk but i haven’t figured good criteria for who remembers n why yet. i most specifically need bajitrio to remember bc i think that makes for fun hcs hehe. just kazu & fuyu subtly trying to check for baji’s pulse (or heartbeat) to make sure he’s actually still alive in this timeline n eventually it becoming a habit/subtle sign of love kinda thing bc they do it so often lol. also kazu & fuyu def have an obsession with falling asleep on baji’s chest while listening to his heartbeat. i feel it’d be very reassuring to them idk,, and i think kazu holds baji’s waist 24/7 when they’re the age he would’ve died + older bc there isn’t any injury or scar there (where he stabbed him in the other timeline-) and he sometimes needs to reassure himself that there really isn’t afjkfgjffh

while i’m on that mitsuya repeatedly calls draken in the middle of the night around the time where he died in the other timeline to make sure he’s alive. mikey just makes draken sleep over in his bed and solves the problem with that lol

also. hanma. hanma keeps forgetting that kisaki’s alive in this timeline at first and scares himself shitless every time they interact bc for a split second he thinks he’s going crazy seeing a ghost

kakucho simply never leaves izana again. problem solved 👍

mikey lives with emma & shin (& maybe izana... maybe......) so he knows they’re alive and well and since he makes draken sleep over anyways draken also knows they’re alive & well.

wakasa, benkei & takeomi call each other at ungodly times of the night n go ‘‘shinichiro is alive, right?’’ ‘‘last time i checked, yes’’ ‘‘good, thanks’’ and then hang up and go to sleep bc they don’t wanna bother shin but sometimes... sometimes there’s just doubt yk

while we’re at it i believe in takeomi being a better brother this time. like he still fucks up sometimes and all that but he genuinly tries and he actually pretty much fixes his relationships with his siblings bc they all learnt from the other timeline (and i want them to be happy okay). not sure if i believe in taiju being a better brother this time...

i’d like to say i’m normal abt this (au version of this) timeline but uh.... uh...... ngl i used to HATE hate the ending and i still don’t like it much but i am slowly starting to like it more but i’m not sure if i should be happy abt that ngl 😭 idk i think i mostly like the characters & some of the new interactions n dynamics, not the actual timeline. bc to me it will always be the final timeline’s biggest fault that basically nobody remembers anything from any of the other timelines bc all of the character development n shit is gone. but oh well

like the ending of tokyorev??? cuz boyyyy 💀💀 my thoughts on the ending is for another time but fr letz just say the ending wasnt the best thing ever like ong. i mean it was a good ending for the characters and its pretty much what everyone wanted but the way it took place was just not it T T ok but the koko n kisaki agenda is REAL they are so bffs honestly i live laugh love them. yeah nobody remembering what happened was shitty but at least chifuyu remembered? that was a nice detail during the ending ngl

THOUGHTS ON TR CHAPTER 235 .

It was a relief to see Takemichi's original group friends and a few ex-Toman members came visiting him. Last time we're seeing these Mizo Mid Crew/Middle Five was on Chapter 207 + Ch208 when Michi and Fuyu were discussing about the Three Deities with the delinquent best-known informant, Yamagishi.

As I have always wanted, the ex-Toman members didn't blame Michi for everything that happened to Draken. In fact, they were acknowledging Michi for taking care of him.

We all have seen Fuyu's reaction towards the event, and with the Mitsuya's absence in this chapter, I guess we all should be able to understand that he might still be grieving, feeling completely shattered and devastated over losing his close friend a.k.a his one and only twin dragon. Let's hope he stays strong.

Aside from the above, I want to focus on this part where Michi acknowledged his selfishness and how it "got them upset". I love this little awareness coming from him tbh. Despite [we] knowing that not everything was entirely his fault, he knew deep down he partially had something to do with it. That's just show how human he is and how conscious he is over his action; the selfishness he was talking about. We can see that "upset" behavior in Fuyu mostly, and it was an understandable take.

We usually witnessed how Michi always in a state of a breaking point when things didn't go his way/failed to accomplish his mission well, and once again Wakui let us witness it in this chapter. It's a good reminder that this is the Takemichi that we have always known for.

Hina.... as always, is the best motivator Michi could ever asked for. Honestly, she is the type of person that he needs the most when he is at the lowest, now that Fuyu couldn't be able to do that since he is still emotional about the incident. I can't be so sure but knowing Fuyu's character, [hopefully] he will come to an understanding soon in the next or next few chapters.

Lastly, Takemichi's resolve isn't always something brand new but I really hope this time he takes his words seriously. Even so, I wish that there will be people who can support him because he can't do things alone and there's no way anyone would allow him to do that. Draken was no longer around to support him anymore. If protecting people he loves mean he have to act alone, then there is only one huge possibility and I don't think we all want that.

EXTRA NOTES:

Sincerely, I admit that I always feel so dissatisfied with the way Michi worked on his mission and how he didn't take some precautions or even gave a little thoughts before executing it, but I can't never hate this guy. He has been through a lot since Chapter 1. He's an idiot and pathetic, but his intention is pure as hell. Yeah I kinda hate him for that too but whatever it is, I will always support him just like Hina does.

Mizo Middle Five and the remaining Ex-Toman members (except Fuyu and Mikey) are among those people who have no clue that Michi was [accidentally] time leaping from 10 years in the future (basically they didn't know that Michi has the ability to time leap), the only timeline where everyone [except Mikey] was living peacefully, happily and thriving, together with Mitsuya. Imagine if one day they were revealed upon it, how do you think they would react? Well, I don't know if that's even possible for them to know. It's more of a thought. However, let's prepare for everything by now.

Aftermath of the Mizo mid getting beat up and Kazutora beating up people who hurt them. How do you think Mizo mid would react to finding out Kazutora avenged them? And how would Kazutora react to them showing their gratitude/appreciation? (English is not my first language sorry if this doesn't make sense)

Ah no I understand, this makes perfect sense! Ok so I think they'd have a few different reactions to this

Yamagishi is the most excited about this, he uses his contacts to find out the full details of the fight and then fanboys over the whole thing. Tries to come up with a name for the whole thing and definitely approaches Kazutora with enthusiastic, sparkling eyes to tell him how cool he is.

Makoto is happily surprised by this, he definitely starts bragging about having a guy like Kazutora as his friend (Kazutora is momentarily touched by this). He probably tries to thank Kazutora by trying to share his adult magazines with him. Also probably starts messing about with Yamagishi, them trying to reenact what they think happened.

Takuya's more surprised about the situation then anyone else, he's used to the other mizo mid members sticking up for him but wasn't expecting it from Kazutora. He expresses more concern for Kazutora over the other's though, asking if Kazutora got hurt in the process at all and offering to bandage anything if Kazutora did take a hit or two.

Akkun is definitely another member who focuses more on Kazutora and making sure he's ok after. Though I feel like he focuses more on the mental side of things, making sure Kazutora knows it's over and they're not in danger anymore. He's definitely very thankful as well though, thanks Kazutora a lot and offers to treat him.

Kazutora meanwhile is a bit conflicted by this. Normally he'd hear the praise, grin and make a funny comment back but with how serious this whole situation was he's not in a very joking mode. Instead he just observes the others praising him and checking up on him, vaguely answering their questions. It's not until later in the evening when they're all sitting in a restaurant together (the others managed to convince Akkun into treating them too, rip Akkun's wallet) that he relaxes and laughs along with others, he knows everyones ok. Then he shares more of the details to Yamagishi and Makoto's delight.

Then they all lie to Mikey, Takemichi and Draken when they ask them what the hell happened and if Kazutora ran off by himself and started beef with another gang without asking anyone. Everyone can tell they're lying but Takemichi and Mikey are kinda touched so just leave it.
