I am at my wits end with my job I swear to fucking Arceus
#My manager's reviews of my recent calls have put me in the fucking tank in terms of my metrics#And some of the problems highlighted ARE shit I need to fix#And some of the more glaring issues are “Well what else do I fucking do here???”#All my metrics are pretty much trashed and I hope that I can get them back to stable this month#Otherwise I may be out of a job and that is not a possibility rn#I am literally the breadwinner rn and my savings cannot float us forever#Oh and btw the only reason I know there's an issue is the metrics she's been sending to the team and my checking on them#Not once had she reached out to ask what's going on or to see where we can fix this#Which I'm an adult so I'll be going to her to schedule a meeting about this#But considering she's come to me first about this in the past... I'm just not very optimistic#ramblings about nothing/everything
