Actually I just go into a paranoid spiral when people try to play games with me because I am not good at reading between the lines. But if someone else wants nothing to do with me fine. Message received ?

I told myself my goals were to stop following people around like a puppy not giving them the chance to leave me alone and make me feel abandoned. I’ve been doing better with that. That was exhausting mentally…. I guess the next step is. Learning to let go in a healthy way when friendships are dying.

But I literally can’t talk to a wall.
