my hot take is that I don’t regret taking taylor at her word when she said she was happy with joe. clearly, she wanted to believe it herself, and although there was a lot of music that indicated otherwise, she kept writing love songs until the very end. I personally refuse to publicly root for someone to break up with their partner and I’m glad I didn’t then 🤷‍♀️
