My dissertation (which is due tomorrow afternoon) needs to be 5,000 words (well written and coherent, not just any words) and it’s a subject I care about and picked myself (Arthurian Art in Wales) which makes it frustratingly MORE difficult to write about (I don’t want to fuck it up or be factually wrong about anything), and I’m currently very behind on the word count (just over 3,200 words, with 18 hours to go) and I’ve been CONSISTENTLY working on it (I did not leave it to the last minute) for months and yet. And Yet. The ONLY thing occupying my mind is not, say, academic success, but which Merlin characters fit with which The Amazing Devil songs. I am going to combust
