Thinking about this again and just. The way the line between pretending and being is so blurry. For the people Meru met with his HiMERU persona there is nobody like Kaname. They all don't even know he exists. To them he's the only HiMERU there is. Their Merumeru that speaks of himself in third person and their Merumeru that obviously dislikes some things he says he does but pretends he doesn't and Their Merumeru that says he doesn't care but actually does and somebody please tell me to shut up before I start screaming

Okay let's assume Kaname gets out of the hospital and Meru just puts him into Crazy:B in his place. Oh the cruel grueling irony of that. Funny in a grotesque way that Kaname will, in that scenario, be the fake one.
