Sylus himself couldn't even believe he was doing this. It wasn’t just a waste of time for him; he never thought he’d be the type to seek out a woman, especially in a place like this but something about you intrigued him in a way he couldn't ignore.
As he leaned against his sleek black car outside the arcade the neon lights flickered, illuminating the faces of the young couples and friends inside. He felt out of place the leader of Onychinus waiting in a childish venue a stark contrast to his usual world of power and control.
He glanced at his watch, the minutes stretching painfully. He was serious about this arrangement, after all. He had his reasons, practical ones—companionship, a distraction from the relentless pressure of his life. But he couldn't deny the thrill of meeting you, the allure of stepping into a world so different from his own.
The sound of laughter drew his attention, and then he saw you approaching. Your smile was bright, a refreshing contrast to the shadows that usually loomed around him. You looked confident almost carefree as you made your way toward him.
“Hi! sorry if I kept you waiting,” you said your voice light and cheerful, opposite of how he’s used to people greeting him.
“It’s fine,” Sylus replied, maintaining his serious demeanor. “I’m just getting used to this.”
“This?” you asked, gesturing around the arcade. “I get it,It’s not exactly your usual scene.”
He finally met your gaze, feeling a flicker of something unexpected—curiosity, perhaps. “I’m not here for the games sweetie”.
You smiled at his straightforwardness, your cheerful demeanor undeterred by his serious tone. “I figured, but the games are kind of fun! You should try one!”
Sylus raised an eyebrow, intrigued but unwilling to show it. “I doubt I’d find much enjoyment in... this.” He gestured around, feeling a mix of irritation and fascination at how different your world was.
You chuckled softly, the sound warming the chilly air between you. “You might be surprised,It’s nice to escape sometimes.” There was a glimmer in your eyes that caught him off guard.
“Escape?” he echoed, feeling the weight of his own reality settle back over him. “I’m not sure that’s possible for me.”
Your expression shifted slightly, the playful light dimming as you regarded him more seriously. “I didn’t mean to pry. I just thought—”
“It’s fine,” he interrupted, his voice sharper than intended. He didn’t want to scare you away, but vulnerability was foreign territory for him.
You looked at him, studying his chiseled features and the tension that pulled at the corners of his mouth. “You’re not like anyone I’ve ever met,” you said softly, as if sensing the walls he’d erected around himself.
“Maybe that’s for the best,” he replied, a hint of angst creeping into his tone. It was a reminder of the danger he lived in, the enemies lurking in shadows, never being able to be off guard . “You don’t know what you’re getting into.”
Your gaze remained steady, unwavering. “and yet here I am,Isn’t that the thrill of it? To step outside our comfort zones?”
“Thrill,” he muttered, a bitter smile playing on his lips. “More like recklessness.” But even as he said it, he couldn’t shake the instinct to protect you, to shield your brightness from his dark world.
You tilted your head, curiosity gleaming in your eyes. “You’re so serious sylus, what are you afraid of?”
He hesitated, the weight of his duality pressing down. “That I’ll lose you, kitten.” The admission surprised even him. He didn’t know you well, yet there was something about you that ignited an urgency within him.
Your smile returned, softer now, disarming his cold demeanor. “I’m not going anywhere, not yet at least.”
For the first time, Sylus felt a crack in his armor. Perhaps this sugar daddy arrangement was about more than just companionship; it was a chance to explore a connection that was both terrifying and exhilarating.
As you took a step closer, he felt an instinctive need to draw you nearer, to keep you safe. “Let’s get out of here,” he said abruptly, surprising even himself with the sudden protective urge.
You blinked, a mix of confusion and excitement dancing across your face. “Where to?”
“Somewhere... away from all this.”
And with that, the tension shifted. Sylus realized he was no longer just a mafia boss seeking distraction; he was a man drawn to someone who could bring light into his otherwise shadowed existence.
As sylus drove you to the hotel, the tension in the car was palpable, a mix of excitement and uncertainty. The neon lights outside blurred by, but all he could focus on was the way you shifted in your seat, a nervous smile playing on your lips.
Once inside the hotel, he led you to a private suite, the door clicking shut behind you with a sense of finality. The room was elegantly furnished, dim lighting casting a warm glow. You looked around, your earlier cheerfulness tempered by a hint of shyness.
“What happened to the lively little kitten I met at the arcade?” Sylus teased, leaning against the doorframe with a smirk. “You seemed so confident, and now...”
You bit your lip, glancing at the floor. “I don’t know! It’s just… different, you know?”
“Different, how so kitten?” He stepped closer, his eyes gleaming with playful mischief. “You’re not worried about me, are you?”
“No, it’s not that” you replied, trying to maintain your composure. “It’s just... you’re a bit intimidating.”
He chuckled, clearly enjoying your flustered state. “Intimidating? Sweetie, I promise I’m just a guy, a guy who’s curious about why you’re suddenly so shy.”
You took a breath, trying to regain some confidence. “I guess I just didn’t expect to be here, with you, like this.”
“Is that so?” He leaned against the edge of the bed, arms crossed, the teasing glint in his eyes intensifying. “I would’ve thought you’d be eager to explore every aspect of this arrangement.”
“Explore?” you echoed, feeling your cheeks heat.
“Yeah, you know,” he said, a playful smirk on his lips. “Try out all the fun things you can’t do over the phone .”
Your heart raced and you glanced away, flustered. “I—”
“Come on, kitten,” he coaxed, stepping closer again, his voice dropping to a whisper. “Are you a little more innocent than you let on? Is that what this is about?”
You froze, your mind racing. “Um, well, I—”
“Are you a virgin, sweetie?” His words hung in the air, a teasing challenge that made you blush even deeper.
Your eyes widened, caught off guard. “I… maybe?” The admission slipped out before you could stop it, and you felt utterly exposed.
Sylus raised an eyebrow, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. “Well, that explains the shyness, but it’s cute,” he said, leaning in closer a playful glint in his eye. “I didn’t realize I was dealing with such an innocent little thing.”
You shifted your weight, heart pounding. “Stop it!” you protested, half-laughing, half-embarrassed. “You’re making me feel like a kid!”
“Maybe you are,” he teased, his tone light but his gaze serious. “But don’t worry, kitten. I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.”
Your stomach fluttered at his words, a mix of excitement and nervousness washing over you. “You’re such a meanie!” you said, trying to sound indignant but failing miserably.
“I’m just having a little fun, sweetie,” he replied, his voice low and inviting. “You’re adorable when you blush like that. I could get used to this.”
The playful banter hung in the air, creating an electric atmosphere. You couldn’t help but smile, feeling the walls you’d built around yourself slowly crumbling. “Maybe I’ll show you more of my personality if you promise to be nice,” you offered, your voice teasing back.
“Oh, I’ll be nice,” he promised, stepping back slightly to give you space. “But I can’t make any guarantees about being gentle.”
You bit your lip, trying to suppress the thrill that raced through you at his words. “I guess I’ll have to hold you to that.”
And in that moment, amidst the teasing and the laughter, something shifted between you, a connection deepening beneath the playful facade. Sylus felt a flicker of something he hadn’t anticipated—an urge to protect not just your innocence, but also to cherish the light you brought into his dark world.
Sylus moved towards you, the teasing smile on his lips fading just enough for his expression to darken, a serious intensity taking over. He crossed the room slowly, closing the space between the two of you, and before you could react, his hands were on your waist. With a firm but gentle grip, he lifted you effortlessly and plopped you onto the bed. The air left your lungs in a quiet gasp and for a moment, you were caught off guard by how swiftly he moved.
“Sweetie,” he murmured, his voice dipping into something lower, something that made the room feel smaller. His gaze locked on yours, the playfulness still there but laced with a seriousness that hadn’t been present before. “You have no idea what you’ve gotten yourself into, do you?”
You swallowed hard, the nervousness creeping back in as he loomed over you. “I… I think I do.”
He smirked, but there was something almost sad in it. “You think, huh?” His thumb brushed lightly against your waist as he knelt onto the bed, his hands still holding you in place. “Kitten, I’ve been playing this game for a long time. I know when someone’s out of their depth.”
The teasing edge in his tone made your heart race, but there was a weight behind his words that made you shift beneath him, uneasy but drawn in all the same.
“You’re a sweet little thing,” he said, his voice almost tender, though his words held a darker undertone. “Too sweet for someone like me. This isn’t like those playful messages online, sweetheart. I live in a world that’s... far from innocent.”
Your breath caught as his fingers trailed up your side, the motion almost soothing despite the tension in the air. “But you… you still want me here, don’t you?”
He leaned closer, his lips brushing the shell of your ear as he whispered, “I want you, kitten. More than I should, but I worry about what happens if you stay in my world too long.”
You blinked, trying to steady yourself, your mind spinning. “What do you mean?”
Sylus pulled back slightly, his face hovering just inches from yours. The smirk returned, but his eyes were shadowed, conflicted. “You see, I’ve got my fun little games, but outside of this room? My life isn’t soft. It’s sharp edges and shadows..and you” he said, brushing a thumb over your cheek, “you’re too innocent, you don’t belong in that darkness.”
Your stomach tightened, the weight of his words sinking in. “I can handle it. I’m not a kid.”
He chuckled softly, though there was no humor in it this time. “You’re not a kid, but you’re pure, and I’m not.” His hand found its way to your chin, tilting your head so your eyes met his. “You think being my sugar baby is all fun and games. But in person? It’s different. You’re not just playing with me anymore, sweetheart. You’re playing with fire.”
Your pulse quickened as he shifted his weight, pinning you gently beneath him. “And what if I want to get burned?” you whispered, feeling bolder in the heat of the moment.
For a second, his expression softened, and his fingers threaded through your hair as he gazed down at you with a mix of affection and regret. “Careful what you wish for, sweetie,” he murmured. “I might just give it to you.”
Despite the teasing, there was an undeniable protectiveness in the way he spoke, as if he wasn’t sure if he wanted to pull you closer or keep you at arm’s length. It was as if he feared that pulling you too far into his world would extinguish the light you carried—something that had begun to matter to him in ways he wasn’t prepared to admit.
And in that moment, you realized Sylus wasn’t just worried about what he could do to you. He was worried about what his world could do to someone like you.
Sylus hovered above you, his eyes flickering between restraint and desire, that teasing smirk playing on his lips as if he was holding himself back. You could feel the tension in the air, thick and electric, his fingers still gently grazing your cheek. Despite all his playful words and sly smirks, you could see it—he was hesitating, his dark world swirling in his mind, wondering if pulling you closer would be a mistake.
For a moment, you bit your lip, considering what to do. But something inside you shifted. If Sylus wasn’t going to make the move, you would.
With a sudden burst of boldness, you reached up and cupped the back of his neck, feeling the warmth of his skin beneath your fingertips. His eyes widened in surprise, the smirk faltering just slightly as you pulled him closer, your lips hovering inches from his.
“I’m not as fragile as you think, Sylus,” you whispered, your voice steady even though your heart pounded in your chest. “I can handle whatever you throw at me.”
For a moment, he simply stared at you, as if caught completely off guard by your sudden boldness. Then, a slow grin spread across his face, his eyes gleaming with amusement and something darker, something hungry.
“Oh, kitten,” he murmured, his voice low and velvety, “you think you’re being serious, don’t you?”
You kept your grip firm on the back of his neck, refusing to back down. “I am serious.”
The way his eyes softened at your determined expression made your stomach flip. He found you adorable—your attempt at taking control only seemed to amuse him more. “Look at you,” he said, voice dripping with affection and a hint of that ever-present teasing. “So tough, huh?”
Before you could say anything else, Sylus closed the distance, his lips crashing against yours in a kiss that stole the breath from your lungs. His hands, which had been holding you so delicately, tightened their grip, pulling you flush against him.
Your boldness evaporated as quickly as it had appeared, replaced by a wave of flustered heat. The intensity of his kiss left you dizzy and though you had initiated this, you quickly realized you were in over your head. Your heart pounded in your ears, and you felt your face burning with embarrassment.
He broke the kiss just long enough to chuckle against your lips, his breath warm as he whispered, “What’s the matter, sweetie? You’re the one who made the move.”
You could barely respond, too flustered to form words. He loved it—he could see it in your wide eyes, the way your chest rose and fell with shallow breaths. You’d been so bold just moments before, but now? Now, you were back to being the adorable, innocent girl that had him wrapped around her finger.
Sylus leaned in again, this time brushing his lips over your cheek, down to your jaw, his voice a low, teasing rumble. “So cute when you’re all shy like this.”
Your hands trembled slightly, but you held onto him, trying not to completely melt under his touch. “I’m not… shy” you mumbled, but the words came out weak, betraying how flustered you really were.
“Oh, sure” he teased, his lips ghosting over the sensitive skin of your neck, sending a shiver down your spine. “Is that why you can’t even look me in the eyes right now?”
You wanted to protest, to regain some sense of composure but before you could, his hand slid down from your waist, trailing over your hip, slow and deliberate. His touch sent a shock of heat through you, and you instinctively arched toward him, though the movement only made you feel more embarrassed.
Sylus grinned against your skin, clearly enjoying the way you responded to him. “What happened to handling everything, kitten? Still think you’re in control?”
The way he spoke, his voice thick with amusement and a teasing edge, made it clear he was fully aware of the effect he had on you. He wanted to push you, see how far he could take it.
His hand slid lower, his fingers brushing over the curve of your thigh, teasing you just enough to leave you breathless. He pulled back just slightly, his face hovering above yours, his eyes scanning your flushed expression with a mixture of fondness and wicked delight.
“You look so cute when you’re flustered,” he murmured, his tone soft but with that same edge. “But you’re not ready for the things I want to do to you, are you?”
Your breath caught in your throat, but you met his gaze, determined not to back down completely. “Try me,” you whispered, though your voice was shaky.
Sylus chuckled again, leaning down to kiss you once more, slower this time, savoring the moment. “Oh, kitten,” he whispered between kisses, “you’re going to be so much fun.”
Sylus hovered over you, his lips barely leaving yours as he deepened the kiss, drawing out every flustered breath and soft sound you made. His hand, still trailing over your thigh, paused, fingers curling just enough to make you squirm beneath him. He pulled back, only an inch, enough to look at you with that knowing smirk—the one that told you he had complete control of the situation, no matter how much you’d tried to take charge.
“You really think you’re ready for this?” he asked, voice low, dark, but still teasing. His hand slid higher, resting on the bare skin just beneath the hem of your dress, his thumb brushing in soft circles that made it impossible to focus.
You swallowed hard, your heart hammering in your chest, but you managed to meet his gaze with more boldness than you felt. “Yea,I can handle it.”
For a second, he just stared at you, his expression unreadable. Then, his smirk softened into something more, something almost affectionate. “You’re adorable,” he whispered, brushing a strand of hair from your face. “Trying so hard to be brave.”
Before you could respond, his hand gripped your thigh a little tighter, drawing a soft gasp from you. He leaned in close, his breath hot against your neck. “But you don’t have to pretend with me, kitten. I know exactly how to get under your skin.”
The teasing lilt in his voice sent a thrill through you, and though you wanted to hold onto that boldness, the way his fingers danced across your skin made it impossible to keep up the act. Your breath quickened, and you could feel the heat rising in your face as his touch became more deliberate, more confident.
“See?” he murmured, his lips brushing over your collarbone, leaving a trail of warmth in their wake. “You’re already trembling, sweetie. I told you… you’re not ready for this.”
His words were a challenge, but they weren’t mocking. It was as if he was genuinely testing you, seeing how far you’d go before backing down. And despite the way he was unraveling you, you weren’t ready to surrender just yet.
“I can handle you,” you whispered, though the quiver in your voice betrayed your confidence.
Sylus chuckled softly, his lips moving up to your ear, the sound of his voice sending a shiver through you. “Is that right?” His hand slid even higher, fingers brushing dangerously close to places that made you gasp. “Then why do you sound so nervous, kitten?”
Your face burned, and you instinctively bit your lip to stop the soft whimper threatening to escape. But Sylus wasn’t about to let you off the hook that easily. His lips were back at your neck, pressing a lingering kiss there before whispering, “I love how quiet you get when you’re flustered. It’s like you don’t know what to do with yourself.”
You could feel the warmth of his smile against your skin and it made your pulse race even faster. His hand moved deliberately now, tracing the edge of your inner thigh, teasing but not giving you what you secretly craved. It was maddening how in control he was, how effortlessly he played with your reactions.
“You’re so easy to read, sweetie,” he said, pulling back just enough to look into your eyes, his expression both amused and intense. “I could keep this up all night, just watching you squirm.”
You couldn’t help it—your face flushed a deep red and you looked away, embarrassed by how easily he was getting to you. But Sylus wouldn’t let you escape that easily. He caught your chin between his thumb and forefinger, gently turning your face back to his.
“Don’t hide from me,” he whispered, his voice softer now, though no less intense. “I want to see every expression, every little blush. It’s too cute to miss.”
The tenderness in his words made your chest tighten, but there was still a darkness to them, a possessiveness that left you breathless. You were caught between the soft affection he was showing you and the overwhelming heat of his touch and you were losing, fast.
“I can’t…” you started, but the words fell apart as he leaned down, capturing your lips in another heated kiss. His hand slid higher, fingers teasing the edge of your underwear, and you gasped into his mouth, your body arching involuntarily toward him.
He broke the kiss just to smirk against your lips, clearly loving the way you were reacting. “Can’t what, sweetie?” he teased, his breath mingling with yours. “You were so sure you could handle it.”
Your mind was spinning, and though you’d started this, it was clear that Sylus had taken control completely. But despite how flustered you were, you didn’t want him to stop. You wanted more, even if you could barely keep up with him.
“I can handle it,” you whispered, more determined now, though your voice shook.
Sylus smiled, the kind of smile that made your heart skip a beat. He leaned down again, this time his lips brushing just beneath your ear. “You’re so stubborn, kitten. I like that about you.”
Then, his hand slid down, tracing a slow, torturous path along your inner thigh. His touch was light, teasing, just enough to leave you aching for more but never giving in completely.
“But you still have so much to learn.”
Sylus’s smirk deepened as he watched your breath hitch, every little movement you made betraying just how much he was affecting you. His fingers, still tracing delicate patterns along your inner thigh, were slow, deliberate, and maddeningly teasing. Every time he got close enough to make your heart race, he’d pull back just a little, dragging out your anticipation until it felt unbearable.
“Look at you,” he murmured, his lips brushing against your ear as his voice dropped lower, sending a thrill down your spine. “You’re trembling already, kitten. You’re not used to this, are you? No one’s touched you like this before.”
You didn’t trust yourself to respond, but that only made his smile grow. He pressed a slow, lingering kiss to your neck, letting the heat from his lips sink into your skin. His free hand slid up to your waist, gripping just firm enough to make you arch toward him instinctively. He knew exactly how to play with your body, how to drive you wild without even giving you what you wanted.
Sylus pulled back just slightly, his eyes locking with yours, and the intensity in them made your stomach flip. He tilted his head, watching every flustered expression cross your face, drinking in the way your lips parted, the soft, breathless sounds that escaped you.
“Still think you can handle me?” he whispered, his voice rich with amusement, but his touch told a different story—it was heavier now, more intent.
You bit your lip, trying to steady your breath, but it was impossible with him this close. His fingers trailed back up your thigh, higher this time, slipping just beneath the edge of your underwear, the movement slow, teasing.
The sensation made you gasp, your body instinctively pushing closer to his. That small, desperate movement wasn’t lost on Sylus. He grinned, clearly loving how much you were craving his touch now.
“You’re not as innocent as you act, are you, kitten?” he teased, his breath warm against your skin. “Look at how you’re moving for me. You’re not shy now, are you?”
His words sent a wave of heat through you, and though you wanted to hold onto that boldness from earlier, you couldn’t deny how flustered you were under his control. Your body was betraying you, responding to every touch, every low whisper and Sylus was enjoying every second of it.
He leaned in, his lips brushing against yours, but he didn’t kiss you—not yet. He stayed there, close enough that you could feel his breath, the teasing proximity making your pulse quicken.
“You’re going to have to ask for it,” he whispered, his voice dark and tempting. “If you want more, sweetie, you’re going to have to tell me.”
Your mind was spinning, but the heat of the moment made it impossible to think clearly. Sylus’s hand was still tormenting you, fingers barely brushing over the sensitive skin between your legs, teasing you in a way that made it hard to form words.
“I—” you started, but the words caught in your throat as his touch grew more deliberate, his fingers moving in slow, torturous circles that left you breathless.
“Come on, kitten,” he coaxed, his lips grazing your jaw, his voice dripping with amusement. “I know you want it. Just say it.”
You could barely breathe, let alone speak, but the way he was looking at you, the way his touch had you completely at his mercy, left you no choice. “Please,” you whispered, your voice shaky.
“Please what?” he asked, his tone smug, but his touch never faltered. “You have to tell me exactly what you want.”
Your heart raced as the words hovered on the tip of your tongue, but Sylus wasn’t going to give you any relief until you said it. He waited, his touch slow and deliberate, every movement sending shocks through your body.
“I want… more,” you finally breathed out, your voice barely above a whisper.
His smirk grew, clearly satisfied with your answer. “That’s a good girl” he murmured, and without warning, his fingers slid fully beneath the fabric, pressing against the heat of your body.
The sensation made you gasp, your back arching off the bed as a wave of pleasure shot through you. Sylus’s hand moved with deliberate precision, his touch confident and unrelenting. He watched your reaction with a dark, predatory gleam in his eyes, clearly reveling in the way you responded to him.
“You’re so sensitive, kitten,” he whispered, his voice low and husky as his fingers moved in slow, torturous circles. “I could make you come just like this, couldn’t I? Just by playing with you a little.”
Your breath hitched, your body trembling beneath him, and you hated how much truth there was in his words. The heat was building inside you and the way Sylus’s fingers moved—slow but intentional, pushing you closer and closer to the edge—had you desperate for release.
But he wasn’t going to make it that easy for you.
Just when you were about to lose yourself completely, Sylus’s hand stilled, pulling back just enough to leave you breathless and aching. You let out a soft, frustrated whimper, but Sylus only smiled, leaning down to press a teasing kiss to your lips.
“Oh, sweetie,” he whispered against your mouth, his voice filled with dark amusement. “I told you, I’m not going to be gentle. I want to see just how far I can push you.”
Sylus watched you squirm beneath him, clearly enjoying the way you were unraveling under his touch. His lips ghosted over your neck, sending shivers through your body, while his hand lingered just out of reach, keeping you on edge. Your breath was coming in short, shallow gasps, your body aching for him to push you further.
“Look at you, kitten,” he murmured, his voice soft but laced with wicked intent. “So desperate already… all from a little teasing.”
You whimpered in frustration, your hips moving involuntarily toward his hand, silently begging him for more. But Sylus wasn’t going to give in that easily. He smirked against your skin, his fingers brushing lightly over the sensitive spot between your legs, but not applying enough pressure to give you what you wanted.
“I could keep you like this all night,” he whispered, his breath hot against your ear. “Just on the edge, begging for more. But…” His hand slid back into place, pressing more firmly now, drawing a gasp from you as he began moving again, slow and deliberate, each touch pushing you closer to the edge. “…I want to hear you scream my name.”
His fingers worked with maddening precision, moving in slow, rhythmic circles that sent jolts of pleasure through your body. Every touch, every stroke, was pushing you higher, closer to the point of no return. Your back arched off the bed, your breath coming in ragged gasps as the heat coiled tight inside you, ready to snap.
“That's it, sweetie,” Sylus whispered, his voice dark and enticing. “I can feel it. You’re so close, aren’t you?”
You could barely respond, too caught up in the overwhelming sensation building inside you. Your fingers gripped the sheets, your body trembling beneath him as his pace quickened, his touch becoming more relentless, more intense.
“Sylus…” you gasped, your voice trembling with need.
“Say it again,” he demanded, his tone both commanding and teasing. “I want to hear you say my name when you come.”
His words sent a thrill through you, and before you knew it, the wave hit you. Your body tensed, then shattered, pleasure crashing through you in overwhelming waves. You cried out his name, your voice shaky, breathless, as your body gave in to the intense release.
Sylus didn’t stop. His fingers kept moving, drawing out every last bit of pleasure until you were trembling and gasping for breath, completely undone beneath him. Only then did he slow, pulling back just enough to leave you sensitive and spent, but still aching for more.
As your body came down from the high, Sylus grinned down at you, clearly pleased with the way he had unraveled you so completely. His eyes were dark with satisfaction, and that familiar teasing smirk was back on his lips.
“You look so cute when you’re a mess like this,” he said, his voice dripping with amusement. He leaned in close, his lips brushing against your ear as he whispered, “Was that what you wanted, kitten? Or did I push you too far?”
You could barely speak, still trying to catch your breath, but Sylus didn’t need a response. He chuckled softly, his hand trailing lazily down your thigh as he watched your flushed, exhausted expression.
“Don’t worry,” he murmured, his tone both affectionate and mocking. “I’ll take it easy on you… next time.”
He pulled back slightly, his fingers still brushing over your skin in slow, teasing strokes that made you shudder even in your sensitive state. “But you’ve got a lot to learn if you think you can keep up with me.”
You looked up at him, still dazed from the intensity of your climax, and Sylus’s smirk only deepened. He leaned down, kissing the corner of your mouth before whispering against your lips, “You’re mine now, kitten. And I’m not done with you yet.”
Before you could respond, he slid his hand away completely, leaving you breathless and aching, his eyes gleaming with wicked intent
“We’re just getting started,” he teased, a satisfied chuckle escaping his lips as he watched the lingering need in your eyes. “And I’m going to enjoy every second of it.”

A New Victim
Sam Carpenter x Reader
Word Count: 1.6k
Notes: 1st part of a lil mini-series, had to post something for Halloween, will contain suspected Scream warnings eventually
Summary: You knew something of the rumors surround your classmate, Tara but you never took them seriously. However you find yourself wrapped up in the real life horror story.
Pt2 | Pt3 | Masterlist
Tumblr media
You had heard the rumors about Tara Carpenter and her sister circulating around campus. The rumors didn’t bother you much. Or rather they didn’t persuade you to treat your classmate, Tara, any differently than you would treat anyone else.
Some people were afraid to interact with her in fear of pissing her off. They were more afraid that getting on Tara’s bad side would alert her sister, Sam.
Now Sam was a little scary. You had seen her with Tara a few times. The woman looked like her primary state of being was upset. She looked like a very serious figure.
You didn’t blame her. Their whole group of friends had almost been murdered. Instead of sympathy and compassion the public offered accusations and scrutiny. So much so that they moved away from their hometown to escape the media.
“You’re friends with my sister, right?”
You were sat under a tree on campus the first time you heard Sam speak. Looking at her this close made your heart flutter. She was an attractive woman and that was enough to make you sweat a bit.
Unable to speak for a moment, you nod dumbly.
Sam ignores it and continues with her questioning,” Have you seen her today? I’ve been looking for her everywhere and I can’t find her.”
“She left class a bit early today. I think she said something about Chad needing her help with something.”
Sam rolls her eyes, “Of course she did. I’m Sam by the way, sorry to interrupt you."
Before you can say your own name, the younger Carpenter sister is shouting it as she approaches the tree with Chad trailing behind her.
“Y/n! Don’t mind my overprotective and obsessive sister. What ever she threatened you with, I can promise she won’t do.”
“Where have you been? Y/n told me you left class to meet Chad.”
Tara glares at the girl sitting,” You told her I skipped.”
You shrug,” She seemed worried, so I just told her you left with Chad.”
“Where I am is none of her business. She has my number if she’s looking for me.”
Sam scoffs, “Having your number doesn’t mean shit if you don’t answer your fucking phone.”
“I think we should all just calm down for a second, okay. Tara is safe and everything is fine,” Chad tries to de-escalate the situation.
“No, it’s not fine Chad. Why is my sister skipping classes to meet up with you? And why isn’t she answering my text or calls?”
Y/n had no place in this conversation, but she felt like moving away would only cause a bigger fuss.
“Because we were fucking. Is that what you want to hear Sam?”
Sam runs a hand through her hair,” I don’t care that you’re fucking. I care that I can’t get in contact with you when I’m worried about you.”
“What are you worried about?”
Sam looks at the girl as if she’s grown two heads,” Are you fucking serious Tara?”
Tara groans,” We aren’t there anymore, Sam. We left Woodsboro. No one is coming after us. So why should I have to live my life in paranoia because you can’t move on?”
“Fine, you know what I'm done. Don't pretend you don't have that feeling like someone is always fucking watching us. Don't pretend like what happened back there doesn’t fucking traumatize you and make it hard to live your day-to-day life. But most of all don’t act like there aren’t psychos out there willing to try to fucking replicate that shit because it happens every fucking time, Tara.”
Sam storms off after that. Tara’s eyes soften for a moment before her mask comes back on. Chad goes to rest his hand on her shoulder, but she shakes him off.
It’s only then that her eyes land on you, “You must feel like it’s your lucky day getting front row tickets to the freak show.”
You shook your head, “It’s none of my business, so I don’t really care.”
Chad senses that there’s more you want to say, “But…”
“But your sister kind of has a point. There’s a lot of sick fucks out there that have a weird obsession over him and over y’all. Entire internet communities are filled with those kinds of people. It’s a little naïve to think that just because you moved away that you’re safe.”
Neither Tara nor Chad like the way the last sentence sounds in your voice. They both eye you suspiciously. That’s when you realize what you said could come off wrong.
You began to sputter and put your hands up in surrender, “I’m just agreeing with Sam.”
Chad wasn’t convinced, but Tara had known you a little better. She knew that your awkward demeanor was tried and true.
“Anything else you want to pile on, Y/n?”
You look between the standing pair,” You left class to fuck your boyfriend?”
That leaves them both blushing rapidly. Tara quickly spews out, “He’s not my boyfriend.”
While Chad opts for, “We did not hook up.”
You laugh at their response. Unfortunately for you, this brought you a step to close to the kids from Woodsboro in the eyes of Ghostface.
The killer had watched the entire interaction from start to finish. From the moment Sam approached you, the killer began analyzing you.
They saw the potential interest you had in Sam and your budding friendship with Tara as enough reason to add you to their list.
Tara and Chad eventually left you alone. Shortly after their departure you decided that it was time for you to leave as well.
It was still daylight when you decided to make your way to your apartment. There was a pit in your stomach as you walked. Though the streets were crowded, it felt like someone was staring at you.
You wanted to dismiss the feeling, but you checked your surroundings first. It was almost as if the crowd had faded away and the sounds of the bustling New York streets came to a halt.
Staring at you from across the street, was Ghostface. In your mind this wasn’t real. It couldn’t have been. You had stopped walking, almost paralyzed in your spot.
The killer sent a wave your way, before dragging their finger across their neck. You shut your eyes as you stood still. You were trying to convince yourself that when you opened them, you’d wake up from a dream.
When you feel a body collide with yours, you shriek and push the person away. Your eyes shoot open instantly.
You don’t know if it’s lucky or unlucky that Samantha Carpenter was on the ground in front of you.
The woman wanted to yell at you, but the look of terror on your face stopped her. It was like you were in a trance, your eyes were glued to a spot across the street. Sam looks in that direction but doesn’t see anything.
She slowly picks herself off of the floor. She’s hesitant to touch you, so instead she just calls your name, “Y/n, what was that about?”
You turn your attention to the woman, but you look physically ill, and she takes note of that.
“I saw- He’s going to kill me. Oh fuck, I’m going to throw up.”
The bile quickly rises up your throat. You rush to the end of the street and hunch over.
Sam is instantly by your side. She holds your hair with one hand and rubs your back with the other. The Carpenter sister couldn’t really make out what you said the first time.
Once you finish vomiting, she wants to question you again, but refrains from doing so. Though it is against her own set of strict rules, you look unwell, and she can’t leave you like this in good conscious.
The apartment is close by, so she helps you stand and guides you to her apartment. You don’t say anything during the walk, you barely have even the cognizance to pick up your feet.
The only image that keeps replaying in your head is the cloaked figure dragging their finger across their throat. It makes you want to puke all over again.
When she enters the apartment it’s a full house. Tara, Chad, Anika, Mindy, Ethan, and Quinn; were all congregated in the living room.
Sam motions the people on the couch to move out of the way. She sits you up straight and everyone is silent.
“Who is that? I thought we strictly had a no one, except Quinn's hook ups and us, in this apartment rules.” Mindy is the first to speak up.
“Why is Y/n here and why does she look like that?” Tara gives her sister a pointed look.
“Don’t look at me I found her on the street like this. She shoved me to the ground and vomited in the street.”
“Poor thing,” Quinn reacts to Sam’s words.
“Did she say anything? Because it looks like she’s a walking zombie,” Ethan adds.
Sam nods, “She did, but I didn’t understand her and seconds later she was puking.”
Anika nudges Tara,” She’s your friend, try to get through to her.”
Tara slowly approaches Y/n. She gets eye level with the girl who seems to be in a catatonic state.
“Y/n, what happened? Talk to me,” Tara’s voice is gentle when she speaks. A side of her that no one in the house is used to seeing emerges.
You begin to tremble, and your eyes suddenly come alive. Your voice is shaky,” He’s going to kill me."
It was a whisper, but Tara heard you perfectly clear. Sam notices her sister’s body tense after the words left your lips.
“Who?”
You begin to shake your head as tears start to stream down your face. Your head buries itself in your hands.
“I saw him, across the street,” your throat burns as you spoke.
Sam hears that part and interjects herself in the conversation,” Who did you see Y/n?”
“Ghostface.”

Hello! Before anything else, just wanna say: thank you so much for sharing so many amazing fics and ideas!
I just read "Entertain Me" over on AO3 and (if it works out - absolutely no pressure) would be interested in seeing a part 2 that covers the "Tony does him best to charm Stephen into forgiving him later" moment.
Hope you have a great day!
Hey there! Thank you so much! 😀 I’ve gotten so many lovely comments, from you and from others, and I hope everyone knows how happy it makes me that people enjoy these ficlets so much. ❤️
This follow up is less charm and more communication and apologies. I know the original prompt said charm, but something about that feels insincere to me so we’re going this way instead. It’s also going to be pretty mutual—the more I thought about it, the more I felt like they both had apologies to make.
The first ficlet can be found here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/60103798

Stephen is gone for a week. His absence, in the wake of walking out of the benefit, has only fueled the tabloids. When opens a portal into the penthouse living room, Tony looks up from pouring a drink. “If you meant to wait out the news cycle, you’ve mistimed it,” Tony turns back to the drink, giving it a stir before setting the stir stick aside. “The tabloids are still speculating about a possible break up.”
“I don’t actually enjoy being away,” Stephen says, closing the portal. He leans against the couch and looks at Tony expectantly.
Tony knows what he’s waiting for. “I’m sorry I ignored you.”
Stephen raised an eyebrow. “And?”
That takes Tony a second. He purses his lips. He doesn’t want to argue, but… “I’m not apologizing for worrying about the tabloids.”
“You made me feel like an accessory,” Stephen says flatly. “Like your convenience and your image mattered more than our relationship. Like I was interchangeable with anyone else marginally interesting.”
Tony winces, but he’s not going to back down. “I need to explain this better.” Stephen waits. Tony sighs and downs his drink, setting the glass aside. “When the tabloids get ahold of something juicy,” Tony says, “it’s not just me who is affected. Like it or not, my name reflects on Stark Industries. The past week has been shitty for me, yeah, and I deserved it. You know who didn’t deserve it? The PR team that has been running damage control all week. The departments that delayed press releases because they’d be lost in the noise. The investors whose stocks took a two point dip.”
Stephen is frowning now. “I can’t stop and think about how the press will react every time there’s a bump in our relationship.”
Tony’s heart clenches. “Stephen, if you can’t consider the press, we can’t have a relationship.” Stephen shoots him an alarmed look. “I’m not saying I can do whatever I want and you have to suck it up,” Tony barrels on. “And I’m not saying the press reaction trumps everything. But you have to be able to consider it. You have to be able to remember that if you need to yell at me, you yell at me in private.”
Stephen lets out a long breath and comes over to the bar, fixing himself a drink. “I’m more than your entertainment,” he says after a minute.
“Yeah, you are,” Tony says. “And that’s new for me. I’m sorry for treating you like arm candy. Like you were disposable. I want to promise that I won’t do it again. But honestly? That’s some pretty ingrained behavior. It’s going to take work to break it.”
Stephen looks up from his drink and catches Tony’s gaze. “But you’re willing to put in that work?”
“I am,” Tony promised. He ventures a smile. “You’re worth it.”
“You’re worth the press crap,” Stephen returns, and Tony feels a wave of relief. More than a few people have decided he isn’t.

when i was drowning - [p.jackson]
Tumblr media
wordcount: 0.7K
warnings: almost drowning
requested: yes!! @thegirlwhosimpstoomuch6190
I should have known going swimming on my own would become a disaster. But technically, it was also the best day of my life.
Being a daughter of Hades is hard. Being the sister of Nico di Angelo is hard. Being a demigod is hard. But being in love with Perseus Jackson? That is the opposite of hard.
His sea green eyes that sparkle when he laughs. How he runs his hands through his scruffy black hair, making it even messier. How he fights with his shiny sword like nobody's watching. How he cares for the new campers, jokes with his friends, and always eats blue food if he can manage it.
I think it’s impossible not to fall for Percy Jackson. It’s the easiest? most natural feeling in the world.
Anyways, I’m a bit of a loner. Most campers don’t tend to want to hang out with the creepy death twins, so both Nico and I decide to be alone most of the time. Over the years here at camp, Nico has been in and out a lot, shadow travelling all over the world and even into hell once.
I’ve stayed here at camp all this time. I spend my time alone. I’ve tried to redecorate the Hades cabin (Nico made some terrible decisions as a young child and I am desperate to fix it). I do classes alone or sometimes with the Apollo kids (Will Solace is dating my brother, and he is like a brother to me).
Sorry, I’m getting off topic. Solangelo does that to people.
So on that shiny summer morning, Im walking down the dirt path to the lake. I’m glad I’m alone. I’d never dare to swim with someone else. No that anyone would want to do that with a Hades kid. We’re “creepy and dark and mysterious” or whatever. Which isn’t true. Yeah, I’m a introvert, but so are a lot of other people.
I have the weirdest feeling someone is watching me. I whirl around, but see nothing. Huh. I decide to ignore the strange feeling and just relax a little.
I wander down to the canoe lake, strip down to my sports bra and bike shorts, and dive off the end of the pier.
Unfortunately, I misjudged my dive. I landed wrong, felt my leg bend weirdly, and plummeted into the water. My head hits something hard, and everything goes black.
The next time I open my eyes, they see the somewhat blurry ceiling of the infirmary. Yellow light fills the room, warm and sunshiny and very Apollo cabin themed. I’m not sure I like this aesthetic so much.
“Y/n!”
It’s Nico. He rushes over and sits down on a stool beside me. “Damn, are you okay?”
I groan, my head suddenly spiked with pain. “Um. I think so? What the hell happened?”
Nico raises an eyebrow. “Y/n, you almost freakin drowned. What were you thinking? Going to swim alone?”
“I’m sorry,” I say, wincing. “So… what happened?”
Nico gives me a look. “You hit your head, we think. You would’ve drowned, you know. Except for Percy…”
I’m immediately paying attention. “Percy?” I ask curiously.
Nico looks slightly amused, and also annoyed. “Yeah, Percy Jackson. You were gonna drown, but he saved you. Lucky he happened to be walking past, which is weird, cause he was supposed to be at archery practice then.”
I flush slightly. “He… he saved me?”
Nico nods. “Gods, you’re hopeless. Stop getting all flustered over him.”
“Hey!” I complain. “Says you, whenever Will walks in the door.”
“Shut up.”
I smirk, and even though my head hurts something awful, Percy Freaking Jackson saved me in a canoe lake today. And that’s enough to make this my best day ever.

Heaven is not fit to house a love like you and I: pt.2
singular warning is that: the title was chosen for a reason
978 words (i’m sorry, i just didnt wanna do a pt.3)
The first time that Akemi told you about Mizu, you’d both been drunk, pushed against the plush of a booth against the dance floor. The music was loud, a thrum that you could feel in your bones, and Akemi’s lips kept brushing your neck and jaw as she screamed out: She fucks me so good it’s actually insane, and her, her fucking hands! god
It was fine, you thought, to talk so openly about sex and girlfriends and hook-ups. That is, until Akemi introduced Mizu to you months ago.
“A letter. For me?”
A sharp tug at your gut sobers you up for approximately two seconds before it sinks back into you and you fall against your bed. Your sheets are pulled up against you—Mizu must’ve tucked you in when she laid you down, your heart hummed at the thought.
“That’s..”
Your curtains were open, if only slightly. The lights off—the only source of light from the low lamplight in the kitchen right above the stove. Mizu was painted in moonlight, her edges a shadow in your mind.
The letter in her hands glinted in the dark—it was a wide yawning secret: a simple loose-leaf page folded and torn from old college notebooks, no envelope because you’d never thought of sending it or addressing it.
And yet—
Mizu’s eyes darted across the page, reading words you’d picked and written out. Her lips parted, her golden chain glimmering.
You felt like a buzzing thing, a livewire with no insulation, dipped in water and coated in no safety precautions. Laid out bare in messy scrawl and ink from a broken pen.
“Mizu..”
It’s the alcohol, Mizu’s hanging silence, the swirl of anxiety that stretches when Mizu’s breathing slows—nearly stops.
“You…your, but—“ Mizu looked up, her eyes unfocused, shoulders tight, and her jaw taut. Her hair pushed into her cheek, her flushed neck, “No. No, no..”
“Mizu, please. We—I didn’t know that—“
“Know what?” And then she was striding over, walking like a miracle, bathed in starlight. Her gaze burned holes into you, left you singed when she met you at the lip of your bed, “You..you wrote this?” Her face an instant away, a little closer and—
Ah, there you are, you think, just as beautiful as the first time.
“I didn’t know that you would..that—that you..”
“You love me?”
A hollowed-out panic bloomed in your belly. A heavy mandarin sitting in your stomach, swaying with every flick of Mizu’s stare into your eyes, then your lips, back to your eyes again.
“Mizu, we’ve got to have it out. I, I’ve loved you for as long as I’ve known you, and I—I tried to ignore it and Akemi—and this is not, wasn’t supposed to—“
“You love me.” A statement.
Then she was gone again. Standing up fully, a tall smear against your bedroom. She sighed and looked wrung-out and exhausted. The foldings of your heart in an ache.
“No. This isn’t right. You’re..I’m—“ She folded her head into her hands then, the most stressed you’d seen her, the most beautiful all the same, “You will find someone better. Someone who is not me, I-I am awkward and too tall and I—“
“No, no Mizu, I love you.” You say, pushing your legs out of the bed, very suddenly needing Mizu to know. The sheets tangle in your knees and you stumble.
She catches you before you fall, a star falling into the earth: warm and beating in her hands.
“I am not enough for you.” Mizu says into your embrace. She looks unearthed, an anger that melts into panic, a peeled-back vulnerability.
“Mizu I love you.”
“You’ll realize and you’ll leave and I won’t—I don’t deserve it.”
“I love you, Mizu” Your hands cupping her chin, her eyes hot and glittering in the moonlight.
“And I don’t think I’ll ever have anyone. Akemi, she is nice. She is—she’ll find out too and I’ll be alone and—“
“That’s not true. You will love someone.”
Mizu’s eyes fall onto your face, a wave ready to crush the seashore, the tide pulling in. She regards you, and she whispers No, I will not. I can’t.
“You will. You’ll love them so much because that is your way, and… and I’ll watch.”
A train passes in the distance, the refrigerator hums to life once more. You gather the pieces of yourself you’ve slathered onto Mizu, her ears pink and poking out from her bun, and you say:
“and I’ll watch.”
Mizu doesn’t say anything.
Tell me I’m wrong, you think, tell me it’s okay. tell me tell me tell me.
The ocean that stretches between you both is static, a cold that only winter could bring.
She says a singular and awful thing: “I’m sorry.”
She sets you back down onto the bed, your body heavy with the wine and your mouth can still taste it: your confession, Mizu’s rejection—not obvious but clear all the same.
You feel a cloying heavy beating in your chest when Mizu’s palms pull the blankets above you again. A presence that takes your breath.
“Go to sleep.” Mizu says. She bends down, and kisses your eyelids. They flutter open as soon as she pulls away and you know it’s a dismissal.
“Don’t tell Akemi.” You stutter out. A fear that comes with these sort of things.
Mizu nods: once and slowly. Then, she’s leaving, pulling her puffer from somewhere off your bed.
The door clicks when she leaves and the moon is a dim sinking light. No longer fluorescent against Mizu’s skin.
And you lay in your bed, with your smeared makeup, and your wine-drunk headache, and wonder if you’d be allowed to tell her, to say: I’d love the mangled up bits of you, you know. If only you’d have let me.

pls drop more obsessed Logan & hesh hc's 🙏🙏
Hello my dear, sorry it took me ages to get to this, promise I’m not ignoring y’all’s asks I just have to wait till inspiration strikes lmfao
More obsessed Hesh and Logan hc’s? Say no more. I’m taking these a bit darker so pls heed the warnings, I totally understand if this isn’t someone’s cup of tea. I’m also gonna say since this is the first time I’ve ever really posted darker stuff-even though I think it goes w/o saying-that I don’t condone behavior like this, it’s all fiction. Stalking is obviously wrong and criminal…ykwim. I am not romanticizing it (they r fucked in the head, that’s the theme here, up to ur own interpretation). Just thought I should add <3
TW: obsessive behavior (duh), stalking, delusional thinking (?) not in an actual mentally ill way- Logan is just stupid, general nefarious and toxic behavior, SFW as far as no sexual content
Hesh knows that this is beyond his normal feelings for you, he can feel himself slipping more and more everyday. And he doesn’t know what to do about it.
He wasn’t raised to be the kind of man that acts like this, so immoral and degenerate. The kind that follows someone around base/town, but that’s what he found himself doing. He knew where you resided, so he quickly learned your routine. Your actual job, what you did when you weren’t at home/your barracks, where you spent the most time, and the routes you usually took. Memorized it and filed it away in his head.
Hesh would know it’s not normal, that’s it’s unjustified to slink around after you. To imagine that he’s simply looking out for you instead of fueling his own need. What did he even want out of this? Even if you ever reciprocated his interest in you as a person, you’d surely freak out if you knew he watched you from a distance whenever he could. That he knew so much about you, whether you were aware of his existence or not. He’d never tell you, he knows better. Knows better, yet he can’t help but stand in the shadows and watch the way you act when you think no one’s looking.
You’d infiltrated him. He was a normal guy, a good one, and now his mind was filled with you and only you. You’d even pop into his head on missions, whether you were there or not. He was focused, a good soldier who didn’t let anything get in his way. But when he had a minute to breathe, to stop and think, you still flooded his head.
He constantly wondered what you were doing, when he wasn’t yards away watching you do it, that is. The man found you so perfect, so completely untainted, he felt like he was the holder of a precious jewel. Except he didn’t hold you at all, you weren’t his, and he wasn’t stupid enough to believe you were. He just wished it so.
He couldn’t talk to anyone about it, and if you were ever brought up by anyone else, he’d go silent. Logan could tell, though. He could tell his brother had some kind of feelings for you, but he wasn’t aware of the true extent of Hesh’s behavior, no.
Hesh was too stealthy. Too good of a liar. So if he had to lie, even to himself and those he trusts the most, he would. It was all worth it, so long as he could live another day to see your precious face.
Tumblr media
Logan, on the other hand, isn’t as reasonable about the apple of his eye. He was too lost in the obsession with you that to him, it was justifiable. Unlike Hesh, he’d be unaware that he really had a problem.
You were a necessity, in Logan’s head. Whether you worked on base, alongside the team, or if you’re just another civilian, he needed to see you. He figured the way he watched you, followed after you, wasn’t necessarily harmful. Whether you really needed it or not, he was just helping to protect you, in his mind.
He’d get closer than Hesh would though. He’d let you see him from time to time, just enough to make you aware of his existence. Whether you remember him or not, take stock of him or not, doesn’t matter. To him, he’s just silently presenting himself to you. For the taking.
He’d daydream about you when he had the time, when he wasn’t working or watching you from afar. If you know of him, he often wonders if you think of him as much as he does you. If he was stuck in your head like a leech, too. It was wishful thinking of course, but Logan didn’t seem to realize just how deep his feelings went.
To him, he wasn’t doing anything wrong by following you around. He didn’t wonder what anyone would think if they knew, Hesh, Elias, the team. Because in his mind, this wasn’t a real problem. He’d never hurt you, no, he’s definitely not that kind of guy. He was interested, and it wasn’t wrong so long as he didn’t infringe on you in any way, right?
Not that he’d ever tell anybody, of course. He knew they would have a problem with it, that they’d think him immoral for this. So he dodged Hesh’s questions, and stayed as silent as he always did. He was stealthy too, of course. You’d never see any more of him than he presented to you. Just enough, enough to plant the seed in your head, perhaps? That he’s merely there, if you ever care.
Like Hesh though, he also wouldn’t make a move. Not because he knew his behavior was wrong, but because he’d simply let you come to him if you ever wanted to, if you even knew he existed. It killed him to not have more of you, but at the same time, he was aware he may not be able to handle more. What would he do with pure perfection in his presence, his hands? You’d consume him mind, body, and soul. He settled for what he could get.
He could live with you never requiting his desires, with however much you did or didn’t notice him.
But he couldn’t live without you

random sentence prompts  ━ from various tv shows, part 10
i can't abandon them.
we don't sacrifice one life for the greater good if we don't have to.
you’re obviously hiding something from me, and it’s making me feel crazy.
i was sober enough to know better.
i’m sorry if i was shitty earlier today.
whenever i’m happy, everyone sounds the alarm.
the more people i cut out, the quieter my life got.
i love you, but i don’t have time for this.
i’ve never felt this helpless in my life.
you asked me before if i was happy, and i realized, i’m not. i’m not happy.
we both know if you’re shopping for an affair, i’m the first call you’d make.
you two are a powder keg ready to explode.
i guess i’m scared that i don’t have what it takes to not fuck this up.
you could do this without me.
it’s about winning. and i do. a lot.
when i’m with you, i want a future.
are you asking me to choose between you and my family?
i believe in solving problems. not whining about them.
what’s more important? your dreams or your pride? you only get one.
you don’t suck as much as most people.
your purpose is to live for you.
okay, that move? putting up walls? that used to be my move.
i think you’re just addicted to the drama of being miserable.
spoiler alert. life is meaningless.
wow, we really are bad people to date.
if you let me save your life, you’d be saving mine.
i’m an expert on self punishment.
it is me. i am standing with you. just please let me in.
just leave me alone with my humiliation.
“i’ll be happy when we can be together,” that’s what i always told myself. but what if we can’t be?
what if all we have is now?
you know more than anyone that the game isn’t over until it’s over.
you’re not the worst thing you’ve ever done.
i wouldn’t even want to do it without you. you make me better at this.
you love taking care of people.
i was worried. i came to check in on you. is that allowed?
don’t you dare ignore me. i have feelings!
if you’re always a disappointment, then it’s impossible to disappoint.
what if i just, like, completely melt? what if i just fuck up and fail?
do i have time to go outside and scream “fuck”?
i can take what comes next.
contrary to popular belief, you’re not a total waste of space.
you have a future. don’t throw it away.
every single cell in your body wants to blow things up and see what happens, that's what you are.
chivalry may be dead, but i didn’t kill it.
nothing is final. not even death.
that’s your family portrait, and you’re not in it.
life will crush your dreams and destroy your spirit.
why do i always let my heart get in the way of my happiness?
blowing up relationships seemed easier than having to lose people over and over again.
i had a dream. i was by your side, and it felt like we were changing the world.
i have to know what something is to believe in it.
there’s no one i’d rather walk through the fire with than you.
you think it’s the end? or the beginning?
praying helps with some things. others, you have to take into your own hands.
i need us to be “us” again.
don’t think about what could go wrong. think about what could go right.
i’m just seeing things differently now.
i’ve done a terrible job of loving you when you’re in trouble.
you deserve the room to screw up.
i spent so much time trying not to be who i was, i don’t even know who i am.
you’re not okay. you’re stubborn.
i should have known better. i should have been better.
this place, it’s not you. it’s who you had to be to get to what’s next.
risking your life comes easy to your crazy ass.
i guess i’m just your fantasy.
you look like hell spit you out.
careful. i’ve had enough people coming for me today.
you look like shit.
sometimes we gotta let the people we love figure out their problems their own way.
it doesn’t make you any stronger going through this alone.
just be patient with me.
you’re something else. when you believe in something, nothing’s gonna change your mind.
don’t let love make you out to be a fool. leave before you’re left.
nostalgia’s got me in its vice.
what’s left of your soul will melt your poisonous heart.
i came to save your life. i wasn’t about to let you die a hero.
i’m barely living.
yeah. our timing is shit.
do you want chaos?
i’m sorry you’re afraid of being alone.
why should i trust you today, when things are shit, if i couldn’t trust you yesterday?
your now is not your forever.

part 31 | part 32 | part 33 | part 34 | part 35 | part 36 | part 37 | part 38
Warning: Strong language
Robaire read over the half finished lyrics to the song he’d been working on, finding himself completely stumped. His pity party was interrupted by the doorbell. Robaire rushed to the door. “Jan—” He frowned. “Oh. Hey, Aaron.”
“Hey.” Z leaned on the doorframe. “I know it’s been a while since we’ve spoken, but T tells me you’re really into that girl from the hotel.”
“I mean, if you ever picked up a magazine, he wouldn’t have to tell you.” Robaire rolled his eyes. “But yeah. I am. What of it?”
Aaron held up his Polaroid camera. “I’ve got photos to show you.” He stepped inside. “Your girl…she’s got long legs, pineapple hair, wears lots of mini skirts. Amirite?”
“Uh, yeah.” Robaire looked at him in confusion. “How do you remember all that? You only saw her once.”
“I cross referenced with one of those magazines I never pick up.” Aaron raised an eyebrow. “She looked familiar when I saw her. I wasn’t sure at first, but now I am.”
“Sure of what? When did you see her?” Robaire asked.
“Olivia’s staying with us while my parents are in Aruba. She insisted we take her and Tae to the park to feed the ducks.” Aaron handed him the Polaroids. “That’s when I spotted her.”
Robaire shifted through the pictures. He could clearly see Janelle smiling and holding hands with some other guy, but he couldn’t believe his eyes. “She’s still seeing him…?” He felt a pang in his chest. “I thought…I thought he broke her heart. I thought I was the one healing her.”
“Hate to be the bearer of bad news.” Aaron shrugged. “We tried to tell you she was bad for you, man. Everyone could see it but you.”
“That’s not really helping.” Robaire shot him a glare. “I just…” he sighed and plopped onto the couch. “I thought I had a good thing going here. But this whole time I really was just a sucker. I was always her second choice.”
Aaron’s eyes shifted awkwardly. “Isn’t Jesse the one you usually go to with these problems?”
“UGH, what am I supposed to tell Jesse?” Robaire groaned. “I was being such a jerk to him but he was right all along. And my parents…” He faceplanted into a couch pillow. “I don’t know how I’m supposed to face anyone. I just feel like a total fool. How could she play me like this?”
Aaron looked between Robaire and the door, debating whether or not he should just leave him to his feelings. He sighed and sat on the floor beside him. “Listen, I get it. You must’ve been excited to have a life outside of 4☆TOWN. You just wanted us all to be happy and support you.” He shook his head. “I know it sucks a lot, but it’s not your fault.”
“It’s definitely my fault.” Robaire said quietly. “It was spelled out for me so many times but I chose to ignore it.” He stared at the photos. “Last time we spoke, we got into an argument. She told me she couldn’t be with another liar and yet…she’s the one lying to me. And here I was writing her a love song, trying to figure out how to make it up to her and she just—…” He scoffed and tossed the photos aside. “I’m such an idiot.”
“Well, I’m not gonna tell you this isn’t stupid cuz that’d be a lie.” Aaron admitted.
“Wow, thanks.” Robaire rolled his eyes. “I’m pouring my heart out to you and you tell me I’m stupid.”
“You didn’t let me finish.” Aaron narrowed his eyes. “I was going to say that even though you were being dumb, you can’t victim blame. She was manipulative and she played with your feelings and she knew exactly what she was doing. That’s a pretty fucked up thing to do to someone.” He looked over at Robaire, who was busy staring at a picture of Janelle sadly. Aaron sighed and got up. “You can stay here and feel sorry for yourself. And you can forgive her and look past it if you want. But the Robaire I know, the same jackass that stood up to our manager to protect Jesse, wouldn’t let someone like this win a fight. He’s too strong for that.” He shrugged before letting himself out.
Robaire shook his head when he was alone again. “I wish I knew where that guy was right now.”

Uvonaga yapping under the cut ^_^
Don’t read if u hate this ship plzzzz I am so sick of the haters pls just scroll brah… if get another cmmt abt how “they were just friends” I’m gonna crash out yes I know just let me enjoy my own hyperfixation vro 😔
Okay I had to get this thought out cause I know if I fall asleep now I’ll forget it
I was thinking about how Uvogin’s relationship with Nobunaga was described, versus how we saw him with Shalnark. It’s interesting- from that interaction with Shal you’d think he’d be the most affectionate in the group, the one who’s the least afraid of showing his appreciation towards the others. But apparently, he wasn’t like this with Nobunaga. Why might that be?
So let’s get into this; According to Franklin, both Nobunaga and Uvogin were unable to talk about much they enjoyed being in the other’s company when they’d get paired up. Also, Uvogin would never admit that he liked fighting with Nobunaga by his side. He said he only liked fighting alone. But when he was with Nobunaga, he automatically got stronger. Because fighting for the sake of someone else, someone he loved, it fueled him. Uvogin liked protecting Nobunaga, though he never admitted it. Not because Nobunaga is weak, but because his hatsu isn’t suited for large groups of people, and therefor Uvo would feel responsible if something were to happen to him.
Now, with Franklin’s words in mind, let’s access why Uvo would be embarrassed admitting he liked having Nobunaga with him when fighting, while simultaneously kissing Shal on the cheek without any trouble, especially considering Uvo is stated to be much closer to Nobunaga than anyone else.
I think it’s because his relationship with Nobunaga was much different than his relationship with Shal. He was able to to show affection to Shal without much thought because his friendship with Shalnark is very causal. He felt grateful, and he felt like showing it in the moment, because he was confident in their relationship. He knew it wouldn’t change anything between them; he was just thankful. But with close he is to Nobunaga, showing affection like that might actually mean something.
I’m NOT saying this is what’s canon, I’m just spitballing possible answers. It’s impossible to actually tell what was going on in his head. Here are some of the things I’ve thought of as explanations (all uvonaga biased not sorry):
- What he feels for Nobunaga is just fundamentally different from what he feels for Shalnark. A causal friendship versus a deep friendship, and one is harder to admit for him. (is it really a friendship?)
- He’s not embarrassed, but he feels no need to verbally show affection towards Nobunaga because they’re both aware of how much they care for each other, even if they fight occasionally.
- He doesn’t want something changing in their relationship if he were to show the same level of affection towards Nobunaga.
- Him and Nobunaga simply have a different relationship structure, and he acts a different way around different people.
It’s late. I’m tired. I might update this in the morning. I HAD to get this out tho. If ur a non uvonaga shipper and u have an explanation that’s normal pls tell me cause I genuinely cannot see a heterosexual explanation for this but that’s cause I’m uvonaga brainrotted
Good night uvonaga Nation im sleepy I wrote this at midnight ignore any mistakes plz

Hi Pocket! Please feel free to ignore this if it makes you uncomfortable and I'm sorry if it does! I was wondering if you have ever been in a relationship before? I'm around the same age as you and have never dated before, but I keep seeing everyone in relationships and feel like I'm behind. Do you have any thoughts or advice regarding this? Thank you for your time and I hope you have a good day!
Hiya darling ! This doesn’t make me uncomfy at all💕
Just in case anyone isn’t looking to read this , ima add a cut but my answer is below !
I have been in a relationship before , yes and I’m in one right now . It was my most serious one and it started when I was about 16 . However , it was really toxic so it didn’t end well
After it ended when I was around 19 , I didn’t date until just recently . One thing I’ve come to learn is you don’t wanna rush it . Rushing it means you’ll most likely end up saying yes to someone you aren’t compatible with or one that just isn’t good for you . That leads to other complications that just keep going .
I can understand feeling left behind . In my family most people my age are married and I’m kinda behind on that . Not only that , but a lot of my high school friends are married with kids . But for me , I’m not interested in marriage just yet . I mean I am , but not as much as you’d think . And I don’t think I ever want kids . But I get feeling like you’re the only one who doesn’t have what others have . Marriage for me almost feels like pressure from others like “well when are you getting married ?”
You should just make sure that those feelings are your own and not pushed on by others . Like , do you want a relationship or do you feel like you need to be in a relationship ? For myself (to compare) , I feel like i need to be married but I don’t want it just yet . That need is bc others keep bringing it up (parents , aunts , etc) and so it’s not my own thoughts .
Otherwise , there’s definitely someone out there for you , but I wouldn’t rush to meet them . Tho I was young , I still rushed into that relationship . And I feel like I was so desperate to be in a relationship that I let someone hurt me over and over and just accepted it . Don’t be like me .
There’s also a lot more positives to being single than in a relationship . It’s especially good if you need to work on yourself . Like maybe you feel like you need to be more patient , more open with your feelings , more comfortable with being alone , etc . Build yourself first then worry about a relationship . It’s also best when it’s natural rather than searching out of desperation . Not to say you sound desperate or anything . I just feel like I was bc I felt like all my friends were in a relationship .
Last point was never being in a relationship . There’s nothing wrong with that . Honestly , healthy and strong relationships come from experience and time anyway . Lots of relationships w you’re younger tend to fail (not all the time) due to lack of experience or maturity . Meaning , even if you don’t enter a relationship now , you’ll be better able to handle it a year from now that you would’ve when you were younger . Im definitely way smarter at 24 than I was at 20 . Or even 22 . Relationships aren’t easy and they shouldn’t be thought of as such either . But they can be fun when things go well .
You’re welcome to dm me if you’re comfortable to talk more about this but I hope I was able to help a little 🥺💖
You’re ok darling . I bet your special someone is wondering when they’ll meet you too . Probably asking a friend rn or something !

I know Louis' your fave so I hope it's okay that I send you this. But recently the blinkers have been coming off for me in regards to Louis. I think I used to have him up on a bit of a pedestal. I just thought he was this really intelligent guy, really aware of social issues and willing to fight for the right thing and be rebellious when necessary. I don't know. I saw things playing out very differently. But unfortunately, lately, I've been seeing a lot of laziness and complacency and a willingness to settle from him. A lot of contradictions as well. Like he gets the anarchist symbol tattooed but doesn't speak out or place his support behind anything substantial. I'm sorry, legalizing weed is his most political stance. And then being seen with the Starbucks cup and actually covering it in the video like lmao. Not knowing what number year your festival is when he supposedly had big dreams for it. I know this is so small but it irks me that he's been going on about playing the guitar for years. And he is yet to bring it on stage for even one song! I know it comes from a place of self-doubt and insecurity no matter how confident he makes himself appear but like he just doesn't help himself. And fans exaggerating and praising every little thing he does as if he isn't just some basic white man does my head in. Sorry I word vomited on you and I know this sounds harsh but I acknowledge it comes from a bitter place where I feel like his potential is just not being met. At the end it's his life and I genuinely hope he doesn't have many regrets later on.
hi babe
I think I am completely in the same situation as you! I might not be triggered by exactly the same things but I’ve been going over and over it for the last couple days asking myself why I’m so annoyed with him right now?? And I think it really is just the disappointment finding out your fave man is after all, just a man.
Like, to me, it feels like he’s been stagnant since early 2023. right now, to me it feels like he’s just on the hunt for the cheap thrill, getting the validation in that he also can pull massive crowds of screaming girls just like he did during 1D (and it isn’t even the actual validation he’s looking for??? Like he still starts yapping every time a man validates him as if it’s so much more important??)
I feel like he lost focus, or energy, or both. You know, you said it!! You know I love Louis to death, he’s my favourite, and genuinely, I don’t blame him. It makes a lot of sense to me. He’s finally proven himself to not be a flop to all the people doubting him. He’s overcome all the obstacles, did LTWT and had massive success with it, way beyond anyone expected, rode that wave, made a second album that proved he’s not a one hit wonder either, an album he actually enjoyed making, and proved his fans liked it, too. And then… it just kind of stagnated. His team made mistakes and miscalculations. Announcing Asia tour so short notice thinking, then cancelling bc it didn’t sell out, handling the announcements horribly, not realising LTWT was massive bc of all the pent up excitement and desire throughout years of a pandemic, the magnetism of it being the first solo world tour. They also didn’t get it when it came to Milano Summer fest vs. AFHF. The 35k sold out bc it was announced many months in advance and it was the last LTWT show - that’s meaningful to fans. It was easily accessible. You can’t translate just the numbers to „it’s bc he’s popular in Italy,“ there’s so many factors at play they ignored, and therefore AFHF Italy only sold 2/3 of tickets, and a lot of these people didn’t even show up (couldn’t, I better say).
For me, FITF felt like he had checked out a little. He’s plateauing. The excitement and irresistible draw he has is largely due to his resilience, his underdog persona he created that allows normal people to identify with him. And there just wasn’t any… growth since early 2023. He‘s also alienated a large part of his fandom with the bbg pushes, and as you know, I still believe it was all part of the bigger plan to end it, but it does feel like he gave up, got comfortable. And it’s not that I blame him for it necessarily?? Like all he’s been through? It makes a lot of sense to me that now he’s achieved all the things people told him he wouldn’t be able to achieve, that now the burn out sets in, that now, the driving energy of spite and wanting to prove himself has run out.
I feel like the jokes of “oh I’m a pothead I can’t remember if it’s the third or fourth edition of my super duper important close to my heart festival project” or “oh yeah sometimes I forget I’m an actual parent and have a kid” are getting old. Like, it doesn’t serve him anymore it feels like? To me it feels like the weed was a coping mechanism that helped him get through hard times, and that’s completely valid, but now it looks like to me it’s holding him back, blurring his genius.
I’m sorry for the rant back to you. I’m deeply upset because Louis is my escape, my happy place, fandom is my comfort, and I feel like it’s slipping through my fingers because it causes me more upset than happiness at this point. The amount of “kill yourself” messages I have gotten over criticising louis for announcing AFHF so short notice is frankly INSANE. Do people not talk to other people in real life?? How do the people around these people that send those messages deal with them in real life?? It’s so upsetting to see how many people feel comfortable typing out these kind of messages and sending them.
I do hope this feeling of mine calms down, and I can go back to just glorifying louis and have him as my comfort place, because I do not like the thoughts I have and the way it makes me feel.

Diabolik Lovers LOST EDEN ー Kino Maniac [Epilogue]
Tumblr media
Monologue
Ever since that day,
the treatment I received,
improved by quite a bit.
While Yuuri-san was still there,
to take care of everything I needed,
it no longer felt like I was being watched,
around the clock.
That being said,
I wouldn’t go as far as to say I was free to go wherever I wanted.
However, I could not help but worry,
about how Ayato-kun was doing.
So while Yuuri-san was not around,
I quietly snuck towards the dungeon.
ー The scene starts in the dungeon
Yui: Ayato-kun!
Ayato: ...Chichinashi! You made it out alive!
Yui: ...Yeah. I’m sorry for causing you so much trouble.
Ayato: Ahー I’m glad. I thought you had been burnt to a crisp.
Right after I stopped hearin’ your voice, that Yuuri dude showed up to extinguished the fire.
It’s just...I had no idea what was goin’ on inside your cell because the wall was in the way.
The fuck happened to you?
Yui: Well...
Apparently Kino-kun ultimately gave Yuuri-san the order to come save me.
Ayato: Hm. Kino did, huh...?
Yui: I honestly don’t understand why he suddenly decided to save me when he’s the one who started the fire...
( I honestly have no clue what goes on in that guy’s head... )
Ayato: ...And? Did you talk to Kino afterwards?
Yui: No, we haven’t. I haven’t even seen him ever since.
Kino-kun...He won’t leave his own room at all after all.
( He’s been cooped up in there the whole time... )
Ayato: ...Then why don’t you go see him?
Yui: Eh? That’s...
( Why would I...? )
Ayato: God. I noticed this before as well but...
I just can’t help but feel that when it comes to Kino...you just become more stubborn than usual, or somethin’...
Yui: ...
Ayato: And Kino as well, he’ll use every opportunity given to him to bother you. You should just ignore it.
Yui: Right. I know that myself too but...
Ayato: See? There you go again.
Yui: Eh...?
Ayato: In other words, you can’t help but want to look out for him, don’t you?
Yui: Eh!?
Ayato: You know what the two of you remind me of? A married couple having a fight.
Yui: A-A married couple...
( Is that how it came across...? )
( I mean, it’s true that I have a hard time letting it go. )
( But that’s only because I fear what he might do if he’s given free reign... )
Ayato: Haah...Why aren’t you saying anything? I guess you weren’t aware of yourself at all, huh?
Well, that’s fine. But try to put yourself in my position having all of that rubbed in my face.
Yui: ...We’re not rubbing it into anyone’s faces!
ー Kino approaces them
Kino: ...Hm. Seems like you two are having a great time?
Yui: ...Kino-kun...
Kino: Sure, I told Yuuri that he can let you roam around the house freely...
But while you are out here talking with this guy, isn’t there something you should tell me instead?
*Rustle rustle*
Kino: ...Come with me.
*Thud*
Yui: Kyah...
Kino: Come, I said!
ー Kino drags her away
Ayato: ...
Monologue
The only reason why I saved her from the dungeon,
is for those powers.
Because she is Eve.
So I might need her in the near future.
This whole time,
I’ve convinced myself of that again and again.
I thought it was case closed.
Yet, before I know it,
I realize that once again,
my mind has been occupied with thoughts of her.
When I saw her,
talking with Ayato,
I could feel terribly dark feelings,
boil up inside of me.
However, I did not feel the urge,
to kill her.
Instead,
I wanted to get her away from Ayato,
as soon as possible.
Lately, I feel as if I am becoming more and more of a mystery,
to myself.
ー The scene shifts to Kino’s room
Yui: ...
Kino: Hm. Look who seems to be in a bad mood again...
( Even though she looked so happy talking to Ayato earlier... )
I went out of my way to save you when you were on the verge of death, you know? Isn’t there something you want to tell me?
Yui: ...Not really. I have nothing to say to you.
Kino: ...
Yui: Besides...I don’t remember asking you to save me.
Kino: ...You really are a natural at making me upset, aren’t you?
Yui: That isn’t my intention.
I’m simply pointing out where I think you are wrong.
Kino: ...And that’s exactly what pisses me off...ーー
Yui: Yuuri-san told me about your childhood.
Kino: ...Yuuri did? Che, he really shouldn’t have...
Who cares about the past? That no longer matters, does it?
Yui: ...
Kino: Haah...Anyway, I’ll have to punish Yuuri for this later. Fufu...
Yui: ...Stop! Like I told you before, doing such things is pointless...
Kino: No. It does have a purpose. It only makes sense to get back at those who have done something which upset you, right?
Yui: ...But! Then you’ll be stuck in that vicious circle forever!
Kino: And what’s the problem with that? If you don’t want people getting back at you, then get strong.
Yui: ...
Kino-kun. You should know this better than anyone else, you know...?
That revenge only gives birth to more hatred...
What you are doing is no different from when the Ghouls used to take out their anger towards Demons on yーー
Kino: Silence!
...Then, let me ask you. Deep down, you want to get revenge as well, don’t you?
Yui: ...Me?
Kino: I mean, you’ve been at the mercy of those Vampires this whole time, haven’t you?
They unreasonably drank your blood, regardless of whether you consented or not...
The reason why you haven’t gotten back at them for that, is because you lack the power to do so.
I’m convinced that if you were to somehow get strong enough to be able to fight back against them, you would seek revenge as well!
Yui: Well...
Kino: ( ...Exactly. You want to get revenge as well, don’t you? )
( There isn’t anyone in this World who would be okay with always getting shit on. )
( If you don’t want to get the short end of the stick, you have to get stronger and work your way to the top. )
( Overwhelming powers, so nobody will be able to stand against you... )
Yui: I wouldn’t do that.
Kino: ...
Yui: Not once have I felt the need to get revenge on Ayato-kun or the others.
I’ll admit that I am powerless. Perhaps that is why the thought has never crossed my mind.
However...Even if were to get stronger somehow, I don’t believe I would use those powers in such a way.
Because I know just how meaningless that would be...
Kino: There’s just no way!
*Thud*
Yui: ...!
Kino: I’m sick and tired of hearing about your idealistic morals. I know you don’t actually feel that way deep down...
Yui: ...
Kino: Even right now, you’d love to get back at me, wouldn’t you? That’s why...
( You glare at me like that. )
...
*Rustle rustle*
Yui: ...Kino-kun...?
Kino: ...Honestly, there’s no talking to you. I’m kind of exhausted.
There’s just no way you could ever understand what I’m trying to say...
Yui: ...
Kino: There isn’t a single person in this World who understands me.
...Of course, I’ve known that since forever.
Yui: ...
Kino: No matter what you say, I shall get my revenge...
I will grow even stronger, and have the whole World bow down at my feet.
I won’t let anyone get in my way...Never...
ー He walks towards the door
Yui: Wait!
*Rustle*
Monologue
Before I knew it,
I had latched onto Kino-kun’s back.
Because I had noticed,
that even though his words,
were even more aggressive than usual,
on the flip side, his voice quivered ever so slightly.
I felt that he was lonely.
Ever since the day he was abandoned on this land,
he has been all by himself,
living off the hatred he felt,
towards the Ghouls, towards his Father...
as well as everything and everyone else in this world.
I am sure that I have absolutely no idea,
how painful that must have been.
Perhaps he is right,
and there truly is nobody in this world,
who can understand him.
However...Even so,
I simply could not turn my back to him.
I did not want for him,
to have to feel lonely any longer.
Kino: ...What are you playing at? Let me go...
*Rustle*
Yui: ...Hey, Kino-kun.
I...don’t want to give up.
If possible, I’d like to get to know you better.
Because I believe that you’ll never understand what I’m trying to tell you otherwise...
Kino: ...
Yui: That’s why I won’t back down.
Until I get you understand...what is right and what is wrong.
Kino: ...You really are one hell of an annoying woman...
Yui: ( ...Perhaps I am. )
( Maybe Ayato-kun was right...and I worry about him too much. )
( But can you blame me? )
( I mean, it’s stronger than myself... )
Kino: ...Be my guest?
ー The scene shifts to black
Yuuri: ...
Kino, he...accepted her...
...Then, I’m sure now...
...
ー The scene shifts to the Church
???: Kino, that fiend...He got rid of the Familiar we sent to him, huh...?
Fufu, I see...I suppose he has finally declared war upon us...
Well, I knew this would happen sooner rather than later. In the end, he is a Vampire as well...
It was obvious he only wanted to join forces temporarily. From the very beginning, I never trusted him.
Male Clergyman A: However...Sakamaki Ayato is currently on his side.
???: Well, you do have a point. I believe he assumed that he would be able to manipulate us by using that man as bait...
...However, I will not fall for his schemes that easily.
Kino...I believe it would be best to turn him into one of our loyal watchdogs as soon as possible.
...Right? Don’t you agree with me as well?
Richter?: ...
Even as a watchdog, his descent is a definite plus.
In that regard, I feel sorry for Kino for being related to Karlheinz. If we can get our hands on Ayato and his brothers as well, then...
The Demon World will be ours at last...Fufu...Fufufufu...
ーー TO BE CONTINUED ーー

hey this is stupid and you can ignore it if you want but I just. don’t have anyone else to tell it to. lately, I’ve been hearing a lot about religon. I was raised atheist, but so many people I’ve seen talking about it like it’s the absolute truth has made me doubt myself. I started to wonder if there really is a god, and it started to make me scared. most of the people I know are atheists too, and I don’t want them to go to hell if god is real. same with myself, I don’t want to go to hell just because I stayed with the beliefs I was raised with. I don’t know if there is a god, but if there is, it scares me, as I am a lesbian. people say that my attraction to girls is wrong because god said so; if god is real then I’m going to hell…? I’ve been really upset over this because it’s confusing me deeply. is my life and existence wrong? am I stupid? am I evil and going to hell?
again I’m sorry about venting in ur inbox but I feel like I can’t tell this to anyone in my life
hi, i just wanted to assure you that how you’re feeling isn’t stupid at all and it’s actually very common. a lot of people deal with inner turmoil regarding religion and choosing to subscribe to one or not to. i will personally attest that i have felt this way.
you’re not evil. your attraction to women isn’t wrong at all. sending you love.

@romano-kinnie and I were talking on the discord server about the biggest fight spamano ever had, and here's a drabble about it.
Neither could really remember how they had gotten into this fight, but maybe it did not actually matter. Romano just wanted to defuse the situation, that was all that mattered right now. “Stop pretending like you’re not human, Antonio! You’re as human as the rest of us nations. We may be nations, but we feel and act and die like mortals, even if it takes a longer time. We’re human, just like them.”
“… No.” Spain’s calmness took Romano aback. They had both been yelling at each other for at least an hour, and when they got into real arguments like this, Spain was rarely the one to concede first.
“The hell do you mean, no?”
“You may be, everyone else may be, but I’m not. Not really. I’ve told you time and time again, you make me human. If it weren’t for you–”
That just pissed Romano off again, and he was back to yelling, “That’s exactly what I’m fucking talking about! It’s not true, you’re being stupid like always, and you need to let go of this silly fear from ages ago–”
Spain just raised his brows, seemingly perfectly at ease, “Oh, yeah? Like you’ve let go of all your fears from your childhood, Romanito?”
Romanito. Spain never called him that, not in the last half-millennium of their ever-changing relationship. Not since they had gotten to know each other’s fears, dreams, hopes, and what made them tick. Little Roman. A most hated nickname, one that reminded Romano of all his flaws and imperfections. A reminder of an inferiority complex he had gotten so good at ignoring that most people thought him arrogant. A reminder that he had been abandoned and never could meet anyone’s expectations, least of all his own. His breath hitched, and he felt tears form in the corner of his eyes, “… that was just low.”
“Well, that’s what I am.”
After what Spain had just said, Romano had no wish to defend him. Not from himself at least.
“I’m cruel, and messy, and wicked, and I need you. At least if you want me to be anything else.” Spain smiled the fakest smile Romano has ever seen, and held out his arms as if expecting Romano to embrace him – or hit him. “Don’t you see? Without you, I’m nothing.”
“… That’s…” Romano had no desire to even touch Spain, not when he was acting like this, “if you really think so, you don’t fucking deserve me, you asshole.”
“No, I don’t. I never have.” He shrugged ever so nonchalantly, as if he was shrugging off all the weight of the Southern half of Italy.
“Fine.” Romano’s tone was ice cold, and Spain knew it was anything but. If he was less furious, he would give Romano a smile, a real smile, and tell him he was sorry, grovel at his beloved’s feet and tell him that he did not mean it. But Spain meant what he said, and he was not going to take it back. After what felt like a year, Romano said, “I’m fucking leaving then. Since my presence is so fucking humanising to you. Must be humiliating to feel like that, Ánto. I’m sure a big colonising ex-empire like you don’t need someone like me around to be human with.”
Romano knew exactly what he was doing, because Spain was not the only one with access to the matches and gasoline in their relationship. Spain’s eyes clouded over for a moment, “you’re right, that’s what you want to hear, isn’t it? Well, you are. I don’t need you as a nation. I never needed you to be a nation. But how long until you start feeling lonely, Romano? There’s not a lot of men around who can stand your tongue.”
“I can have anyone I damn well want! I’m leaving, and you’ll have to come crawling back if you ever want to even look at me again.”
“You know I won’t. You’ll be the one to crawl back to me first.”
“No, I won’t.”
They glared at each other, and Romano wanted to lean forward and apologise for everything, yet at the same time, he felt his own stubbornness rise within him. Before he could make up his mind, Spain huffed, and said, “Fine.” he turned on his feet, storming off as if he could not get away fast enough. Romano knew exactly where he was headed, but he was not so weak as to follow him.
“Fine!” Romano yelled after him. He left and he did not look back.

Am I looking forward to the new chapter of MH? Yes. A LOT. But I'm not going to charge you absolutely anything because I have no right to do it and you are a PERSON, with a LIFE TO BE LIVED. You are not here to satisfy any of our expectations and desires.
People demanding that you write so they can feel satiated and not giving a shit about how you are physically and mentally is enormous meanness, self-centeredness and lack of empathy. I'm terribly sorry you have to deal with people like that and I'll support whatever decision you make going forward, even if I'm new around here.

Thank you so much 🥹 I think what hurts me the most is that I’ve always given a reasoning why this or that isn’t updated or where’s my head at when it comes to my stories or even my life itself. So many readers told me that I don’t owe anyone an explanation and maybe they’re right, but I always felt like I do want to give it because I appreciate everyone reading and supporting my stories. I just wish more readers would see it that I’ve always been genuine and I tried to do my best. So it hurts to all of that being ignored, even if it’s by a group of people but it’s not nice either way. I don’t know, lately I’ve been feeling like it’s just not the same.
I’m tired this being a topic every other week.
Thank you again! It means a lot to read this 🩵
