Wally (bc I like making him suffer) taking care of a sick bby/toddler bart who is extra fussy and upset but also Very clingy. Which he would not typically be with Wally but sickness melts away all barriers and bby bart just cocoons himself against wally and welp no one can say no to Bart normally so even sicker, more vulnerable (cuter) baby bart is a no brainer that wally would have no other option!!!

Bonus points of throwing Linda in there if I’m not sure where timeline wise this would be.
