I am sorry but Keith and Pidge would and should not get along, and their similar situations and similar loner personalities are EXACTLY why they will not get along. I am sorry but sometimes the only reason someone has friends is because the people they befriended are exact opposite or atleast different enough from them, and if some mf who are ttoo similar to them shows up it would be full on bar fight. If you put them in a room alone for too long with no buffers, they will either just ignore each other, or Pidge's unapologetic Foot-in-Mouth disease and Keith's tendency to take everything personally and about himself will lead to a brawl. Like the only way they'll get along is if they have a common enemy otherwise they will not

This is coming from a woc who likes race bending and race hcs (Desi!Jon is very real to me) but the way a lot of fandoms especially white american fans go about it is just fuck awful. Like most of the time it is done purely for aesthetic purposes, the race hc is based entirely on stereotypes and used as a costume and more often than not the canonical characters of colour are ignored and when poc fans try to talk about how the media and the fandom treats its white characters vs characters of colour they are immediately shut down with a "We are not racist we hc the white character as poc/the (insert very white coded character who was favoured by the white writers who treated their cocs as shit) is clearly poc!". I am not asking people to stop making them, like i said i do enjoy them but people do need to be a bit more sensitive for races and cultures that they are not part of.

The Good Place is a cosmic horror. I do not CARE what its rating is tgp is a cosmic horror, and i will forever be chasing after that dread i felt at the reveal in season 1 finale. No arg, no spooky stories, no horror webtoon has ever come close to that ending. It made me asses my life and truly wonder what will happen after death, and wonder if there is free will under destiny. It was good shit!
