November 11--- South Korea is celebrating 빼빼로 (Pepero) Day. It is like Pretzel here in the Philippines but thinner and longer. Though I know that it is just a trick for trade there (as my friend described it), they receive and give Pepero whether it is bought or homemade. When you receive it, it is like that someone like you as a friend or more than that. *nice. Last year, as I was an English teacher to Koreans, Taiwanese, and Japanese in an academy, I received it from my students but now that I am not then I just greeted them (my Korean friends), but they still kid about where is their Pepero?

My friend, who is so dear to me(*coughs love *coughs) ... sent a photo of 2 Pepero boxes. *sweet. 

Him: Here you are.. I'm afraid that I can't give u that in person.

Me: thanks....

Him: My pleasure... hehehe wait~~

Me: ha? why? no?

Him: I try to write your name and message on the outer cover of 빼빼로 but it is impossible.. It was removed of itself.. I think a coating of this cover is thick.. sorry.

Me: It's okay.. Thanks :)

Him: Such a waste.

... Another conversation...

I was asking about did he receive any Pepero? He said yes, yesterday and I continued asking, How many?

Him: Why?

Me: Because I want to give you Pepero, too.

Him: Give me.. Kk

Me: wait, I will not give you Pepero.

Him: Ok.. I will receive our true heart. (after awhile, I'm preparing for something..) What is it? Pepero? Never mind really.. That's ok.. hahaha I'm already full by your heart.

But I gave this.. picture to which I really bought and decorated it with colorful hearts. :)

To me, it isn't Pepero day but Cupcake Day.:)
