It's so embarrassing that what finally made me marginally more normal about getting fat over-against all the usual internalized bullshit was a bunch of Downton Abbey fans on Reddit being like "I'm so glad Hugh Bonneville gained weight again". Like whatever works but oh my Gd
#I don't really mind being fat per se it's just the lack of control#Because I have gained and lost CRAZY amounts of weight for medical reasons#And my body doesn't feel like me#If that makes sense#It always changes so much so fast it doesn't feel like it belongs to me#The same thing happened when I was severely underweight with gastroparesis
