Someone told me im in a vent here so I made an account specially for this! So hi! Im BlackuDoggu! Im the person who suggested about effort in Froads. I was explaining it a lot in the group but people could miss it so im gonna summary it here. As I said in group, i talked about art that was visibly rushed comparing to other art people do, when you can't recognize elements knowing the person know how to draw. I DIDN'T MEAN PEOPLE WITH SPECIFIC ARTSTYLE OR WHO JUST START DRAWING. I suggested it because i saw rules like that on other groups. I even said i can provide examples! But again as i said in the group, that was just a suggestion based on stuff people vented to me and -as i specified in the group- if mods didn't feel like they need a rule like that, it was totally fine to ignore it. I said it multiple times as people kept the discussion going when it was resolved. So i don't understand where me being upset came from /w\ People can have different opinions and it's not the end of the world. If anyone have issues with me please say it to me in the face instead of speculating here. I know my name was not mentioned but i was the only one talking about it so anyone from the group know it's about me. The group had a lot of problems and i let people vent to me about their issues. I heard many times how people are afraid of the mod team to even speak up. People felt unfair. And i saw people venting here as well. So i decided to sum up what i got and say it on the group. That's what suggestions are for. But i was stressed because of the amount of vents i got that time and me and mods got into a visibly heated argument, which i just want to say it was a normal discussion for me.

I love species, and vent blogs are really valuable places for creators, mods and even members. We should not take them as an attack. If people vent here, it is because they are not heard.

After that situation i left the group - aka became a lurker - because i noticed i started feeling more and more stressed each vent i got. I do not blame people for venting to me but you have to understand that one person getting messages full of frustration, anger and sadness cannot go on forever. It went to the point i started feeling uncomfortable about the species in general. So leaving was a healthy choice to make and Im trying to cut myself from anything related to that species until the situation calms down.
