can't open Instagram because my feed is entirely videos of protests and more specifically police brutality at protests which triggers me lmao
#protest trauma 😔✌️#I dealt with The Particular Situation well afterwards did all the aftercare etc. etc.#but that only does so much#and I am tragically easy to traumatize#and also willing to get myself into the same situation again and again and again and again#so I will continue#I just avoid videos of police brutality at protests for the sake of my mental health#I don't Need to see them there's no reason to watch#it's just triggering
