I’m working on a story/ series of stories about outlaw swashbuckling fairies riding bats! :O I’m super exited.... basically I’ve been watching too much Zorro and kept thinking What If.... anyways the aristocracy is holding power via their monopoly on magic and our intrepid black-clad hero_ine and xir team are doing all they can to sabotage them and topple the oppressive hierarchy of the Noble Ones, also they’re all gay and genderqueer. they’re about the size of bumblebees so there’s going to be a LOT of bugs which personally I am very excited about!!
#nis.txt#A lot of the actual plotline will be heavily inspired by that Zorro series I've been watching#though main differences: Our main fae is much more Robin Hood like and starts out as a servant#rather than a rich aristocrat. though xir master later joins the rebels and they both have secret identities#(and main fae's gay lover isn't xir master but an ex-convict rebel thief)#anyways. I've been working on it all day and my slow internet is really helping#bc whenever I wait for a new tab to load I click on the text document to write down notes and worldbuilding#can recommend#june 2017#the eventual goal is to print and hand-bind a small series of books and sell them for transition funds#I Really need to Do Something abt my chest
