Doodled this a while ago (or at least 3 doodle files ago) and recently decided to post it (the ones with the pink background are recent too).

He's the type of character that would appear in her dream, say something cryptic about how fucked she is, then proceed to never appear again and leaving you with a "Cool, wonder what that was about." until much later when something ominously similar to his prediction (sorta) happens because, maybe, the symbolic dreaming sequences don't stop at symbolism.

I hate him, I hate him, I hate him. I want to set him on fire, poke his eye and blow the ashes away with a hair dryer.

#These 2 things (affectionate) are consuming my brain right now.#I drew this mostly because of “The future rules!” and “GREGG RULZ ok"#I wanted to panel it (or whatever putting little people in boxes is called) but restrained myself not to.#The future devil is kinda hard to pair with “non-stoic” characters as Mae isn't surely one. Also because he's in less than 3 pages.#This is to say that I don't know if he's really in character. I wrote the dialogue at 3 am.#Would they be friends? Probably not. The constant curiosity of knowing her future would have a toll on her.#They also share forest symbolism? Kinda?#nitw uses more of a space/sea theming or at least i remember using it more than the former.
