Xiaomi Redmi Note 7

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Price Full Specifications Features and Comparison
Today we are going to review Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. Redmi Note 7 has been getting so much hit right now for a very good reason. Because it comes with decent specs a really nice design and all wrapped up into a product on this price range. So, let's see what the xiaomi Redmi note 7 has an offer and we're going to list the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Price in Nepal and an overall first impressions review. Hence, without further delay let's get straight to it. Overview of Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Firstly, we're going to review specs straight away so we've got dual camera 48 megapixel and a 5-megapixel sensor on the back. Since comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset. So while it's not the 800 series. when we talk to the price you'll understand why not 800 series?. Guys don't get me wrong this Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 is still a very good SOC. It's just not the top tier which you're gonna pay more for 4000 mAh battery capacity. This mobile phone accepts 18W quick charging through a USB-C port. It also has a headphone jack and an IR blaster on top of it Secondly, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 had different RAM and ROM variant. Redmi Note 7 comes with 4GB/ 6GB RAM with 64GB, and 3GB RAM with 32GB Storage options respectively. Design overview of Redmi Note 7 We have got so many requests to review this similarly, on the back you can see the dual camera. Also, there is a bit of text here which says AI dual camera. Now the text on there it does remind me of the Huawei and honor' phones. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has different color variants like Black, Red and Blue version for now. This phone provides the feel of more mid-range to budget than premium and flagship. On the other hand, straight away probably because of its metal and glass sandwiched. This makes it feel to me anyway a bit more premium. But, some of you guys may not like it for the fact that it's got glass on the back. However, I personally don't see is a massive problem. Similarly, it feels very nice in the hand. I know it does have slight rounding on the edges on front and back but the middle bit is completely flat. Redmi Note 7 provides a case which is made of silicon. so at back, you can see Redmi by Xiaomi just there. Basically, the Redmi line of phones is kind of a Sub-brand of Xiaomi. However, Redmi produces pretty decent products at mid-range budget prices. so Redmi phones are generally pretty popular when they come out on market. This is the reason why potentially Redmi by Xiaomi has got so much hit. Teardrop notch with Bezels So getting your glimpse on that front straightaway we have the teardrop notch at the top the chin and the bezels the chip. Moreover, the premium device having said that I don't know about you I think that's quite a nice form factor overall if I got that for Rs. 23,000. I mean can you really complain about the size of those bezels on the chin. or I personally wouldn't I think it looks and feels really pretty nice for that price. It has volume rocker up and down on the right your power button. We have a SIM slot there which does contain a micro SD card slot. This micro SD card slot is for up to 256GB. Similarly, we can see the USB type C charging cable. Software and Features Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is running over the top of android 8.0 i.e Oreo. This is a little bit disappointing it's not Android 9 i.e pie again. Maybe consider the price. It has both the Chinese and English ROM. Chinese version comes without the Google Play Store. But you can download it yourself. However, on the global version, it will be pre-installed. The fingerprint of Xiaomi traditionally does some of the fastest on the market. However, I don't think it's gonna be quite as quick as the Xiaomi mix 3 or the Xiaomi Mi 8. But I might be pleasantly surprised. you can feel what it's a fraction slower than those two phones. like that again for the price point is incredibly impressive. You can also do full-screen gestures if you so choose at the Xiaomi gestures. I really do like they're up there for me with the iPhone and the OnePlus gestures. which I think are slightly better than the native Android Pie gestures. Now the actual display is a 6.3 inch full HD Plus IPS LCD display. The screen resolution is 2340 by 1080 Pixel with a Pixel identity of 409. Redmi Note 7 have Gorilla Glass protection. Similarly, Bluetooth 5.0 and the headphone jack is still Available. Cameras of Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 So in terms of that camera. It has Dual Camera 48MP+5MP setup at the rear. As you open its AI camera, the AI camera detects scenes automatically and optimizes your photos based on this info. now, this isn't new there are tons of phones that have been doing this over the last year. personally, I am not a massive fan of this AI features. However, I think we can turn it off. It has other features like slow motion video, portrait, HDR+, square panorama, and pro as well. So, if we just scroll back to portrait we'll have a little to go with that as well. you know what again from first impressions the camera looks pretty good. But, it seems to have slight issues with exposure but nothing too significant. it also seems to have a slight pulsing of focus. However, I want to make sure that I'm not having to work too hard to get some nice shots. Similarly, for me is one of the areas that separates the good cameras from the great cameras. The ability to take fantastic shots in a snapshot in an instant. This is a very solid good camera, not a great camera. It also has led flash on a rear camera. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Selfie Shooter As we're discussing on cameras. let's see a selfie camera. 13 MP front selfie shooter In straight away, I've noticed the classic Xiaomi beautify. It basically automatically starts and well it's smooth. The face out makes me look like I'm wearing makeup. again fairly similar to every Xiaomi smartphone. I get the front facing camera it tends to be again pretty good not the best. This generally seems to be the way of it to be fair again for Rs. 25,000. I can't really complain it does have portrait mode on that front-facing camera. As we have mentioned earlier about the Snapdragon 660. The everyday user Don't feel any lags or issues unless you do hardcore gaming. If you're very into your gaming on your smartphone or high intensive tasks. Then there you can see the difference of mid-range 600 series and the 800 series in the Snapdragon SOCs. On this price range, the performance is quite impressive. I just kiss them Redmi Note 7 price In Nepal and Availability Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 price in Nepal has been set at Rs. 17,990 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant, while its 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model is priced at Rs.22,999. However, the price tag of Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 pro price in Nepal has been set at Rs. 23,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant, while its 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage model is priced at Rs.28,990.  But, we don't have confirmed launch date and availability in Nepal. However, it will be launched within the last week of March 2019 in Nepal. We have expected that this phone will be exclusively available on Daraz.com.np in Nepal. You may like Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Samsung Galaxy S10 vs S10 Lite  Mate 20 Pro Huawei P30 Huawei p30 pro Galaxy M30 Samsung Galaxy M20 Samsung Galaxy M10   Wrapping Up Therefore, I think I have provided all the required information about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 price in Nepal. Review of Bezel-less Curved Phone Displays, Face ID, and in-display fingerprint scanner
Without a doubt, smartphones are one of the most popular modern electronic devices over the past 10 years. Of course, huge demand caused an adequate reaction of the companies. Today, more than 600 companies produce smartphones. But almost 80% of the global market belongs to only ten major manufacturers. This list includes South Korean Samsung (19%) and LG (3%), American Apple (12%), Finnish Nokia (1%) and Chinese Huawei (13%, including Honor), Xiaomi (9%), Oppo (9%), Vivo (8%), Lenovo (3%, including Motorola), OnePlus(1%), and Tecno (1%). Of course, fierce competition requires tremendous efforts from market participants to ensure the competitiveness, which depend on price, quality and functionality.
Price
The pricing policy of companies is too complex and requires analysis by professional analysts. Simplified, we can note several trends. 1. The smartphone market is actively expanding due to related segments. For example, they convincingly won in the competition smartphones vs DSLR cameras. The sharply increased quality of shooting did not leave any chances for budget and mid-budget cameras. Today, only expensive professional DSLR cameras hold their ground. Smartphones with miniature optics cannot replace them in advertising, etc. But their have already won the household segment. In addition, the direction of gaming smartphones continues to develop rapidly. Of course, miniature sizes radically limit their capabilities due to battery life and overheating the processor. But the market already offers liquid-cooled gaming models, including Xiaomi Black Shark 2, Nubia Red Magic 3, Razer Phone 2, etc. Probably in a few years, the market will demonstrate the competitiveness of this segment. However, the attack on the miniature projectors segment has so far failed. Today we can only note Blackview MAX 1 Projector Mobile Phonewith a projector function. 2. Unfortunately, the increase in the quality of Chinese smartphones is accompanied by an increase in their price. Of course, most Chinese models still retain this advantage, but they lose in service. A huge number of service centers Samsung, Apple, LG, etc many times exceeds the Chinese competitors. 3. Many companies are increasingly using the principle of reasonable sufficiency, ridding their models of excess power, some functions, etc. For example, new Xiaomi Mi Note 10 uses a single-chip 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G mid-range. As a result, the price of a great phone with a world's first 108MP penta-camera varies within only $ 600.
Quality
Of course, the build quality and its components directly affects the competitiveness of any device. But globalization substantially unified production technologies, practically eliminating these differences. In the past few years, the market practically does not offer poorly assembled technically complex devices with low-quality components. Of course, sometimes models have problems due to unsuccessful engineering decisions. As a rule, they quickly and quietly disappear, unable to withstand competition. But almost all modern smartphones have a very high build quality and component.
Functionality
In fact, today, functionality has become the main tool to increase competitiveness. Conditionally, we can classify it into several types. 1. Fundamental expansion of functionality, for example, due to the projection function (projector mobile phones), a complex multi-module camera (cameraphones), etc. 2. Improving consumer qualities with innovative engineering solutions. This list includes reducing energy consumption (dark mode), increasing battery capacity and charging efficiency, effectively cooling the processor in game mode, increasing the screen area due to design solutions (cutout, shark fin with selfie camera), etc. 3. Innovative solutions, including an in-display fingerprint scanner, bezel-less curved phone displays and Face ID. Of course, this is one of the most promising areas of development and companies are actively using it. On the other hand, they significantly change usability and affect the price. As a result, many experts often criticize such innovations, classifying them exclusively as marketing ones. Of course, they have cons. But the company is not able to really appreciate all the pros & cons without the reaction of the consumer market. For example, the cutout for a selfie camera caused a lot of sharp criticism due to aesthetic and other considerations. As a result, the companies proposed several successful modifications, including the elegant Oppo solution in the form of a shark fin. Therefore, an analysis of their pros & cons seems more constructive.
In-display fingerprint scanner
As known, in 2008 Apple patented Touch ID technology to protect personal data, which unlocks the phone using a fingerprint sensor. In 2011, Motorola introduced the first Atrix smartphone with this feature. Today, the market practically does not offer models without this option. Over time, companies have expanded the functionality of the sensor. For example, some models use it as a camera shutter button, touchpad, etc. But basically the possibility of authentication has provided a rapid growth in its popularity. At the end of 2018, the in-display fingerprint scanner in OnePlus 6T and Huawei Mate 20 Pro was the next step in the evolution of this feature. Traditionally for any innovation, it has pros & cons. Pros: - unlocking by touching the front panel allows the user to not even take the phone in his hand; - this function perfectly matches the modern of a bezel-less concept. Cons: - models with this feature have a higher price. For example, the price difference of the Samsung Galaxy A50 vs A30 reaches about $ 50. At the same time, an in-display fingerprint scanner instead of the Touch ID is almost the only difference; - the reliability of their operation is often inferior to Touch ID scanners. Even the innovative ultrasonic sensor in the Samsung Galaxy S10+ is less reliable than previous sensors; - optical sensors have additional restrictions, including: 1- wet finger or liquid on the screen block it work; 2- a microcrack on the screen near the sensor, dirt on the finger or screen worsen its operation; 3- reliability of recognition depends on the ambient temperature. In particular, the speed and stability of the in-display fingerprint scanner may decrease in the winter on the street or on a hot day; 4- the cost of replacing a display with such a scanner is higher. Perhaps companies will improve this technology over time, eliminating most of the problems. But today, an average-quality optical sensor in a mid-budget smartphone is often criticized by users due to its low reliability.
Bezel-less Curved Phone Displays
As known, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has launched this trend. Later, the company developed it in the Galaxy S and Note series. But Oppo went even further by demonstrating Waterfall Screen technology in the second half of 2019. Futuristic design is the main feature of the trend. However, hardly anyone today can compete with the announced Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha. The area of its wrap-around screen reached an unprecedented 180.6% of the body area. Of course, stylish futuristic design always attracts people. But unfortunately, this concept is very controversial in terms of ergonomics and usability. Pros - an increase in area of the screen; - stylish futuristic design. Cons: - very high price; - frequent false alarms due to accidental contact of the side sensors; - bezel-less design reduces the mechanical strength of the device. Probably, over time, companies will solve these problems and these models will take their rightful place among smartphones. But today they mainly attract the attention of people with extravagant tastes.
RAM
The increase in RAM has also become a trend in recent years. Their volume in modern smartphones often exceeds the RAM of an average PC. Unfortunately, this aspect contains a marketing component. Companies are trying to use the increase in storage as an additional advertising argument. Today many do not very clearly understand the difference between the terms RAM, ROM, internal memory, external memory, etc. Simply put, ROM and internal memory correspond to the C and D disks on the hard drive in the PC. At the time of app launching, information is loaded into a faster RAM. ROM and internal memory can use 32, 64 GB or more. Accordingly, the amount of RAM primarily affects the ability to simultaneously run multiple apps and the speed of switching between them. If it’s not enough, the smartphone unloads some app, freeing up space. In this case, its re-opening will take some time. As a rule, today 4 GB RAM with a margin ensures comfortable operation. In addition, most users rarely use multiple apps at the same time. In fact, 4 GB vs 6 GB vs 8 GB does not affect the speed of work. Of course, new versions of the operating system will require an increase in RAM. But the additional costs of the future OC are hardly advisable, because most will change the smartphone much earlier. The type of RAM affects performance much more. Today, companies use LPDDR (mDDR or Low Power DDR) RAM, which includes LPDDR3, LPDDR4 and LPDDR 4x standards. Flagships mainly use LPDDR 4x with 2133 MHz. But Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S20 for the first time will use LPDDR5 with a speed of 6400 Mbit/s.
Face ID
As known, Face ID technology was also developed by Apple and implemented in iPhone X, XS / XS Max, XR, 11. In fact, Face ID replaced Touch ID, providing an implementation of bezel-less concept. The scanner generates a 3D map of the person’s face, providing authentication and unlock of the phone. The technology uses the following operation principle: - when turned on, the IR sensor detects the presence of a person's face; - further, the smartphone activates a laser point projector, which projects several tens of thousands of points onto the face; - then the infrared camera reads the data and transfers it to the processor; - the processor generates an image, compares it with the stored sample and unlocks phone. Unfortunately, some companies limited themselves to comparing a selfie-picture with a sample. Of course, such a simplified implementation provides a very low efficiency of recognition accuracy. For example, a smartphone often “does not recognize” the owner in low light, at an angle, with makeup on his face, when using glasses with a different frame, etc. As a result, such a simplified implementation compromised a good perspective idea. In addition, this technology on mid-budget models works with a delay and is very unstable. Moreover, Face ID does not work on Android smartphones in the dark. Nevertheless, the idea itself has excellent prospects and requires only further improvement.
Conclusion
In general, the consumer market can only welcome the innovative efforts of companies. Of course, most of them have cons, especially in the first stage. But the consumer can easily get additional information, for example, from the Internet. As a rule, any innovation is either improved and takes its place in the market, or disappears as unsuccessful. Usually, the situation clears up after several marketing cycles within 2-3 years. But at the first stage, only expensive flagships can provide acceptable quality. This video demonstrates the optimal settings in-display fingerprint scanner on Samsung Galaxy A50, which accelerate its work. Read the full article

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7
Tumblr media
Huawei Mate 20 Pro Honest Review: After 3 months
https://www.quanrel.com/huawei-mate-20-pro-honest-review-after-3-months/ Huawei Mate 20 Pro Honest Review: After 3 months - https://www.quanrel.com/huawei-mate-20-pro-honest-review-after-3-months/ Find about the Huawei Mate 20 Pro camera, display, battery, benchmark, gaming, and more features & specs in this Huawei Mate 20 Pro full review. Buy Huawei Mate 20 Pro: | India: | Nepal: Background Music: Starfields (Epidemic Sounds) Let’s start the things with Huawei Mate 20 Pro specs. The phone comes with a tall 6.4-inch display. At its size, Huawei Mate 20 Pro display looks familiar with that of the Note 9’s. And alike the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro features Quad-HD+ resolution. Despite the similar size, same type, and similar resolution, when we compared the Huawei Mate 20 Pro vs Note 9 display, we found it to better on the Note 9. The display is slightly dimmer on the Mate 20 pro when compared to the Galaxy Note 9. And we have discussed that in this Huawei Mate 20 Pro review as well. But the USP of this phone is the presence of three cameras at the back. Huawei Mate 20 camera embraces a wide-angle camera, ultra-wide camera, and a telephoto camera. So it can be used in almost all the scenarios. Normal shots were great but nothing extraordinary. However, Huawei Mate 20 Pro night camera is definitely something to look after. In case of low light scenarios, the phone decreases the shutter speed and pull in an abundant amount of details into the images. The feature is same as that of the Google Pixel 3 or the Pixel 3XL’s night sight feature. However, we couldn’t get a charge to perform Huawei Mate 20 pro vs Pixel 3 night mode comparison since Pixel 3 is not available here. If we get the Pixel3/3XL, we would definitely love to perform the Huawei Mate 20 Pro vs Pixel 3 camera test. Talking about the Huawei Mate 20 Pro battery, the phone boasts a massive 4200mAh battery. The phone also supports 40W fast charging. And the good thing is the fast charger comes on the box. The fast charger greets the Mate 20 Pro users when doing the Huawei Mate 20 Pro unboxing. On our Huawei Mate 20 Pro charging test, the phone with its stock charger charged up to 70% just in 30 minutes. On the performance front, the handset comes with Kirin 980 chipset with 6GB of RAM alongside. With a powerful processor at the helm and an abundant RAM at its disposal, Huawei Mate 20 Pro gaming is praiseworthy. Even while playing high-end games, I didn’t notice any sorts of lags and stutters. My Huawei Mate 20 Pro PUBG experience was memorable since I happen to manage a significant number of kills. Huawei Mate 20 Pro Asphalt 9 experience was not forgettable either. The game ran like a breeze without any frame drops. Best phones with 8GB of RAM — what are your current options?
It wasn’t that long ago that 8GB of RAM was considered a pretty sizeable capacity, even for a computer. Now, phones with 8GB of RAM are a thing – in fact, phones are even starting to offer 10GB of RAM! While that’s arguably an overkill, more RAM is never a bad thing, especially if you plan to keep your handset for several years. More RAM doesn’t necessarily mean you’re totally future proof, but it certainly helps.
If you’re in the market for a phone with 8GB of RAM, you’ll be happy to hear there are already quite a few of them to choose from — check out the five best ones below.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9
The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was announced in August and is currently one of the best smartphones you can get your hands on. We here at Android Authority named it the smartphone of the year. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, although a version with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is also available.
The flagship sports a 6.4-inch display with QHD+ resolution and is powered by the Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 chipset, depending on the region. There’s a dual-camera setup on the back with two 12MP sensors featuring dual aperture and scene recognition. It’s IP68 rated for protection against water and dust, has an 8MP selfie snapper, and packs a massive 4,000mAh battery.

The handset also comes with the S Pen, which is a signature feature of the Note series. It now supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) that lets you remotely control the camera with the button on the stylus. Samsung’s flagship is quite expensive, with the version sporting 8GB of RAM retailing for $1,250.

OnePlus 6T
The OnePlus 6T features 8GB of RAM paired with either 128 or 256GB of storage. However, a cheaper variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is also available.
Editor's Pick
OxygenOS: 5 features you need to know about
Along with the competitive price, OxygenOS is a big reason fans pick OnePlus devices. The skin looks and feels a lot like stock Android, but packs in tons of useful features (unlike the competition). Here are …
The device sports a 6.41-inch Full HD+ display with a notch and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 845 chipset and has a dual-camera setup at the back with 16 and 20MP sensors. Other specs and features include a 3,700mAh battery, a 16MP front-facing camera, and Android 9.0 Pie with the popular OxygenOS skin on top.
What makes the OnePlus 6T so popular is its price. The 128GB variant can be yours for $580, while the 256GB model retails for $630. This is a great deal, but keep in mind that the device is missing a few flagship features like an IP rating and wireless charging, to name a few. There’s also no headphone jack on board.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro
The Mate 20 Pro is the best phone in Huawei’s lineup, as well as one of the best phones you can get. It comes with high-end specs, a gorgeous design, and a few extra bells and whistles you won’t find on any of its competitors.
The Mate 20 Pro sports a curved display, a triple-camera setup, and a massive 4,200mAh battery.
The flagship sports a large 6.39-inch screen with curved edges, similar to the ones found on the Galaxy S9 series. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner, a triple-camera setup on the back, and 3D facial recognition. There even a feature called reverse wireless charging on board that allows the phone to double as a wireless charger — learn more here.
The Mate 20 Pro is the class leader when it comes to battery life thanks to its a massive 4,200mAh cell. It’s also IP68 rated for protection against water and dust and supports expandable storage via Huawei’s new Nano Memory standard. The 6GB RAM version of the handset launched with a price tag of 900 pounds in the U.K and 1,000 euros (~$1,145) in the rest of Europe, but you can get it from around 850 euros at the moment — depending on where you buy it. The variant with 8GB of RAM is exclusive to certain markets and is a bit harder to track down — but you can get the international model on Amazon for around $1,200.

Android smartphones with the best battery life (September 2018)
Some people might think that the most important feature in a smartphone is its display size. Others believe it comes down to a phone's processor performance, or the amount of RAM, or how much storage …
The phone has an in-display fingerprint scanner, allowing you to unlock it by placing your finger on a specific part of the screen. But in his review, our very own Oliver Cragg said it only worked maybe 40 percent of the time.
Xiaomi’s flagship has an eye-catching design thanks to its transparent back, which allows you to see the internals of the device — kind of. Other specs include a 3,000mAh battery, dual-SIM support, and Android Oreo with the company’s MIUI skin on top.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro was announced in September and is available in a number of European markets. In the U.K., you can currently get it for 480 pounds (~$605), which isn’t a bad deal.

There you have it, folks. These are our picks for the five best phones with 8GB of RAM, although there are quite a few others out there to choose from. These include the Oppo Find X, Asus Zenfone 5z, and the Huawei P20 Pro. Then there’s also the Pocophone F1, but the version with 8GB of RAM is exclusive to certain markets and kind of hard to get. Let’s not forget about the Honor View 20 that recently made its debut in China, with the global announcement scheduled for January 22. Which ones would you add to the list? Let us know in the comments.
