sorry but “stop watching at s5” is such a stale and boring take on spn to me at this point. frankly (as a supernatural scholar) I don’t think you should trust that take on its face

#I Don’t Agree #how will you ever lose ur mind in the vortex of sam’s psyche if you don’t forge ahead #even when I was starting my rewatch I was like I Must reexperience the hallucifer arc at the very least #I didn’t start getting properly Insane abt the show again until around s7!!!#and I do think the progressive ludicrousness of the world is part of it actually
