“Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you.” Psalms 51:12 NLT Let's weave some things together. Obedience is an act that illustrates love: we show God our love to Him in our obedience. Obedience in small things sets us up for bigger blessings. As we obediently pour those blessings through to others God uses us to bless them AND we set ourselves up for new and bigger blessings. It's a spiral. Complete obedience is hard. I would estimate it is almost impossible to jump from zero to sixty. But we have to start somewhere. It's easy to start something new when everything is going well. As we grow in our relationship with God, we find new joys. Which, in turn, should increase our obedience. The trick is to increase our obedience daily, through joy, pain, or sorrow. It is through Him that we will conquer the later, and coincidently sing through the former. #LifeWithGod #LoveWins #DailyWalk #Bible #VerseOfTheDay #HowToFindJoy
