So I have the urge to write fanfic for the first time in like eeeeeight years???

A shadowrun inspired cyberpunk fire emblem fic specifically. I was playing with this fun little anime af digital avatar maker (also available as a phone app, very fun) when I got the inkling of a long distance anonymous romance fic between Sakura and Elise of all people, where they start chatting about wanting to become surgeons and eventually both go on a humanitarian trip to a distant moon or whatever. Sweet, simple...

...and immediately spiraled into a fucked up corporate horror idea about all of the Vallite characters being fucked up synthetic humans made as weapons by the Nohr and Hoshido corporations in tandem, hijacked by a deeply malicious rogue AI Anankos. (or maybe even just a fucking dragon chilling on the net, Shadowrun is cool af you guys.) Each of the royal fams has their own Azura. There are countless Corrins, Corrin is legion, every Corrin is but the tiniest fragment of something unfathomable and infinite.

Also the Awakening trio are aliens. Just straight up fucking aliens. Can anybody say 80′s anime ass SPACE OPERA?! Also I could make em’ different species by making every country in Awakening a different planet.

(Also they just have time travel tech, so I can use the child characters sans babyrealms.)
