I really like the little high school track from ITSV being kinda recontexualized as the Miles feels alienated leitmotif in ATSV
i cannot find the song name in the ITSV soundtrack but the motif is in the song “Anomaly” in the ATSV soundtrack
#Across the spider-verse#I don’t care about tagging this one but I need a buffer#So i can ramble in the tags without the main lil thought becoming too much of a tangent#The music in this movie was so solid#i enjoyed Miguel’s theme incorporating motifs from the Unlimited soundtrack#Anyway the Alienation track playing while Miguel screams at Miles that he is an anomaly#And as it becomes clear that he is in the wrong universe at the end#It is just a nice surprisingly anxiety inducing track#Atsv#spider-man#miles morales#To clarify I don’t think it qualifies as a leitmotif in the first movie because it is only used once and could be argued#To instead represent the spider bite taking effect and all the disorienting elements that come with that#However again ATSV recontexualizes that into a song representing him feeling alienated
