Hollowed Minds Progress Update 8/03/21

Hi y'all! This is me posting a progress report after forgetting to do it on Sunday lmao. (Also excuse the formatting because I'm on my phone and I can't use tumblr on my laptop rn because then I'll be distracted from writing agshsbshhed)

The chapter's over 35k now, and I'm pretty sure I'll be hitting 40k soon. This is totally not what I expected when I was outlining before, but at least now I have a better grasp of how this all works. Holy crap I didn't know it was gonna get this long.

I only have one tiny segment to do before the action sequence right by the end. Most of my time last week—and now, I guess—was spent fixing variations for the aftermath of the first portions. Kinda dealing with harsh migraines these days so yay.

Missed my chance to upload an update in July again 😔 I know, I'm sorry. But tbh, it fared better for the story because a lot of what I wrote before needed fixing and would probably be embarrassing to show to you all. I'm quite glad with the improvements I made.

Oh, and this is important. I might include clothing customization this chapter. I've been thinking about it for a while but I will try. If not here, it would still be on another one so I'll still ask.

If you have ideas on clothing styles you'd like to be included, do tell me. I'm pretty bad with these things and I'm a fashion noob so I might need some help. It would probably be better to focus on top outfits because I'd still need the MC to be able to get into action easily.

So yeah! You could send it as an ask if you're more comfortable with that!
