haiiiiiiiii i might have a new hw song for u :3

i was thinking emu/rui mostly bc of the onomatopoeia present... lots of the song is like if emuspeak was sad and rui's usually the only one to understand it!! (and miku ofc)

giving this verse to rui because he's a cat for the whole "whisper" part- the rumors, the harsh words, and the rainstorm that is Middle School.

and then the next to emu- the whole "emptiness" feeling after losing the wonder stage....

once she lost the stage, once he lost nene, what's left for them? what future could they possibly have? but, at the end of the day, they're dreamers. they will keep on dreaming even if it's what kills them. (and also like. not leave room just stay in bed all day depression stuff.)

WONDERSHOW WONDERSHOW WONDERSHOW. all alone, then finding someone to hold hands with... and then two more on top of that......

giving this one to rui i think. but unlike the first verse about like. lamenting and being sad. this one's a call to emu. where is the little girl who rang the bell, who brought joy and happiness? where's the little girl who sees the rainstorm and decides to dance?

kamishiro rui and his god-awful inwards emotional intelligence. the idiot who doesn't realize how much he loves his friends until he finds himself trapped in the cage of time. and then also like. emu too a bit. esp the cage part. losing everything that she loved... def probably feels like she's trapped in this position where she can't do anything at all so she traps the part of her that wants it instead...

and then the end of the song. that feeling of hope that's at the core of hw. one, then two, (then three and four), moving forward. the emu-speak, the conversations and words that connect them. and even if they haven't found true peace yet, they're healing. they're getting there.
