Saw this picrew and HAD to make some of my ocs on it... I call this "Spottedstar & Her Descendants + Their Co-Stars."
In order: Spottedstar + Tallstar (her mate), Lilystar (SS&TS's daughter) + Lakeheart (a medicine cat), and Wheatsoul (SS&TS's grandson) + Scarletstar (Tallstar's daughter). If that doesn't make sense? Yeah, you'd have to read twelve wc fanfics from 2015-17 to understand.
