my hair has been thinning bc of t (which is to be expected but is still stressful for me) and I finally started taking some biotin supplements and using rosemary oil and by god it’s actually working
#I didn’t really want to go on finasteride and add another medication to the mix#and I think I won’t have to with this current combo#anyways I am pleasantly surprised and my hair feels thicker and I’m shedding way less#and rosemary oil is a million times cheaper than minoxidil good lord
