I need people to appreciate how hard this picture goes

It's from a gig featured in an article in The Hindu that covered the Chennai metal music scene recently! While Bangalore, Kolkata and Assam (as well as a few other eastern states/territories in the Seven Sisters) are known as meccas for metal in India, Chennai, which has always been known for more folky and fusion alternative music amongst the independent scene, is warming up to metal. The article spoke to some of the musicians who have laid down the foundations for metal spaces, nights and venues to come up over the last 10 years.

I'm glad to see it, of course. But can we take a separate moment to appreciate metal in a dhoti?
