#I dunno. I've been mid-integration for about two years.#lately I've had some major stress in my life and I've been worried about splitting#but the past like. couple days. I've been feeling better & more connected to my own body than i have in a long time#so who knows!!#i think the culture around being a system in the modern day is not conducive to integrating. and that's totally cool if integration is not#your goal like you do you. but i think the way i was presenting my/ourselves before was holding us back from integration#i do actually have a post in my drafts about a silly moment where i lost time and came to with a completely different tumblr acc logged in#new name and all. so. that was interesting idk if he's still knocking around up here#but i haven't heard anything else about that since so. shrugs.#capella speaks
